Tim faces ex-girlfriend drama and the tabloids. Meanwhile, Charles gets a surprise invitation to hit the road, and in parallel universes, Miss Robbie and Tim hit the recording studio, leaving hope for a reunion.
Miss Robbie is excited to shoot the music video for her new single, but chaos on set threatens to derail the production. Tim takes a meeting with Mathew Knowles to reset his music career, and Monique confronts Tim about her future at Sweetie Pie’s.
Miss Robbie puts Michelle in charge of Hamburger Heaven's grand opening and stubbornly refuses to help amid the chaos; in Houston, Tim rethinks his position in the family business after closing the doors on Sweet Times due to Hurricane Harvey.
Miss Robbie and Michelle hustle to finish the final touches for Hamburger Heaven's opening. In Houston, with Chef Clark out of town, Bruce makes sweeping changes at Sweet Times; and Tim evacuates the staff when Hurricane Harvey tears through the city.
While Miss Robbie grapples over choosing which family member will manage her newest venture, Hamburger Heaven, Tim faces a major decision with his restaurants in Los Angeles. Meanwhile, Charles is ready to set out on his own and leave the nest for good.
After Tim and Jennifer discuss their future together, Jennifer tricks Monique into shopping for engagement rings. The competition to manage Miss Robbie's Hamburger Heaven hits a boiling point, and Mathew Knowles surprises Tim with more than just a visit.
Miss Robbie takes a break from Sweetie Pie's, dipping her toe in the retirement pool as TJ runs her ragged. In Houston, Tim deals with insurrection and Monique struggles to meet his lofty demands. Meanwhile, there seems to be love brewing for Chloe.
Miss Robbie juggles business and pleasure as she performs a concert for her hometown fans. Meanwhile, Monique makes the big move to help Tim in Houston and quickly realizes she's in over her head, as Chloe lays down the law with the chaotic floor staff.
Monique has been in need of a change, and after a big fight with Jenae takes Tim up on his Houston offer. Charles and Chloe head to the Lone Star State as well, and Miss Robbie is getting tired of being so busy, and gets serious about retiring.
Things aren't so sweet at Sweet Times Houston, causing Tim to enlist Charles, Chloe and Monique—with mixed reactions. In St. Louis, there's tension over who's managing Hamburger Heaven, and Miss Robbie throws herself a birthday party and gets a surprise guest.
With her son avoiding her calls, Miss Robbie pays a tense visit to Tim's new restaurant in Houston in an effort to restore their rocky relationship. More problems at NoHo cause Charles to rethink whether or not he wants to stay in the family business.
