Victoria ""handyman"" trys to fix the pool in time for open house.
After eating a box of cupcakes, Victoria is stunned to learn that she's gained seven pounds. Meanwhile, she is set up on another blind date by the celebrity matchmaker. To get ready for the big date, she sees a nutritionist, works out with a personal trainer.
Victoria plays advisor to her friends and acquaintances. An elderly woman named Esta pushes Victoria’s generosity to the limit. Elsewhere the poor manners of the Gotti boys, prompt Victoria to get the help of an etiquette coach. The Gotti’s pay their respects to the late John Gotti.
The oldest Gotti boy is graduating witch means there is an after-party coming in the near future. Victoria is forced to look for a new personal assistant. Things get a little “hairy” when John discovers that his prized hair gel has been borrowed. Will the party go off with out a hitch, or will it be hair rising?
Victoria meets some attractive male fitness models at her Star office and decides to hire them to do some landscaping at her mansion. Their age becomes apparent as the male models decide to shoot hoops with the Gotti boys instead of actual landscaping. Meanwhile, John decides to get a tattoo despite his mother's wishes. When he returns home and shows the tattoo to Victoria, she becomes angry because of it's enormous size and his disobedience and sends John to his room.
Victoria returns home to find flowers from her ex-husband as his way of apologizing for giving Frank an ATV for his birthday. Victoria isn't happy about Frank having such a dangerous car and is reminded of her brother also named Frank who was struck by a car and killed. Luigi, a friend of the Gottis, arrives to give Victoria an estimate on how much it would cost to repair the house pool. Later on, Victoria gets into a fight with Carmine because he wants to attend a 2-day prom party and she doesn't want him to go. All becomes well on Mother's Day morning when the boys surprise her with a lovely brunch but it is quickly interrupted with a fight between Frank and Carmine. Shrugging it off, Victoria takes a ride in Frankie's ATV.
In the series premiere of Growing Up Gotti, Victoria decides to move out of her mansion. Later on, Victoria agrees to go on a blind date for an article on celebrity matchmaking even though her date will be a bald man. At dinner, Victoria is greatly displeased with her date, a bald 58 year old named Ed. When Victoria is offended to her breaking point, she cuts the date off early and happily returns home to her boys.
