"Hanya Pyon Comet" strikes Japan, throwing the entire world into a post-apocalyptic state. With the world in shambles, Momoko Priscilla seizes control, with Kamioka as her right-hand man. Nagisa goes missing at this event, and Nosaka is later captured by Momoko, leaving the remaining cast helpless.
Nagisa falls into a strange new world while trying to catch up with Nosaka, only to be stuck watching a highlight reel from previous episodes so she can learn the way back home.
Nagisa and Nosaka have been brought to Momoko's villa for an extracurricular lesson. But when Nagisa and Kamioka leave Momoko and Nosaka alone, a typhoon rolls in, and the two get trapped...alone...together. During their time apart, Nagisa and Kamioka grow terrified about their favorite people. Meanwhile, Momoko and Nosaka have a powerful moment together.
Nakatake meets Kozue, who he thinks IS Nagisa for a moment. Later, Nagisa collapses on set, needing time to recover. Nakatake gets Kozue to fill in while Nagisa recovers, but during that time, Kozue falls in love with being a Super Idol.
Gold Shibibura attempts to steal Nosaka and Ootori dojo.
Momoko, having taken control of St. Juliana, pokes her nose into the lives of Nagisa and Nosaka, and begins to push herself between them.
Seiun Academy is airlifted next to Shirayuki Middle - and the schools crumble into the ground. Following this, St. Juliana Academy rises from the rubble - an Idol school run by Gold Shibibura.
Teams of superfans invade Shiratori Nagisa's fanbase and take control of her shows.
Captain of the Seiun Academy Soccer Club, Shimizu, has the worst team in Japan. Trying to win a game to win back the girl he likes, Shimizu enlists the help of Ootori, who brings aboard Nosaka, Nakatake, and Tsunoda too.
Red Beetle has sent another Idol to take the top spot from Nagisa. Beetle Venus, the most attractive Idol of all Red Beetle students, challenges Nagisa to an attractiveness competition.
At Nagisa's biggest show yet, she's gone missing! It's apparent a gang of Hong Kong known as Dragon Neck has kidnapped her, and Tsunoda and Nosaka get caught trying to bust Nagisa out!
A malicious group of men intend to bring back the Edo government, which existed in place of Tokyo in the past. They find an Edo document, titled "まいぞうきん", which would be translated "buried treasure". It leads directly under Seiun Academy - and they mobilize to hold up the entire school while they dig.
As things turn out, alligators make great emotional support animals! But they don't belong so far from home, all the way off in Japan..
A new idol appears! An American Nagisa is sent by someone titled "Red Beetle" to Japan, with the intent to steal our Nagisa's place as the #1 Idol Of Japan!
All the big idols are doing it, and Nagisa's being pursued to do it too- Making nude photo books. Nosaka hasn't been seeing Nagisa for ages, and she believes Nosaka doesn't care for her anymore - so Nagisa agrees to the photo shoot.
The supa-stong girls from Hanazono return to punish Seiun Academy for getting in the way of their 'justice'. They pull out all the stops, even abducting Ootori by rope via blimp.
Tsunoda's first love, Michiru, returns to her old home in Japan. She organizes a meeting with Tsunoda. After 10 years apart, Tsunoda believes he's changed too much for the worse, and can't let Michiru find out what he's become.
The main cast talk to a psychic, and receive advice to improve their lives - advice which conflicts in such a way that only one wish can come true.
Newbie Aoi escapes her school of trained fighting girls to become a poet, and transfers to Seiun Academy. Her old schoolmates hunt her down, and she believes Nagisa to be one of their spies.
A new teacher, Okuno Hosomichi, arrives at Seiun academy - and he likes Ootori. He chases Ootori Nagisa down throughout her personal life, refusing to let the red thread snap.
At Nagisa's school, Seiun Academy, she meets a girl, Yukari, whose father lost her family's dojo to a rogue student. Nagisa offers to help train Yukari to be able to win the dojo back, but Yukari takes a liking to Nagisa in this time.
Nagisa skips out on recording so she and Nosaka can go on a date.
Nagisa revisits a memory where she becomes an Idol to save her father's Dojo. // Nagisa is asked by Tsunoda and co. to help battle the rival gang at Shirayuki Middle. She comes because she hears Nosaka will be there, not knowing that Nosaka's one of the people she's meant to fight.
Having grown tired of being an Idol, and wanting to get back to using her martial arts skills, Shiratori Nagisa puts on a gakuran and cuts her hair short, and enrolls in the local school with the name "Ootori Nagisa". There, she quickly meets her new crush, Nosaka Akira - The leader of the enemy school's delinquents.
