The boys crack open a 40-year-old can of iconic “chips”. Then, they head to Michigan to meet a couple with a huge collection of memorabilia from one of America’s biggest and most nostalgic brands. To wash it all down, they sip a soda that was one of the most famous flops of all time.
It's time for dessert when Josh and Old Smokey try to bake a box of 40-year-old chocolate chip cookie mix. The guys then visit a bar for an underground tasting and discover illicit booze. Plus, they eat Cold War era survival food, originally created in the event of a nuclear fallout...and designed to last.
Josh and Old Smokey take a trip to an abandoned mining town to dig for forgotten food. Then they chug one of America's most infamous lost beers. And later, they get an opportunity to taste a Viking elixir.
Can Josh and Smokey champion the oldest cereal ever eaten' Then, they examine a Vietnam-era ration, but could the 40-year old meat inside possibly be preserved' And later, they try a 40-year-old hot sauce to determine whether it gets hotter with age.
Josh and Old Smokey eat decades old corn chips and century-old Civil War hardtack, then "freshen up" with 100-year-old tooth powder, all to determine whether these forgotten foods have survived the test of time.
