The Station 19 crew trade in their turnouts for tuxes and gowns as they attend the Firefighters Ball, but when disaster strikes, they jump into action to save the day.
It’s election day at Station 19, with all eyes on the mayoral race. Andy, Theo and Sullivan vie to be named captain, and Vic forges an unexpected bond after going rogue.
The team responds to a tragic freeway pileup. Andy helps Natasha face the fallout of a recent decision just as Ben deals with the fallout of his own.
A shoddily assembled structure poses a dangerous challenge for our heroes leaving Ben with a difficult choice to make. Maya and Carina work to get their relationship back on track, while Natasha must decide what – or whom – she wants to prioritize.
Emotions boil over at the station as the team chafes against Theo’s leadership style. Carina enlists Ben and Maya to help her with a patient in an uncomfortable position. Natasha and Sullivan’s relationship hits a roadblock.
The crew finds themselves in the middle of a family dispute and a renovation that’s gone off the rails. Ben crashes as Bailey and Carina go undercover at a crisis pregnancy center. Travis preps with Eli for a mayoral town hall.
A call from a social media star’s livestream sends the team on an unusual rescue. Travis’ mayoral campaign takes off, much to his chagrin. Back at the station, Ben treats a patient with a surprising diagnosis.
The team is forced to make a risky call that could cost them dearly after Tomás’ barbershop catches fire. Diane drops by the station and is called back into action alongside Vic and Carina. Beckett makes a decision about his future.
A simulation fire training goes dangerously wrong. Maya tries to make amends, and Bailey encourages Carina to listen. Meanwhile, Jack’s sister shows up at the station with a friend, an injury and an attitude.
Theo realizes there is an uptick of fires in his old neighborhood and finds himself returning. At the clinic, Sullivan greets a patient with a large chest burn. Carina treats a pregnant patient who presents her with an offer.
Dixon threatens Natasha in the aftermath of his poor judgement. Meanwhile, Jack is met with disappointment on his first day back. Diane visits Maya, and the team responds to a fire in Theo's old neighborhood.
After a terrifying lightning strike, the Station 19 crew works overtime to extinguish the fire at Meredith Grey's home. Meanwhile, Maya is rushed to Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital due to a medical emergency.
When a lightning storm crashes a helicopter, the team is drawn away from hosting a fire boot camp for young women, and Natasha calls on Jack to help Vic run the camp instead. As the storm brews outside, things get even more heated inside between Carina and Maya on the fall finale of Station 19.
The Station 19 crew works against the clock to rescue a group of employees trapped inside of a malfunctioning battery recycling plant. Carina plans a special surprise in an attempt to reconnect with Maya; Travis gets caught in the crosshairs of dirty politics, and Jack turns up at clinic day only to be confronted with new details about his past.
Maya and Theo answer a call at a Halloween carnival; but when fire hits the corn maze, the dangers quickly escalate and Maya risks her own life to prove her worth to her increasingly hostile captain. Meanwhile, Station 19 hosts the neighborhood kids for trick-or-treating; a prank war breaks out in the house, and Jack is haunted by a ghost from his past.
The Station 19 crew responds to the scene of a car accident where two teenagers are trapped inside of an electric car. The scene grows increasingly tense when the teen’s father shows up furious at his son for taking his beloved car without permission. Ben and Maya find themselves caught in the middle of a domestic dispute involving a couple that they detest
Travis discusses his position in the mayoral race as he is determined to kick Dixon out, and Maya admits to blackmail. Meanwhile, the team is called to a fire at a run-down apartment complex that reveals an unsettling cause.
The Station 19 crew jumps into action as a violent tornado rips through Seattle. Amidst the chaos, the team makes a shocking discovery buried under a tree, and Travis' first responder instincts kick into high gear at a political event.
