The property expert heads to Radcliffe, Greater Manchester, where he helps members of the Young family make their toy-filled home more attractive to potential buyers. By taking his advice he anticipates they will have the home ready for viewing in two weeks' time
The property expert heads to Colchester to help a couple with a baby who need to sell urgently, but whose property has not attracted any viewers after more than a month on the market
Phil is in Ashbourne, Derbyshire, helping divorcees Sylvia and Bill sell their semi, which has been on the market for more than a year. After 54 years of marriage, the two have decided to go their separate ways
Phil is in Billericay, in Essex to try and help Julie and her four sons who are desperate to sell their out-of-control house. Halso makes his way to Southend, where he meets serial mover June, whose home is bathed in an overbearing shade of pink.
Phil makes his way to Harrogate where he pays a visit to a four bed semi that after one year on the market is showing no signs of selling. He is also in Huddersfield to try and help David Wadsworth, whose cottage has some very dated decor.
Phil is in Fixby, in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, where Jean needs help to sell her home, which has been on the market for 13 months. He also is in Queensbury, Yorkshire where retired teacher Mary's country cottage has lost its country charm and has become far too expensive for her to keep.
Phil is in Ashurst Wood, where he attempts to turn a cluttered 1950s house into an up to date 'des res' for retirees Tim and Gina. He is also in Weybridge, here he is taken back to a swinging 60's pad that's been inherited by brother and sister Nigel and Beverley Mort.
Phil is in the Wirral, on a mission to tackle Dave and Gemma's five bed semi that resembles a student residence rather than a home, with two lodgers and a brown bedroom that Dave calls the 'man-cave'.He also travels to Marsden in West Yorkshire,where he surprises Malcolm and Muriel, to help bring their house out of the past and into the present day.
Phil attempts to try and help another couple of struggling sellers to sell their homes. In Reigate, he takes a look around a property that looks more like a Swedish sauna than a house. In Haslemere he helps a seller that really should know better.
Phil travels to Shoreham-by-Sea, where Ben and Kate have lived in their Grade II listed cottage for the last five years. They're now desperate to move to a bigger house after starting a family but after 15 viewings there's no sign of a sale. Phil discovers a cluttered, charm-deficient home. He also attempts to help single mother Zoe in Worthing, who's been attempting to sell her property for the last three months.
