In Tasmania Kristy meets a couple of mates who harvest timber from drowned forest. In Derby, Halina goes on a mountain biking adventure. Craig meets entrepreneurs making the ancient Chinese spirit baijiu a best-selling drink.
The team heads west to the Margaret River region. Kristy starts off in Karridale, Craig calls on a family of hemp growers, Halina meets a couple whose homesickness for Finnish sauna culture turned into a thriving business.
Craig visits a family who turned their pet's battle with arthritis into a business. Halina meets an entrepreneur risking everything to prove he can farm seafood anywhere in the world.
Halina starts out in Bowraville, near Coffs Harbour where she discovers a mobile plastic recycling station which transforms plastic waste into multiple resources, creating opportunity for the local Aboriginal Corporation.
Craig kicks things off in Orbost, in a remarkable brewery run by a young couple who make revolutionary beer by linking up with local farmers and foragers, under the wise guidance of Indigenous writer and teacher Bruce Pascoe.
