Sita tells Ram that all the asuras are not sinners. Dundubi comes up with a plan to kill Bali and Sugriva. Hanuman follows Rahu and Ketu to Patal Lok. Dundubi disguises as a buffalo and battles with Bali. On witnessing the helpless asuras, Ram promises Sita to never kill an innocent asura again.

Ram kills Ravan's soldiers and saves the residents of Panchvati. Mayavi decides to take Bali to Rishimukh mountain. Bali follows Mayavi into a cave and asks Sugriva to wait outside until he returns. However, Sugriva is shocked on hearing Bali's screams. Later, Jayant praises Sita.

Meghnad informs Ravan about Bali's death. Sugriva tells Tara about the same. Sita confronts Jayant for his lewd behaviour, who then transforms into a crow and injures her. Meanwhile, Sugriva suggests that Tara make Angad the king of Kishkinda. Later, Ram tends to Sita's wounds.

Jayant regrets his misdeed and apologizes to Ram. He punishes himself by injuring one of his eyes. Ram is worried about Sita's safety. Roma's father assures Sugriva that he will train him to become an able king. Tara decides to make Sugriva the king of Kishkinda after his training.

Surpanakha asks Ram to marry her. Ram tells her that he is married to Sita. Ravan is furious to learn that Mandodari has invited Vishrava. Surpanakha plans to prove herself better than Sita. Ram gets irate when Surpanakha comes to him dressed like Sita!

Surpanakha uses her power and transforms herself into Sita. Meanwhile, Ram asks Jatayu to keep an eye on Surpanakha. Surpanakha manages to mislead Ram. She then attacks Sita, but Lakshman saves her. Later, a vengeful Surpanakha warns Sita.

Surpanakha demands Khara to murder Ram, Sita and Lakshman. When Lakshman seeks Sita, Khara attacks Ram by using his asuras. Ram takes out Khara through his powers. Shurpanakha is able to reach Lanka and tells the world about the incident and then unveils her disguise.

Sita is worried about the repercussions for punishing Surpanakha. Surpanakha begs Ravan to take revenge against Ram and Lakshman for mutilating her nose. Ravan decides that Ram should be punished severely for his actions. Sugriva is thrilled to meet Hanuman. Ram and Lakshman decide to prepare food for Sita to lift her spirits.

Ravan is requesting Akampana to find out more information on Ram, Sita and Lakshman. Vibhishan is trying to get Surpanakha to realize her error. There are those who tell Ram, Sita and Lakshman about Rishi Sharadwan’s curse. In the meantime, Sugriva’s coronation celebration commences.

Ram creates a temple to the Lord Shiva within Dandakaranya. Akampana tells Ravan regarding Ram and informs him of Sita is the Ram’s weaknesses. Hanuman is crowned Sugriva as the King of Kishkindha. Marich is in need of help from Ram. Sita faces Marich over the killing of deer. Hanuman is determined to show Sugriva’s innocence Bali. While in Bali, Ravan asks Marich to pretend to be the deer.

Goddess Parvati is concerned about Ravan’s plot to kidnap Sita. Lord Shiva is able to tell Parvati of Rishi Bhrigu’s curse against Lord Narayan to kill his wife. Surpanakha is thrilled to see Sita there in Lanka. Then, Ravan stops Surpanakha from assaulting Sita. He advises Sita to stay Sita in a healthy state until he is able to avenge the insult.

Kaikasi speaks to Ravan about Mandodari’s concerns with the man. Kaikasi asks Ravan to be married to Sita. In the next moment, Ravan stops Surpanakha from attack Sita. Sita is able to recall Ram’s comments.

Hanuman disguises himself as a kid, Maruti and provides food to Sita. He also arranges a place for Sita to stay at an ashram and months pass by!

Janak praises Ram's ability to take unbiased decisions as a king. However, Ram apologises to Janak for the condition Sita is in. Later, Janak visits Sita and asks her to return to Mithila with him.

Sita decides to stay back at the ashram. Years pass by and Sita continues to live there with her twin sons, Luv and Kush.

Kaushalya reminds Ram about Sita and his marriage anniversary. Meanwhile, the rishi of the Valmiki ashram finds out about Luv and Kush's encounter with Lavanasura. Later, he tells Sita that Lavanasura is Ravan's nephew!

Sita tries to rescue Luv and Kush from Lavanasur. Meanwhile, Ram wants to punish Lavanasur for abducting innocent kids. Ram, Lakshman and Shatrughan fight Lavanasura and his clan. Will Ram rescue Luv and Kush?

Luv and Kush tell Sita about Ram and Lavanasur's encounter. Meanwhile, Ram succeeds in killing Lavanasur. Later, Kush meets Ram and requests him to teach swordsmanship.

Hanuman seeks Ram's permission to bring Luv and Kush to Ayodhya. Meanwhile, the Rishi of the ashram tells Luv and Kush about Ram and Sita. Later, they leave for Ayodhya to meet Ram.

Luv and Kush recite the Ramayan in front of Ram and express their wish to meet Sita. Later, Kaushalya tells them about Sita and how she was sent to the forest!

Bhadra apologises to Ram and requests him to bring Sita back. Sita confronts Luv and Kush for speaking ill about Ram. Lakshman and Kaushalya tell Ram to bring Sita back to Ayodhya. Later, Ram dismisses Rishi Vashist's suggestion to perform the Ashwamedha yagna.

Rishi Valmiki agrees to attend the Ashwamedha yagya in Ayodhya. Meanwhile, Ram is told that he has to remarry in order to perform the yagya! What will he do now to be able to perform the yagya?

Ram performs the Ashwamedha yagna, keeping Sita's idol on his left side. Later, Luv and Kush assure Rishi Valmiki that they will take care of the ashram till his return.

Luv and Kush capture the horse used for the Ashwamedha yagya! Sita confronts Luv and Kush for accusing Ram but they refuse to set the horse free and put a condition to Ram!

Lakshman faints after getting injured in the fight against Luv and Kush. Meanwhile, Ram learns about Lakshman's defeat. He asks Bharat and Shatrughan to free Lakshman and the horse. Later, Sita refuses to forgive Luv and Kush.

Luv and Kush ask Bharath and Shatrughan to inform Ram that they will wage a war against him. Hanuman is troubled as Ram tells him to fight Luv and Kush. Later, Luv and Kush prepare to fight Hanuman, while Sita finds out that Hanuman is Maruti.

Sita confronts Hanuman for hiding his identity all this while after he lets Luv and Kush capture him. Ram decides to go against Luv and Kush himself. Meanwhile, Vashist finds out that Luv and Kush are Ram and Sita's sons. Will Sita stop Luv and Kush?

Luv and Kush apologise to Sita but refuse to accept Ram as their father after she enlightens them about him and shares her grief. Meanwhile, Ram and Sita get upset thinking about each other while Hanuman worries about their sorrows.

Vashist suggests Ram to let the people of Ayodhya decide about Sita's return. However, a few Rishis object to Sita's return. How will Ram deal with the situation?

Hanuman heads towards Ayodhya with some good news for Ram. Meanwhile Sita is happy to meet her sisters after a long time. Later, Ram makes an important announcement about Sita.

Vashist deduces that Ram's nightmare is inauspicious for him as well as his subjects. He suggests Ram to delay Sita's return to Ayodhya. Will Ram listen to him?

Mandvi, Urmila and Shrutkirti are shocked when Sita refuses to meet Ram. Ram apologises to Luv and Kush and explains the reason for Sita’s exile.

Ram requests Sita to return to Ayodhya. Luv and Kush apologise to Lakshman, Bharat and Shatrughan for fighting against them. Meanwhile, Kaushalya asks Sita to reconsider her decision of not returning home.

Sita requests Ram to take Luv and Kush to Ayodhya. But, the twins are determined to set things right between their parents. Will Ram and Sita accept their children's wish?

Ram gives Sita the royal attire to wear to Ayodhya. Later, Sita prepares a meal for Ram and the twins. What is Sita thinking will she return with Ram?

Hanuman jumps into the river Sarayu to find Ram’s ring. Later, Kaal arrives in Ayodhya to take Ram.

Kaal disguises himself as a sage and meets Ram. Vashist infers Urmila's dream to be inauspicious. Kaal asks Ram to give a death sentence to the person interfering in their conversation. Later, he asks Ram to return to heaven since he has restored peace on earth.

Lakshman apologises to Rishi Durvasa and tells him that he will inform Ram about his arrival. Kaal reminds Ram about his vow and asks him to give a death sentence to Lakshman. Later, Ram feels dejected thinking about Lakshman.

Ram informs Lakshman that he cannot give him a death sentence. Later, upon Guru Vashist's advice, Ram severs all ties with Lakshman. Later, Lakshman leaves Rajbhavan and ends his life.

Ram and Hanuman have a profound discussion about life and death. Ram tells Hanuman about the future and takes a promise from him.

Guru Vashist, Hanuman, Luv and Kush are sad when Ram, Bharat and Shatrughan end their life. Later, Hanuman tears open his chest to show the residents of Ayodhya that Ram and Sita always reside in his heart.
