News from Ma Hester makes Elvis panic, and it becomes very clear that Faf is not going to be derailed. Steve and Elana want to get the process going, although Ruan hides his true feelings about the matter.
Steve tries to put Vicky’s mind at ease after Elana’s faux pas, while ‘the last resort’ rules a conversation between two friends. Elvis words his dilemma after Louis’ suggestion, and once again Conrad doesn’t handle a conversation well. Elana gives Steve feedback on her discussion with Helena.
A discussion with Ruan gives Steve an idea, and Louis needs to make a plan when he needs help at DOEPA. Tracy’s progress is hindered, while Maya is upset by finding two men in the same room. A word that slips out of Elana’s mouth causes problems, and Conrad and Tertius have an uncomfortable meeting.

Tertius tries to reassure Tracy regarding what happened the previous night, while Sergio and Conrad are frustrated with the investigation. The foreman on the farm recognises someone, and it is very clear that Steve is not happy to see Xander. Annelize forces Conrad to question At about him and Sulette.
Maya is confused about why Faf would visit Sergio at his house. The new anesthetist is getting a lot of attention, and Tracy realises something unsettling about Kyla. A relationship and a timeline is giving Annelize a headache.
There is a very good reason why At doesn’t think the corpse on the farm is Sulette. Tracy asks Tertius and Maya advice regarding Kyla. A colleague of Elana is the reason that her day is not going according to plan. Sergio’s investigation brings a new clue to light.
New information convinces Sergio that they are looking at an old murder case on the farm, but Sergio’s questions force Annelize and Conrad to think fast on their feet. Tracy is still very positive about Kyla’s arrival, while Steve eventually give in to Elana’s ‘request’.
Sergio confronts Annelize and Conrad about the corporative gift, and Vicky get the biggest surprise on her birthday. More details regarding the grizzly find make Sergio think there is definitely fowl play involved. Julia offers her help to Tracy, while Tracy tells Ilse that she thinks this time she has all her ducks in a row.
Wimpie offers to help Tracy with tasks at her flat. Sergio tries to lie to Maya about his suspicions, while At’s answers deepens the riddle for Annelize and Conrad. Steve tries to distract Vicky from the fact that she can’t attend the fundraiser.
Sergio insists on his own forensic investigation – just as Faf arrives on the farm. Hugo asks Tracy to take part in an Easter initiative, while Sergio, Annelize and Conrad’s return to the farm leave the rest stunned.
Elana shares very good advice with Vicky. Sergio realises that Conrad lied to him about the bones – but is even more shocked when Annelize also thinks that they should handle the situation with great discretion. Steve realises why Ruan is so mean to Vicky, and Louis and Naomi receive some very good news!

Maya asks her father to trust Sergio, while Louis tells Tertius that he has a good feeling regarding the pregnancy test. Elana’s time with Vicky does her a world of good, while a grizzly discovery threatens to sour the breakaway to At’s farm.
Maya hits the nail on the head in a discussion with Faf about Sergio. Steve is concerned about his involvement at Ruan’s school, and Louis’ blood boils after a discussion with Joline.
Naomi wonders if they shouldn’t ask Joline for legal advice, while Faf’s decision regarding the liaison position hides his own agenda. Elana realises that Vicky is stessed about her party. Elana and Steve have to intervene when Vicky and Ruan are not getting along. A very big account is not the only thing that have Louis and Naomi at loggerheads, while the liaison job causes problems between Maya, Faf and Sergio.
Conrad musters up the courage to talk to Naomi before the procedure. At has a lot to do before he can take his leave again, while Maya has a bright idea sparked by Sergio’s question. The son of the seller is a fly in the ointment, and Annetjie and Elise have to take the bull by the horns!
Maya loses her temper when Sergio puts his cards on the table, and buying a house becomes complicated. Elise tries to think of a way to rectify what she did, and Annelize gives Maya a friendly warning – which leads to a serious conversation between a father and daughter.

Enemies of the past have to get their heads around the word ‘colleague’, while it seems that Elise is not the only one that realised the worth of a watch. A deposit is met with hesitation, while the rug is pulled from under Annelize with an explanation. Joline’s request is the last nail in the coffin.
Elise explains her plan to Tertius, and Maya notices that Joline’s remarks unsettle Naomi. Annetjie is asked about her feelings for At Koster. Naomi and Louis discuss their plans for the future with Ilse and Okkie. At doesn’t hold back and makes it very clear where he stands, while Naomi suddenly has a lot of doubt in her heart. Danny will have to think on his feet, and a patient that lands up in ER upets Annelize for many reasons.
Chanel is not impressed with Danny. Louis and Naomi will have to think very carefully about their next step. Conrad has a plan with At, but Elana only sees trouble on the horizon. Rian has too much at stake to be content with delays.
Conrad and Annelize have different viewpoints on the future, while Naomi and Louis think about theirs. Karen defends Petrus, and Piet might have the last pieces to the puzzle. Delia’s nostalgic memories are cruelly destroyed by Conrad, while At also gives his input regarding the plan on the table.

Petrus has to explain to Conrad what happened, and Annelize is suspicious when she sees Conrad and Delia in each other’s company. Rian is busy with something secretive. Tracy doesn’t get any sympathy from Annelize, while Steve becomes increasingly concerned about Bronwyn.
A livid Conrad has more than one fire to extinguish, and Elana gets a nasty surprise at the consulting room. Bronwyn’s anxiety doesn’t go unnoticed, and Wimpie’s non-stop chatting to Maya doesn’t sit well with someone.

Louis encourages Conrad to go to a bit of trouble with Elana’s function, while Steve warns Elana regarding the pressure that she is putting the kids under. Ilse reaches out to Okkie about his weird behaviour, and Tertius and Sergio have to attend to a situation in ER.
Annelize realises that At and Ingrid are not speaking to one another, and Conrad realises that he needs to start working on Elana’s function. Chanel warns Maya about Sergio, while Tertius is concerned about Annelize. There is a burglary at the Ferreira’s, and everyone tries to find their feet in the new family.
Annelize promises to improve her behavior, and Tertius chooses not to play open cards with Tracy. The first fitness class is a challenge for Maya, while Lexi is not impressed with a decision that has been made.

It is very clear that diplomacy isn’t working on Annelize, while Conrad promises to support Elana’s decision. Tertius think he knows what Sergio is up to, and a conversation with Lexi awakens Elana’s doubts again.
Elana is irritated by Steve’s newest strategy, while Sergio’s plan doesn’t seem that easy to execute. Naomi truly experiences Annelize sharp tongue for the first time, and it is very clear that Rian won’t let the wool be pulled over his eyes easily. A conversation gives Tracy hope, while Maya could possibly be the key to success.
Steve makes sures that Elana knows he is serious about his suggestion, and Annelize doesn’t adhere to Tertius’s admonishment. Naomi hears of her father’s plans, while Ilse’s good intentions are another humiliation for Annelize. Delia has a new deal for Conrad, and Okkie and Sergio’s paths cross.
Sergio de Freitas’ first day at Binneland Clinic isn’t necessarily a disaster. Elana tries to come up with a solution that won’t be too disruptive, while Delia believes that she can wrap Conrad around her little finger. Annelize is definitely not making friends, and Hugo’s logic steers Steve in a new direction.
Elana is stressed about a TV interview, while Okkie keeps information from his family. Conrad has an honest conversation with Ingrid, and Annelize blames Tertius for her current situation. Ingrid shares her emotions with Hugo, and Conrad puts his foot down with Delia.

Louis is a bit much for Annelize, while Okkie undergoes the operation. Danny’s frustration causes him to snap, while it becomes very clear that resentful woman is a dangerous one. Conrad’s confrontation is a complete surprise – but it is not the only surprise for the day.
Naomi thinks her dad doesn’t understand the seriousness of the situation, and Danny talks to Chanel about Sasha. An embittered Annelize is out for blood, while Conrad is welcomed back with open arms. Okkie invites Maya to live with them, and Ingrid’s secret is in danger.

Elana gives Maya good advice before the examination, and Steve is unhappy about the fact that Annelize shares important news with him. Ingrid is caught off guard by an invitation, while Hugo thinks he knows what Okkie’s problem is.
Okkie tries to diagnose himself, while Chanel thinks Sasha’s behaviour is strange. Conrad is clearly still shaken by his meeting with Delia, and Hugo asks Maya to be present with Okkie’s examination. Delia wonders about forgiveness – but is also ready to work on her own future.
Louis has a solution for the opening night of the new bar, and Maya realises that Okkie doesn’t think she can do her job. Annelize is clearly not going to stay away from Binneland Clinic, while Rian’s excitement regarding his new partner outweighs his suspicions.
Elana is thrown by Conrad’s plans regarding his shares, and Louis struggles to find a solution for his new problem. It becomes very clear that love stands the test of time – and then Hugo reminds her of the inconvenient truth.
Okkie gives Ilse more reason to worry, and Annelize’s frustrations increase when her new tactic doesn’t seem to be working. Cooperation between Rian and Conrad is definitely something of the past, while Ingrid knows what to do to deepend a relationship.
Okkie is convinced that he knows what Maya’s motivation is, while Louis’ frustration leads to a new name. Annelize’s ideas about the future changes when Ingrid settles in. Hugo wants to speak to Eben himself, and Chanel is furious with Danny who told Sasha everything.

Naomi tries to comfort Ilse regarding Okkie, while she also tries to lighten Louis’s work load. Elana’s laser research is on everyone’s lips, and Maya begins to regret her decision. Annelize feels humiliated by Conrad’s decision to involve Ingrid, while Tracy shares her suspicions with Eben.
Annelize is very frustrated with Conrad’s wheelings and dealings and causes tension between Elana and Steve. Maya feels like she is just not winning with Hugo, while Louis launches a very interesting competition.
Conrad is not very forthcoming with information after his discovery – while his talks with Elana reveals even more uncomfortable truths. Ilse takes note of Wimpie’s remarks concerning Okkie, and Hugo dampens Maya’s enthusiasm. Annelize’s crown is adjusted, while Naomi feels a bit more included in Louis’s plans.
Louis knows that he will have to inform Okkie about his decision, and Rian is focused on getting Hadad as much time as possible. Ingrid and Elana are trying to make things clearer for themselves, and Maya discusses her future with Hugo.

René’s actions have consequences, while Eben comes to a new cross roads in his life. Tertius is concerned about the management of ER, while Louis’ concerns aren’t getting less – nor is his blood pressure getting lower. Annelize’s actions proves that she can be both darkness and light.
When there is a breakthrough in René’s case, she can’t help wanting to solve the riddle herself. Eben’s refuge leads to threats and warnings. Tertius’ words catch Naomi off guard, and Rian’s offer isn’t made without strings attached.

The death of another patient sends shockwaves through the corridors of Binneland Clinic, and medical identity fraud lands in the spotlight. At receives an interesting invite, while Annelize’s solution advances her own agenda. Louis is thrown in the deep end, and Verhoef Street is causing Chanel concern.
A phone is not the only problem in the distant unknown, and Annelize wants to give Rian some of his own medicine – but At has another idea. It is not only the index patient that is identified, while forgiveness doesn’t have to be a bitter pill to swallow.

Quinton does his best to support René, and At insists that Maya and Tertius find a connection between the patients. Eben’s words cut deeply, while it is almost impossible to get information from Katryn. Lexi is disappointed in Steve, while Chanel and Danny’s holiday is also not going according to expectation.
At makes sure that Eben realizes he is not welcome in the hospital – and then insists on Annelize’s loyalty. René decides to get herself tested for MS, while attention to detail leads Tertius to a discovery. An olive branch is extended to Steve, and the doctors are trying to make sense of the medical riddle.
Chanel is not unsure about her answer, and Steve can’t keep his tongue in check. At and Annelize are informed of a very important patient in Binneland Clinic, while Quinton notes something very upsetting in a patient’s file.
