Boxer Layla Ali is in Paula's kitchen today and they've got a menu of hearty favorites that will knock you out! Paula will start by making her quick and easy Cloverleaf Rolls. The main event will be Layla's Stewed Beef with Creamy Cheese Grits. Paula's Salt and Pepper Brussel Sprouts make it the perfect combination. For dessert it's a one-two punch: Soda Baked Apples and Spiced Hot Apple Cider.
Paula's in the kitchen with the family and she's making a meal everyone will love. Paula starts things off with her Pretzel Crusted Chicken with Cheddar Cheese Sauce which goes perfectly with her Broccoli and Rice Pilaf. Then, Paula makes Ginny's Glazed Carrots. For an extra special treat it's Brownies topped with a Praline Frosting.
Today, Bobby and Paula are cooking up a Southwestern meal that'll take you south of the border. You'll be saying ole when they make their Huevos Rancheros. Then it'll be Paula's turn to lighten things up with her Grilled Southwestern Salad. Bobby's shows what he's got when he makes his Quinoa Stuffed Poblano Peppers. They're topping it all off with a light but delicious Avocado Cream.
Paula's in the kitchen with her girls Amy and Suzette and they're celebrating Amy's birthday by making a few of her favorites. They're going to start with a Mustard Fried Catfish with Tomato Relish. Paula's brother Bubba stops in to celebrate and contributes his Low Country Boil Skewers. They'll wrap up the celebration with Chocolate Cupcakes with Vanilla Frosting.
Chocolate is a girl's best friend and Paula and her friend and actress Angie Harmon will show you just why. Paula's made a chocolatey menu to die for; first up it's her Cocoa-Infused Chili. Then Angie makes a Crunchy Salad with a Cocoa Vinaigrette. Your family will go wild for their Chocolate and Peanut Butter Volcano Cake covered with a silky Chocolate Glaze.
Kimberly Schlapman is in the kitchen and is helping Paula reinvent some classic Southern dishes. Paula's going to make her Chicken Pot Pie even better by adding a Cheese Straw Crust. Kimberly's fixin' her Fried Green Tomato Salad and they'll wash everything down with a refreshing Strawberry Basil Lemonade.
Paula's friend James Farmer stops by. First they're putting a fresh spin on steak with Paula's Flank Steak Lettuce Wraps. James shows Paula how he entertains with his Rosemary Pork Tenderloins. Then, it's on to a cocktail party classic with her Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms. Finally they'll wrap this party up with Paula's flaky Shrimp and Cheese Phyllo Triangles.
Paula and her dear friend Steve Martorano are making some of the simplest savory Italian dishes. Paula starts off by making her Chicken Parmesan with Homemade Marinara. Steve makes a Fried Eggplant Stack that's so simple to make, you won't believe it. Finally, they're making a chessy Manicotti and delicious Garlic Bread that will please your taste buds.
Paula's in the kitchen with Grammy Award winning artist Roseanne Cash and her daughter Carrie Crowell and they're celebrating Mother's Day right with a Southern Sunday brunch! They're kicking it off with Paula's Breakfast Casserole. Then, they're going to make Paula's Geriatric Salad. They'll be wrapping it up with a Fruit Salad with a Poppyseed Dressing.
Cheech Marin comes on to help Paula cook up some laughs. First, they'll be making a delicious Homestyle Meatloaf. Then, Cheech shows Paula how to make a light and fresh Spring Medley Salad. They get back to basics with Paula's recipe for Roasted Potatoes with a Mushroom Vinaigrette and Peas and Mushrooms. They'll wash it all down with their Strawberry Fizz.
Cheryl Day of Back in the Day Bakery is in the kitchen to cook up some dishes that are so sloppy but so good! First they heat things up with a simple and savory Pork and Green Chili Stew. They'll pair it with a twist on a Southern classic with a Cornbread Salad. Cheryl sends this meal over the top with her sinful Dulce de Leche Pie.
KC from KC and the Sunshine Band and he and Paula are going to shake, shake, shake! They're going to make some of KC's favorites such as a Portobello Mushroom Burger, which will go perfectly with a side of Corn Fritters. Then, Paula's going to make her mama's Acorn Squash. Finally, they'll make KC's Shake Your Booty Milkshake!
Paula's in the kitchen with one of her favorite men, Jaime, and they're making some of their favorite Sunday dishes! First up is their Red Wine Braised Beef Short Ribs and Jaime chips in with a salad drizzled with a Maple Red Wine Vinaigrette. Sunday dinners always end with a dessert and Paula's making her Hummingbird Cake.
