The final three teams arrive at the Strandloper in Langebaan on the West Coast of South Africa to face off in a heated endurance challenge to win the cash, the brand new Renault Koleos 4x4 and the title of The Ultimate Braai Master!
One challenge stands between the remaining teams & the finale. With the winners of the Fast Forward Challenge taking one spot, only two spots remain in the finale. The teams compete in the most intense challenge yet in Villiersdorp on the Western Cape.
The remaining four teams travel to the adventure capital of South Africa: Tsitsikamma in the Southern Cape. They must complete four adventures to gain an advantage in the Fast Forward Challenge: securing their spot in the finale.
The teams have traveled to Forever Resorts in Plettenberg Bay to prepare the ultimate Yellowtail Braai (BBQ). Unimpressed, the judges send three into elimination as the remaining teams move on to the final four.
With only six teams remaining, they travel to the Amatola Mountains for a Round Robin challenge where the teams must make three dishes in a pizza oven. Temperature & timing prove to be key, sending the bottom three teams into the elimination challenge.
The rugged coastline of the Eastern Cape Wild Coast is the backdrop of a forage and Braai (BBQ) challenge lasting two days. After two long days on the wild coast, the elimination challenge has two teams cooking an enormous 80's themed seafood buffet.
The teams arrive in the picturesque town of Rhodes in the Eastern Cape Highlands. As beautiful as it is, the elements prove a challenge during three knockout challenges that see the teams braving the freezing cold & icy waters.
The teams embark on a two-day horseback ride into the mountain kingdom of Lesotho. They must prepare a snout-to-tail for a village of forty & the judges. They stay the night in the village & ride back to the lodge before hearing the challenge results.
Chief's Boma at the Indaba Hotel in Johannesburg is the backdrop for a hectic 150-diner challenge where contestants have two hours of prep & one hour of service to make boerie rolls & burgers. The judges require a redemption challenge for three teams.
Only ten teams move on to the foothills of the Drakensberg Mountains. The competitors are tasked with a four-course meal for 80 guests in only four hours. Many crack under the pressure as the judges have two teams compete in the first Inferno Challenge.
In the heart of the Kingdom of Zulu, the remaining teams compete in an emotional challenge that ends in four teams facing elimination. Jozini Dam is the premier tiger fishing destination in the world, & the teams must catch one before sundown.
The fourteen remaining teams travel to Sodwana Bay in Kwazulu Natal for a deep sea fishing challenge. After a long day on the water the teams return for a quick challenge that results in a double elimination.
