Wizard Kelly organizes a televised talent contest featuring celebrity judge Alicia Keys, and LaCienega decides to enter it. But Penny suspects that the wannabe pop idol isn't above cheating to win.

Mariah Carey is involved in a mix-up at the veterinarian's office that results in her monkey Francois working at the Proud Snax factory. Meanwhile, Oscar's chimp Mr. Chips goes on to live the pampered life of a pop star's pet.
