It's auction day and the five incredible Block apartments go under the hammer. There's plenty of tension and nerves as Scotty and the contestants watch their auctions unfold.
It's time for the contestants to celebrate all they have accomplished in 11 long weeks. Then the five weary teams move out and head home and the Block is open for inspection to the public for the first time.
Tonight The Block is officially complete as the teams hand over their final rooms of the challenge apartment. There's a special guest judge and another chance to win $20,000, $15,000 or $10,000 off their reserve prices on auction day.
Scotty and Shelley inspect progress of the challenge apartment. All the Blockheads forget their differences and head out to celebrate Chris's birthday and the celebrations are full of surprises.
Scotty arrives to talk budget with treasurer Kim and it isn't good news when Scotty is out of pocket. Kim has some welcome news for all the teams except for one. There's a chance to win $5000 cash in Scotty's last challenge.
The contestants begin their final rooms in the challenge apartment. The budget blues hit hard as Kim's allocation of funds doesn't please any of the other teams and friendships are tested as ten weeks of renovating takes it's toll.
Five rooms in the challenge apartment are completed. The judges decide which team has the advantage on auction day. First place receives $20,000 off their reserve price, second place $15,000 and third place $10,000 off their reserves.
Scotty and Shelley arrive to check on progress. The teams have the chance to win $20,000, $15,000 or $10,000 off their reserves this week and the competition heats up.
The challenge apartment takes shape and it's a roller coaster ride for the teams with sickness, stress and trouble. There's also a sleepover planned, Keith and Dan hand out the lists of defects.

Work on the terraces and roof top garden continues and Keith and Dan go through each apartment with a long list of defects that need fixing. The teams have a chance to win some cash with a dinner party challenge.
The most important week of renovating begins as the teams begin work on their terraces. Each team is given $5,000 to spend on their re-do room, and it's a chance to improve on the worst room they've delivered.
Its the end of kitchen week and the teams have put their very best efforts into delivering five unique and impressive kitchens. The judges have trouble deciding who will take home the $10,000.
Kitchen week gets the better of the contestants and budgets are drying up. Designs take shape as installation begins but some teams aren't happy with the outcome.
There's a chance for one team to win $5000 cash. With the help of a craftsman, each team must build a dining table for their terrace, in a theme allocated to them. Block All Stars Dan and Dani are guest judges.
After inspecting each other's hallways, laundries and powder rooms, friendships fracture. Attention quickly turns to kitchens and Keith and Dan call a meeting to ensure that all the kitchens are completed this week.
Tempers fray and frustration takes hold as it becomes clear that some teams will not finish. However there's plenty of wows from the judges, and one team walks away with $10,000.

The teams arrive in Devonport after a night on the Spirit of Tasmania. They meet Scotty and Shelley for a challenge where they must design a table for their terraces. It's an opportunity to win some rare and expensive Tasmanian timber.
The contestants begin their seventh week of renovating, with the hallways, laundries and powder rooms next on the agenda. Progress is very slow as teams hold each other up and Andy and Ben have major budget problems.
The teams race to reveal their master bedrooms and walk in robes. The judges are underwhelmed by some efforts then overwhelmed by impressive features and luxury finishes. Only one team can take home the much need $10,000 in prize money.
As the week continues everyone is feeling the budget squeeze, and it goes from bad to worse for one team who are fined $2000 for using power tools after hours.

Another big week begins when the teams get started on their living and dining rooms. Planning the perfect space is key this week and a bitter feud begins for two couples.
Its reveal time for five guest bedrooms, four walk in wardrobes and one ensuite bathroom that impresses all three judges. For one couple, feedback from the judges is devastating and things go from bad to worse when the scores are revealed.
Keith and Dan have bad news for Will and Karlie, who have planned on a concrete floor for a large portion of their apartment. Ben and Andy continue their practical jokes on baby boomers Dan and Carleen.
With four days until their guest bedrooms and walk in robes are due for judging, the teams are called to HQ for their first challenge, and the chance to win $5,000 cash and a bonus point! It's a restoration and re-purposing challenge.
