Meanwhile, when an overworked Nick suffers a sports injury, Tony has to choose between advising his nephew-client as an agent or an uncle.
Tony and Cleo learn the importance of co-parenting while preparing a party for Nathan’s 16th birthday. Roger is excited that Charlie is named his school’s hall monitor and takes him to work to show him the ropes.
To bond with her father and brother, Victoria joins their improv class. Things go awry when she learns she’s terrible at acting. Meanwhile, Cleo helps Nick restore his reputation with her hometown of Chicago.
