From monstrous 30-pound bagel sandwiches, to a plate of six ghost pepper tacos, and to massive shovel-sized portions of BBQ, nothing is too extreme for Casey to conquer. Throughout the season, Casey is on a heroic journey as he goes head-to-head against the most outrageous foods served at hometown hotspots in cities in Alaska, Ohio, Texas, Wisconsin, and many more. In each of the half-hour long episodes, he meets the restaurant owners and chefs making these extraordinary and mouthwatering menu items, getting an inside look at each indulgent dish. Before tackling the over-the-top meals and timed food challenges, Casey receives sage advice from the local diners on how to emerge victorious. Casey’s edible expedition takes him to Portland, Maine, for a lobster-topped cheeseburger and a potato-donut-cannoil mashup; the Taco Gigante Challenge: a footlong hard taco packed with ground beef, chicken and carnitas.
Casey Webb's eating expedition brings him to Denver, Colo., for a mile-high biscuit loaded with fried chicken, bacon and honey butter. He devours a bowl of latkes topped with beef brisket and Guinness gravy, and he takes on the Top of the Rockies Burrito Challenge: a 4-pound Tex-Mex breakfast feast that no man has ever conquered.
Casey Webb's culinary quest brings him to Scottsdale, Ariz., where he crunches through a sweet Latin staple and takes on a Stone Age feast topped with a smoked turkey leg. Then he attempts to devour a 4-pound deli platter in Chompie's Day at the Deli Challenge.
Casey Webb's nationwide nosh brings him to Deadwood, SD. He orders an impressive pork chop at an Old West saloon, chows down on the local fry bread and tackles a 16-ounce buffalo rib-eye with six massive sides.
Casey Webb's eating adventure takes him to Fargo, North Dakota, for a hearty, German take on a cheesy classic and a breakfast-dessert mashup with a Scandinavian spin. Then he settles in for the Boiler Room's Hot Dish Challenge: a massive Midwestern meal made for the entire family ... or just one man.
Casey Webb's tasty travels take him to Mystic, Conn., to conquer land and sea with a totally bonkers Portuguese-inspired burger and a crazy coastal feast of chowder, shrimp cocktail, a bursting bowl of steamers and mussels and a whole steamed lobster. For the grand finale, he takes on a ridiculously massive sundae in Mel's Downtown Creamery's Big Kahuna Challenge.
We see if Man can win this challenge when Casey takes on the 49er Club Steak Challenge at Vic Stewart's in San Francisco, CA. His samples around the Golden State City include a nosh at Adam's Grub Truck for the Double Dragon sandwich. At the San Francisco Farmers Market he finds the Roli Roti food truck to nosh on their Porchetta sandwich. He finishes his trip with the challenge to finish a 49 oz porterhouse steak and a side in one sitting.
Casey's culinary adventures bring him to the capital of Texas, which is also the Capital Of Cool, Austin. He samples the sandwich flavors at Slab BBQ with the Badonkadonk. Before he reaches his challenge destination he stops at Goudough's Public House to try their Dirty South doughnut. Casey's challenge is at Vaquero Taquero, the undefeated Six Alarm Fire Challenge, which involves finishing 6 tacos within 30 minutes.
Casey heads to the Alamo City, San Antonio, TX, to find the 3-pound Cinnamon Roll Challenge at Lulu's Bakery and Cafe. He takes two stops along the way to sample some local eats. One of his stops is at Ray's Drive-In for their Original Puffy Taco. He then goes to oldest restaurant in the city, Schilo's Delicatessen, to sample the Wiener Schnitzel and Root Beer. His last stop is Lulu's Bakery and Cafe challenge where he needs to finish within 30 minutes.
In San Jose, CA, also known as the Capital of Silicon Valley, Casey takes on the Masumo Challenge. He samples the Arab-American eats at Falafel's Drive-In and dives into their signature Falafel Sandwich. His next stop is The Funny Farm for preposterous pub fare including the Monte Christo Rito. The last stop is a challenge at Masa Noodle Bar to finish a 5-pound bowl on ramen in 45 minutes.
Casey's tasty travels bring him to Manchester, New Hampshire for an epic portion of barbecue that's served on a shovel at KC's Rib Shack; The Deluxe cheeseburger mac; A ghost pepper-infused inferno burger challenge.
Casey Webb heads to Ocean City, Maryland to dive unto a massive jumbo lump crab cake sandwich, ,ake some of the area's iconic salt water taffy candies and fight to stay afloat in the Titanic Sundae Challenge.

In the city of Tucson, AZ where it is sunny 350 days of the year and there is a culinary fusion of Tex-Mex and California Cuisine Casey faces his next challenge. Along the way he stops off at Boca Tacos y Tequila to try their Sonoran Taco Dog. At Baja Cafe, Casey goes to check out their Tucson-sized breakfast options including their Wyatt Earp Benedict. Being the first to take on Pinnacle Peak's Rib-diculous Challenge, Casey will need to eat 2 racks of ribs in one hour.
Casey's next challenge is in Miami, FL. While visiting this city which is known for white sand beaches, Art Deco architecture and the largest Cuban population outside of Cuba Casey heads first to Miami's famed Calle Ocho. Stopping off at El Mago de las Fritas he tries the Triple a Caballo. The next stop on Calle Ocho is Azucar Ice Cream Company where the Cuban inspired ice cream flavors are best known. Sampling and making their Abuela Maria ice cream is Casey's next pleasure. The challenge this time is a 30 inch Pizza Challenge at Steve's Pizza. Casey's team of three ...
Just outside Green Bay, WI, Casey faces the H'mongous Dozen Egg-Roll Challenge at Eggrolls Inc. While he visits this town known for football and cheese he tries some local eats. He goes to a local hangout, Al's Hamburgers, that makes pregame burgers that fans love. Casey tries the Tailgate Burger that is an ode to Green Bay. For a traditional Friday Fish Fry, Casey heads to Titletown Brewing Company. The challenge then begins where 12 rolls need to be finished in 24 minutes
Our hero's cross country trek heads to Providence, RI to take on the Awful Awful Milkshake Challenge at Newport Creamery. Along the way, a breakfast treat temps Casey as he stops at Rhode Island's first specialty donuts shop, PVDonuts. He hears about their Chicken and Waffle Donut and their Eggs Benedict Donut but he samples their Brunch Plate Donut. Then for some great seafood, the next stop is Matunuck Oyster Bar where we learn about local oysters and Casey tries the Oyster Trio.
The capital of Ohio, Columbus, hosts Casey's next challenge and food tour. In the historic neighborhood of German Village, Valter's at the Maennerchor serves the most authentic German cuisine including the German Pork Shank. At Dirty Frank's Hot Dog Palace there are hot dogs with many different crazy combinations including the Doginator. Finally, Casey is at Cazuelas Mexican Restaurant and Cantina to face the Mucho Macho Burrito Challenge that needs to be finished within 20 minutes.
In the Heartland of the country, Casey heads to the capital of corn country, Omaha, Nebraska. Along the way to his final destination, a monstrous pile of pork challenge, he finds a Soul Food institution and a historic Reuben. At the Crescent Moon Ale House he finds Reuben sandwich options that pay homage to the city's own invention. At Big Mama's Kitchen Casey tries the Oven Fried Chicken and Cornbread. The Porkasaurus Challenge at Bailey's Breakfast and Lunch is the main event where a 3.5 pound breakfast meal must be finished in 30 minutes or less.
In his hunt for the biggest and baddest Casey heads to Kansas City, Missouri. With two stops before his challenge Casey's first stop is mind blowing barbecue at Q39 for their Burnt End Burger. The next stop is at Grinders where you can 'bomb' your order, this involves adding tots, cheese and scallions. Casey goes for the Le Hog Pizza which he Chili Bombs. Last stop is the Elvis Challenge at Succotash, which is a 3 pound breakfast sandwich that needs to completed in 30 minutes.
In the town of Charlotte, North Carolina Casey faces The Tin Roof's Frito Pie Team Challenge. He hits a couple of local favorites along the way. One stop is Seoul Food Meat Company, a fusion of Southern and Korean, where he samples their signature dish of Fire Chicken. He then goes to a place for traditional southern whole pig barbecue at Bill Spoon's Barbeque where he samples their Pork Barbeque Sandwich. The Tin Roof challenge consists of 6 pounds of Frito Pie that must be completed within 30 minutes.
In the town of Hoboken, NJ Casey takes on the Seven Deadly Rings Challenge at Tony Boloney's. Also visited in this trip, Casey visits O'Bagel and tries Ridge Diablo on a JumbO'Bagel. His next stop is at Fiore's House of Quality to try their Roast Beef and Mozzarella Special. Finally Casey faces the challenge which is a pizza slice topped with 7 rings of increasingly hot chicken tenders. You must eat each ring then wait a minute before continuing.
This time Casey takes on the 5-Pound Pierogi Team Challenge at Joe's Oasis in Wilmington, NC. One stop on the way includes a taste of the Combo Platter at Terry's North Carolina Bar-B-Que and Ribs. The next stop at Flaming Amy's Burrito Barn has Casey trying the Notorious P.I.G. Burrito.
Casey is in the California capital of Sacramento to take on the 5-Round Sushi Challenge at Ju Hachi. Along his way he tries the Honey Walnut Prawns and the Brandy Fried Chicken at Frank Fat's. He also tries The Babe sandwich at Waffle Experience. The challenge includes 5 rolls of sushi that need to be eaten one at a time and within 30 minutes.
