Brandy learns to cook an Indigenous meal with Executive Private Chef Shirley Lang in Victoria, British Columbia. Then she travels to the Sunshine Coast to take a helicopter ride, visit the Bricker Cider Company, and meet Indigenous artist Levi Purjue.
In the Québec Maritime region, Brandy learns how to make paper from rags in L'Isle-Verte, then tries wine made from maple sap at Domaine Acer in Auclair. Later in Edmonton, Alberta, she cooks with the Green Onion Cake Man and explores the Ukrainian Cultural Heritage Village.
Brandy learns about seaweed from Amanda Swinimer in Sooke, British Columbia, then tries gin made with seaweed at Sheringham Distillery. In Alberta she tries whisky at the Eau Claire Distillery and learns how to cook a Métis stew at the Heritage Park Historical Village.
Brandy tries the famous Chinese cuisine of Richmond, British Columbia, then goes birding in Terra Nova Rural Park with guide Liron Gertsman before traveling through the Canadian Rockies on the luxury Rocky Mountaineer train.
In the Cariboo Chilcotin region of British Columbia, Brandy visits the historic Cariboo Chilcotin Lodge in Riske Creek, the Terra Nostra Ranch in Kleena Kleene, and the Junction Cafe in Clinton.
Brandy learns how to drive a luxury boat down the Rideau Canal in Ontario, then makes samosas at the Mann Farm and tastes wine at the Seaside Pearl farmgate winery in Abbotsford, British Columbia.
Brandy learns about sturgeon caviar and visits with the Metepenagiag Mi'kmaq Nation in New Brunswick.
Brandy meets Ojibwe Spirit Horses and makes a corn husk doll at the Mādahòkì Farm.
