Kirstie and Phil revisit two sets of very particular buyers looking for family homes at opposite ends of the country. Ian and his family were on the hunt for the perfect seaside home in the pricey coastal town of Broadstairs in Kent. Meanwhile, soon-to-be-married couple Tara Magee and Alastair Murray were desperate to buy their first home together in Edinburgh, with a healthy budget of £600k. But with long wish lists and the tricky Scottish market to contend with, Phil and Kirstie had a fight on their hands.
Kirstie and Phil revisit two sets of first-time buyers. Newly engaged couple Isobel Phillips and Chris Martin were desperate to find their dream family home in the Cotswolds before tying the knot. While on London's Southbank, 18-year-old student Claire Winshipp was looking to spend a £1.7 million budget on a riverside apartment. Claire is in a wheelchair, and wanted to buy herself some independence and a home in a lively area.
Phil and Kirstie revisit some very different house-hunters, with vastly different priorities. Globe-trotter Matt Rushworth was looking for a place to finally settle down near his family in Windsor. Meanwhile, adrenaline junkies Justin and Deborah were desperately seeking a bigger home in Sheffield to house their hoard of climbing gear and canoes. But while Deborah wanted to do some work to the house, Justin wasn't so keen. With a few new additions to the family, did Phil and Kirstie manage to find them their perfect home?
Phil and Kirstie revisit globetrotter Matt in Windsor, and then Justin and Deborah in Sheffield, to see what a few new additions to the family did for their house-hunting dreams.
Kirstie and Phil take on London in a bid to find two homes for two very different sets of house hunters. London is one of the most expensive and competitive cities in the world to buy property. Phil helps three friends, Cathy, Ian and Richard, in their search for a London pad. Kirstie helps newly-weds Daniel and Jennie in a bid to find their marital home in north London.
Kirstie and Phil hit the pavements of Windsor and Maidenhead in a bid to find homes for Nicki and Damien, and Maria - who is returning to the UK after living in Switzerland for a decade. Nicki and Damien are in desperate need of a family home. They have a fantastic budget of £800,000 but they also have a rather interesting and at times conflicting list of requirements: Damien would like a watermill, solar panels and a room for a garden tree-house. Nicki on the other hand is more interested in the number of bedrooms. Meanwhile Maria is adamant that her new home has to be a bachelorette pad with the wow factor.
Cruise ship workers Peter and Jason are desperate to end the years of living out of suitcases and hope to set up home together in the popular suburb of Beckenham. Designers Nadine and Toby want a house that's in need of serious refurbishment, with a 60ft garden, ideally with a flat front, and also with a `good narrative' to boot... on a maximum budget of £350,000.
Kirstie and Phil are in Liverpool, seeking out the best property for some very picky house hunters. Couple Catherine and Veronica are facing the daunting challenge of trying to bring their very different lifestyles together under one roof in the south of Liverpool. Community worker Vee Wright is mum to two teenage boys, whose lives revolve around their noisy boys toys. And Cath Callaghan loves her peace and quiet and longs to set up a therapy business from home. Just up the road, single student Kate Harland longs for her first ever home, alone - desperate to escape her noisy, messy, student flat for something a bit more grown up.
Sarah and Stewart are a couple of cool cats looking for a first home together in Finsbury Park on a very tight budget. Louise and Matt have never lived full-time in the same city before, let alone the same house. The couple have £350K to spend, but getting two bedrooms and outside space in a swanky area is a real ask
New parents Karen and Chris are returning to their roots with baby daughter Amelia, and are looking for a dream family home in the villages around Darlington. Kris and Heather have put their wedding and future family plans on hold until they have bought a house together. But they're not sure where they'd prefer to live - city, country or by the sea.
Kirstie and Phil hit the beaches and villages of rural Devon and the seaside town of Torquay looking for homes for local newlyweds Sam and Jamie and football coach Geoff and his family.
Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer face a double challenge that's all about postcodes and pickiness when they search for dream family homes in Harrow and Hertfordshire.
