It's the final, and from the 20 young bakers who entered the tent, only one can be crowned winner. The finalists prepare multiple bakes for a tea party, including inside-out biscuits and trophy cakes.
It's the semi-final, and the perfect time to test the remaining bakers' skills in some of the more challenging areas of patisserie
The remaining junior bakers' building skills are tested in Construction Day. For the technical challenge the bakers make a cake that's intentionally the wrong way up.
It's the second day of Finals week and the remaining junior bakers must go global - having their skills tested in tricky international challenges. The pressure is on in the technical challenge.
To celebrate the first day of Finals week, it's Chocolate Day. As the final 10 junior bakers return to the tent, they are faced with a delicious, indulgent technical challenge.
It's Biscuit Day and the Heat B bakers are asked to create a 'biscuit picture of your best day ever' to show off their skills.
The second heat of 10 junior bakers enter the Bake Off tent. It's Cake Day and the Heat B bakers take on multi-coloured batter.
It's pastry day: the last chance for the Heat A bakers to get into Finals week. To earn their place, the bakers need to impress judges with their pastry plaiting. For the showstopper, they must create choux pastry animals with delicious fillings.
It's dessert day, and judges Prue and Liam are expecting the bakers to produce the perfect finale to any meal, with a dessert that's very personal to Prue and an unusual showstopper in the form of `Franken-Desserts', a mash-up of two puddings.
It's bread day, and the Heat A bakers have a lot to prove with a technical working with sticky swirls of dough. For the showstopper, the bakers are asked to demonstrate their 3D shaping skills with savoury centrepieces depicting their dream jobs.
It's biscuit day, and the bakers attempt one of new judge Liam's favourite biscuit recipes: a reinvention of a classic that tests the bakers' piping ability. They also create spectacular illusion biscuits made to look like their favourite foods.
The first 10 bakers enter the tent for Cake Day and two challenges. The bakers are asked to follow Prue's surprise recipe for a tea party classic, followed by impressive showstopper cakes on the theme of the baker's favourite school subjects.
