Umm Sadiq offers to wed Omar to Bahia, his brother Khaled's widow, to raise his brother's children, but he refuses. El Makhraz returns the money to Omar. It turns out that Khaled is alive and that Saadia is pregnant, much to Omar's joy.
The people of the neighborhood try to help Omar to pay off the debt, and Omar sells all his property. Khaled dies in the war. El Makhraz feels lonely because people snub him for stealing the package.
Nassib runs away after Omar captured him. Abdul Hai learns of his father's theft of the package and confronts him with the truth.
Omar is agonized after learning about the return of the true owner of the package. He learns about the plot of El Makhraz and that he has obtained the package.
Khaled begins his military service and leaves his family. Naji, the owner of the package, comes to take it from Omar.
Bahia gives birth to a boy. Hadiya marries Abu Ahmed. El Makhraz moves with his mother to enjoy the money away from the prying eyes of the people of the neighborhood.
El Makhraz obtains the package with the help of his mother and a relative. Hadiya's mother departs this life and Saadia stands by her side. Khaled rejoices after learning of his wife Bahia's pregnancy.
Abdul Hai is beaten by a group of men, and Omar stands by El Makhraz. After Abdul Hai wakes up, El Makhraz asks the village chief to reconcile him with Omar, but it turns out that it is a plot by El Makhraz.
During Khaled's wedding, he is shot by Muwaffaq, but he recovers. Omar quarrels with El Makhraz.
When it turns out that Saadia is not pregnant, she lies to Omar and tells him that his brother Khaled has hurled her to the ground, upon which she lost her baby. Omar kicks Khaled out of the house. Khaled learns that Muwaffaq is a thief.
Muwaffaq watches Omar. Abu Hatim's wife gives birth to a boy. Omar decides to get his brother Khaled married.
Hadiya tells Saadia about a plan to keep her husband. El Makhraz breaks into the office of Abu Hatim. Saadia tells her husband that she is pregnant and he rejoices at the news.
The village chief Abu Hatim gets married. El Makhraz begins to bother Omar in his own way with the help of his men.
After Omar learns that El Makhraz has broken into his house during his absence and warns him, Omar pays Abu Nuri for the stolen goods. Umm Hatim asks her husband to marry to have a boy after the death of their son.
Umm Omar dies on her way home. Abu Nuri's shop is robbed at the hands of El Makhraz.
Umm Omar gets sick and stays with her sister until she recovers. As Hatim dies as a result of an accident, Abu Hatim's psychological conditions goes downhill.
When El Makhraz quarrels with Khaled, the village chief intervenes. El Makhraz tries to steal the package from Omar's house, but the theft falls through.
Abu Adnan, the husband of Omar’s maternal aunt, dies and they travel to stand by her. Abu Hatim, the village chief, tells El Makhraz that the package belongs to the one with the mark as Abu Naji instructed.
As El Makhraz decides to trap Omar, he tells the people of the neighborhood that Omar has given him fifteen gold coins to silence him. It turns out that the package contains 500 gold coins.
El Makhraz steals Omar's livestock, but he refuses to incriminate him. As Omar tries to do whatever it takes to explain to El Makhraz that the package does not belong to him, he decides to give him fifteen gold coins to stop asking him for the package until its owner returns.
As El Makhraz demands the package that his father left for safe keeping with Omar, it turns out that the package does not belong to El Makhraz, whereupon he decides to take vengeance on Omar.
El Makhraz decides to take revenge on Omar for not giving the package to his mother and asks Mahdi to help him.
After El Makhraz returns from prison and tells the people of the neighborhood what has happened to him, he learns that his wife, Hafiza, got married after the news of his death had spread, and he couldn't bear the shock.
Omar makes sure that El Makhraz is alive. Fatima wishes to marry Omar, but her aunt Umm Hatim warns her. Zafer is released from prison.
Abu Haddou tries to drive a wedge between Omar and Khaled. Omar suspects that his cousin El Makhraz is alive and investigates the matter.
Omar celebrates that his brother Khaled memorized the Holy Qur’an. After Zafer kills Abu Lutfi for torturing his mother, he goes to prison.
Saadia helps her husband in her own way so that he agree to take her money. Amina searches for her son's grave.
Abu Shahda tells Omar that much of his livestock has died, but Omar has no money left to compensate him for his loss.
Zafer cannot stand Abu Lutfi's treatment of his mother and his unfairness toward her. It turns out that Saadia is sterile and Omar refuses to marry her. Abdul Hai is upset with his grandmother because she prevents him from visiting his cousin Khaled.
Amina tells her grandson Abdul Hai that his father was executed for killing the jailer. Umm Omar (Omar's mother) tries to patch things up with Amina, but she refuses until her son Omar returns the package.
Abdul Hai learns from his grandmother Amina that his deceased father killed a person by mistake, but she doesn't tell him about Abu Omar's (Omar's father) refusal to return their package which has been left for safe keeping with him.
