The chefs brief their teams ahead of the most important service of their lives. Following service, the winner and new head chef of Hell's Kitchen Lake Tahoe is announced.
The chefs are treated to a visit from their families and a tour of Las Vegas. However, their trip to the Jubilee Theatre at Caesar's Palce soon turns into their final challenge.
The final four cook for club goers who have taken over Hell's Kitchen. Dinner service gives each of the chefs a chance to run the pass, but Gordon is out to sabotage them.
The remaining Chefs celebrate their success of making it to the final five. Cody and Mary Lou, who have a budding romance, decide to take their celebration to the hot tub.
The Chefs compete in three difficult challenges to prove if they are worthy of a Black Jacket, which all comes down to Nikki and Amber fighting for the final one.
The chefs compete in the inaugural Spell's Kitchen challenge, with a private pool party the reward.
The teams are asked to create five different burgers, with the winners earning a day at Dig This Las Vegas.
It's time for the iconic Blind Taste Test. The winners enjoy a helicopter ride, while punishment awaits the losers. Both teams struggle during service, but who will be sent home?
The chefs are met by a craps table. The winning team earns a special lunch, while a miserable fate awaits the losers. There's no dinner service, but someone must leave...
The teams take on a compelling surf and turf dome challenge, with the winners enjoying rooftop surfing above the Las Vegas skyline, and the losers making crabcakes for service. The chefs pair up and taste dishes containing both a land and sea element; the team that identifies all proteins correctly, with the fastest time, wins.
The teams are challenged to put a twist on some classic Italian dishes, with a top reward for the winning group and a morale-sapping punishment for the losers.
The teams are tasked with creating Mexican dishes, but only one can enjoy a treat, with the others having to clean out the animal pens. Later, a shock is in store at service.
Chef Ramsay opens up Hell’s Kitchen to 15 lucky couples who will get married in the restaurant. The teams are tasked with preparing a post-wedding brunch for the couples, with the winning team getting a trip to Lake Tahoe to experience all that the location has to offer, including Gordon’s prize-winning restaurant, Hell's Kitchen Lake Tahoe, at Harvey’s Hotel and Casino. Then, when one of the chefs is rushed to the hospital, the teams undergo a shake-up, which completely changes the dynamic in the kitchen.
After watching a demonstration by Chef Ramsay, the chefs are tasked with perfectly re-creating his take on Caesar salad, which they then need to deliver to him on a scooter. Later, a scrambled dinner service leads to Chef Ramsay kicking a team out of the kitchen for the first time this season.
Shrimp was the main ingredient, Ramsay cut the fat early by sending somebody home in the challenge, one team imploded on opening night, and one chef made a terrible plea at elimination.
Sixteen aspiring chefs roll the dice and head to Sin City in hopes of winning big.
