Border Collie Apollo is rushed in to Gerardo, who needs bolt cutters to extract a metal ring embedded deep in the dog's gum. Tim fears for the future of Holly, the baby rescue wombat. Kate's trying to find out why little Cavoodle Louie has suddenly started crying out in pain. Kate also adopts a very grumpy cat and comes up with a solution to his scratching!! And after not seeing her twin for 5 months due to Covid state border closures, Alison surprises Audrey at the opening of the new Animal Hospital in Possumwood Wildlife Sanctuary. Danni revisits "Paws On Film Animal Therapy" to assess Mac the Border Collie.
It's a busy day. Gerardo deals with Cavoodle puppy Bowie who swallowed a chicken wing whole, and a kelpie that's eaten toxic rat bait. Danni joins an animal therapy session for special needs children at "Paws On Film Animal Therapy", and then helps out at the "Save-A-Dog" animal shelter. Audrey fights to save an adorable kitten with a massive abdominal hernia, with help from Dr Andrew Marchevsky of SASH. Audrey and Alison are then at Possumwood Wildlife Sanctuary to de-sex rescued dingoes.
Dr Alex has TWO puppies come in from an encounter with a deadly Cane Toad. Tim needs to find a solution to a joey damaging its toes from over licking??! A stray cat found on the Gold Coast has a miraculous story of survival.
Kate helps a family whose boxer won't stop barking. Meanwhile Alex and Gerardo have multiple patients who they fear may have swallowed needles and also a dog struggling to breath. Audrey operates on precious cat Mini to remove a bad tumour. Can Danni do anything for big Shane and his terrible body odour?
Gerardo brings out the bolt cutters to remove a metal ring from a cockatoo's foot! Kate needs to find out why pup Rufus is so unwell. Audrey and Alison take on two feisty cats with a contagious infection. And at the Animal Emergency Service, has sick Simba eaten his owner's socks?
Dr Alex treats a dog who has been involved in a dog attack, leaving the poor girl with a deep wound! Tim tries to save a new koala mum. While the Shen twins help a rescue cat that can't stand up straight.
Alex and Gerardo help a dog that's swallowed seawater and retains fluid in his lung! Alison and Audrey tackle an aggressive wombat. Kate and Tim do a health check on a poisonous platypus. Danni helps overweight truckie's dog Lexie who has a fondness for hamburgers and pizza!
Dr Gerardo conducts a blood transfusion for a dog that has internal bleeding after being hit by a bike! A greyhound has a nasty bite from another dog, Tim tackles a troublemaker in the alligator lagoon, and there's a talking cat!
Ginger cat Simba swallows an expensive Tiffany & Co jewellery locket. Dr Kate helps owners with their nervous rescue dog who can't be left alone. Tim and the team check to see if a Komodo Dragon is fertile!
Can Gerardo save young Zeus' shattered leg? Danni investigates little cat Marley's mysterious symptoms. Kate swaps Bondi for the bush, meeting Tim's menagerie of endangered animals. Bully boy Gary gets evicted from the alligator lagoon after fighting with the other males. Alison and Audrey try to get courageous Chaz mobile again.
On the Gold Coast at the Animal Emergency Service, a greedy Bulldog has been brought in to Dr Alex Hynes and Dr Gerardo Poli, after swallowing a spoon. In Sydney, Dr Audrey Shen is with a Tonkinese cat who has a badly swollen face, while in Brisbane twin sister Dr Alison has been asked to check up a nasty wound on a cats leg. At the Australian Reptile Park, Tim Faulkner and his team have the risky job of renovating the enclosure of one of the parks deadliest residents, a 5-metre crocodile. In Melbourne Dr Danni Dusek examines a Beaglier, who requires urgent attention of a lump on his shoulder. At the Bondi Vet Hospital, a 10 month old wombat has been brought in to Dr Kate Adams for a check-up.
