Contestants from this season reunite and reveal how much weight they've lost; the at-home winner is revealed; the grand-prize winner is announced.
It's down to the final four - Rob, Sonya, Woody and Toma - and after 17 weeks, someone's dream of becoming a finalist comes to an end. The contestants walk into the gym to see Jenna Wolfe, the lifestyle and fitness correspondent for the Today Show. Despite being seven months pregnant, Jenna shows the players how to work out without a gym. At the same time, Bob Harper gives the other trainers a workout of a lifetime.
Conclusion. Contestants face their fears in Hawaii. Included: One player tries rappelling down a waterfall, and another goes rope-swinging through the jungle. Later, the contestants use coconuts to tackle a lacrosse-inspired obstacle course.
Part 1 of 2. The players head to Hawaii, where they participate in a kayak challenge. Later, a trainer and a player who both fear the open water try snorkeling.
The teams disband and the players compete on their own for the first time in an obstacle course, with the grand prize being immunity. Later, the trainers surprise the players with videos featuring words of encouragement from loved ones
A sandpile challenge is attempted as the players try to lose 50 pound collectively. Also: Players reflect on their accomplishments and communicate their goals while hiking with their trainers.
The ranch is rocked when the teams are dismantled and new teams are formed. Chef Rocco DiSpirito has to judge which team has managed to create the healthiest and tastiest dish.
NFL stars Michael Irvin, Donald Driver and Willie McGinest visit the ranch, where they participate in a football challenge and offer the contestants training advice.
The players compete in a challenge involving water and giant treadmills, and the winning team gets a chance to penalize the two losing teams. Elsewhere, Bob Harper advises two Comeback Canyon contestants about setting priorities.
In a pool challenge, the teams are tasked to hold a percentage of their body weight in order to keep their trainers from falling into a pool, and the last-place team loses its trainer for the week. Elsewhere, two eliminated contestants team up at Comeback Canyon; and one contestant gives her trainer a look at her past.
The contestants face a tailgating challenge, where they are tempted with high-calorie comfort foods. Later, a player discusses emotional issues with his trainer; and Bob receives a gift from a "Comeback Canyon" contestant.
The teams are challenged to race through the air across a canyon and then solve a puzzle; and the winners get the chance to sideline one player from the losing team at weigh-in.
A lottery challenge takes place, in which one contestant is selected to go home with a trainer for the week—and the chosen person's weight will the only one that counts for the team's weigh-in. Meanwhile, the remaining contestants try to keep up with their plans at the ranch without their trainer; and two eliminated players compete at Comeback Canyon.
The contestants test their nutritional understanding before competing in an endurance challenge. Meanwhile, an inspirational "Wall of Glory" reminds them of their athletic days and provides motivation to work harder at the gym.
The players compete on a assault course, challenging them to break through excuses that are getting in their way.
A new set of hopefuls are introduced for the first time.
