1971In 1971, a scientific expedition in Latin America had uncovered an ancient artifact containing the remains of the demon Giff, leading to the creation of the Vistamps. In the present day, the remains of Giff now lie in the hands of a demon cult called the Deadmans, who seek to resurrect him by converting peoples' inner demons into their fold. Fenix, a governmental organization opposing the Deadmans, have developed the Revice Driver for someone with complete control over their inner demon. Ikki Igarashi, a young man who runs a public bath with his family, comes into acquisition of the belt while forming a contract with his inner demon Vice. Together, as Kamen Rider Revi and Vice, they are Kamen Rider Revice!

Vice plans to fight Ikki so that he'll no longer be remembered and that the contract they made will be null.
Ikki has no memories of his family at all and makes the decision to move out on his own with Vice.
George tries to goad Ikki into fighting him, but Vice is afraid of Ikki losing any more memories.
Now that Giff is defeated, everyone tries to return to a normal life.
Sakura is ignoring Lovekov's desire to fight just when her brothers finally figure out a way to hurt Giff.
Tamaki is annoyed with not being a Kamen Rider; things are not looking up for the Igarashi demons.
Vice has been swallowed up by Giff and the others are determined to stop Daiji from joining him.
Daiji struggles to rejoin his family as they prepare to take out Akaishi once and for all.

Daiji asks for Ikki's help in saving the doctor from the head of Fenix who has sent a warning message out to the public.
With Lovekov not listening, Sakura decides to take Aguilera out for some fun before their battle; Daiji brute forces his way in his search for the doctor.
Genta takes refuge with Weekend; Sakura wants to return a suicidal Aguilera to life as a normal human.
Sakura fights the Rafflesia Deadman as Ikki remembers a promise that he made with Jiiko.
At a reunion with some old soccer buddies, Ikki aggravates one his friends and can't figure out why.
Giff is ready to revive when the Igarashi siblings discover that Hiromi is still alive, but does not remember anything, and so everyone devises a plan to create a film to help him remember.
Daiji and Sakura are having trouble dealing with an out of control Ikki when George arrives with backup.
Just as Kagerou has been dealt with, Vice goes out of control within Ikki; Weekend reveals their hand to the other siblings.
The Igarashi siblings deal with the bombshell dropped about their dad; Kagerou tells Daiji that he will be the one permanently in control.

Ikki asks George if there is way to revert a stage three Deadmans when an old friend of Julio's asks Sakura for help.
Now that the Deadmans are falling apart, the Igarashi siblings vow to be stronger than ever.
Aguilera is set to join with Gifu when George discovers the location of the Deadmans base.
George believes that the commander is a traitor; two of the Deadmans' followers have unfinished business with Ikki and Sakura.
The Igarashi siblings plan to pick up the slack of the Fenix members on leave while the sky base is grounded, but George revokes Ikki and Hiromi's drivers.
When she cannot transform like her brothers, Sakura questions her strength.

Ikki declares that he does not want to be a Kamen Rider when there is news of a monster at the golf course.
A man working at his family's bathhouse discovers that there is a demon living inside of him that only he can see.
