Political Fever Season 1 Full Episode Guide
Sung Nam safely gets treated in the hospital, but the detectives are still suspicious about the incident as Jang In Kyu was found unconscious. Moreover, Jung Won visits them with the original CCTV footage of him at her shopping mall. Therefore, Jung Eun and Soo Jin try to find a way to make a deal with her.
Jung Eun comes home with nothing after what happened at the church. Meanwhile, Kyo Hwan boldly hacks into So Dam's laptop and spreads false information that Director Won Il Ryeong is trying to seek asylum in South Korea with a video of him. When So Dam reads the article, she notices that Kyo Hwan was the one who published it.
Jong Man keeps threatening Woo Chan with his sister, Ri Na, and he urgently needs a huge amount of money to stop him. Meanwhile, Soo Kyum cannot trust anyone and decides to act out alone by hurting Sung Nam while video calling Jung Eun. After witnessing all this, Jung Eun rushes out to bring the money to the culprits to save Sung Nam.
When Sung Nam wakes up, Woo Chan and Soo Kyum start to threaten him with the fabricated photos they took and ask for settlement money. Even worse, they send those photos to his wife, Jung Eun, without knowing that she is the current minister of Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. However, Sung Nam thinks of a way to achieve a win-win scenario that can benefit all three of them.
Sung Nam believes that he got fired from the current affairs program he has been hosting because of Jung Eun. Including his wife, everyone around him seems to be making progress out there except him. Furthermore, Ri Na comes in late to Sung Nam's lecture again and starts to argue with him about her attendance.
The North Koreans suddenly begin criticizing the South Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism. As Jung Eun faces enemies at every turn, her husband's kidnappers make contact. Meanwhile, Um Dae Hyub, the head of state affairs and the big shot of the current administration's cabinet, and Cha Jung Won make some kind of deal.
Soo Jin gets busier than ever when people start to think that Sung Nam ran away of his own accord after committing adultery. In the meantime, Jung Eun has to pull off the president's special mission of meeting with North Korea. She ends up asking Ha Yoon Ju, the head of an IT company that is partnering with the ministry, for a favor. What kind of secret past do the two have?
Jung Eun decides to contact the police regarding the disappearance of her husband, Sung Nam. However, some people actually seem to suspect Jung Eun. To make matters worse, one of Jung Eun's interviews gets misinterpreted, making people think that she has ambitions to become president. This aggravates Cha Jung Won.
Jung Eun goes to her first private meeting with the president as the new Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism. The president suggests something quite unexpected to Jung Eun. It is imperative that there are no scandals or rumors until the end of the week. However, a rookie employee soon causes trouble. As soon as that gets taken care of, Jung Eun receives a terrible video of Sung Nam.
Soo Jin happens to see several absurd text messages containing some shocking photos of Jung Eun's husband, Kim Sung Nam, on her phone. However, as Soo Jin is about to tell Jung Eun about them, she gets called up to meet with the president. Soo Jin decides to hide the texts and photos from Jung Eun for the time being, but he can't seem to get them out of his mind.
Jung Eun is determined to make a difference as the new Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism. She takes on the challenge of establishing the CS Investigation Unit. However, someone who shouldn't be at the Launch Ceremony shows up, and Assemblywoman Cha Jung Won also causes trouble at the last minute. When everything seems lost, Jung Eun makes a tough decision.
A major scandal engulfs the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism when the minister accidentally broadcasts himself in a compromising position during a virtual meeting. The president, nearing the end of his term, must choose a new minister. Lee Jung Eun, an Olympic medalist, becomes the next minister, but no one seems to expect her to do much at all.
