Oscar's Hotel for Fantastical Creatures Season 1 Full Episode Guide
When two large and intimidating humanoid fish enter the hotel claiming that, due to Oscar’s failure to pay the magical bill, they’ve come to repossess the hotel, Oliver is left with no choice but to enlist the help of The Richest Fly in the Universe. Together they scheme to create a successful hotel casino and the two are suddenly swimming in riches. However, greed can have monstrous effects… even for our innocent hero, Oliver.
The hotel’s royal guest, The Queen Bee, has a special taste for fine artwork, and an unforgiving opinion of everything else. With her arrival rapidly approaching and Oliver running out of options to secure an impressive new piece of art, he steps into the art dimension, Artlandia, in hopes of finding the perfect painting. Unfortunately, the White Spirit (and her paint thinning powers) hitches a ride into Artlandia, and threatens to destroy everything, including Oliver’s best friend, Mo Nay.
Afflicted with a nasty case of amnesia, the only thing Oliver can remember is that he’s on a mission to save the hotel. He finds assistance with a new friend, the Hermit, who lives in a cave deep within the hotel’s Fountain of Forgetfulness. But there’s only one problem -- he can’t remember how to save the hotel, or anything else. He searches for clues, and as he does… things soon take a dark turn with the seemingly innocent Hermit.
After a long overdue cleaning out of Oscar’s attic, Oliver takes a nasty spill and is sent spiraling into the afterlife where he meets Death, a gruff, overworked pencil-pusher who immediately assigns Oliver to an eternity within a tiny cardboard box with the worst roommate in the universe. Oliver must win Death over in order to return to the world of the living. The only problem? Death hates him.
With Oscar away on Cosmic Council business for a week, Oliver reluctantly takes up the reigns of the hotel. On his first day in charge, Oliver wakes to find the hotel guests in a frenzy -- there’s no food! When the resident Octochef refuses to gather ingredients for the hotel’s breakfast service, Oliver must venture deep into the icy tundra of the hotel’s refrigerator to find food to prevent all of the guests from starving to death. But as he goes deeper into the fridge, he meets the Tribe of Lost and Forgotten Food Creatures, who turn out to be anything but accommodating to Oliver's request.
In an effort to entice a more attractive clientele to the hotel, Oliver mistakenly hires The Party Nightmare, a demon half-horse clown, for a little in-lobby entertainment that unexpectedly turns the entire hotel into a nonstop rave from hell. Oliver must stop the Party Nightmare before everyone, including Oscar and himself, are shot and forced to dance themselves to death.
