Rebecca asks Robert to help her again, which leaves Aaron feeling jealous despite Robert revealing the money he makes with Rebecca will be used to do up Mill Cottage. Tracy apologises to Leyla again and offers to have a word with Pete. Frank tells Tracy that actions speak louder than words, so she should build bridges with Leyla, suggesting she invite Leyla and Pete to the pub quiz. Laurel confides in Marlon that Arthur found out how she cut her lip and now he's scared of Ashley.

Aaron denies everything until Rebecca brings up CCTV. Rebecca takes her phone out to call the police, but Aaron insists there is no proof. Rebecca dials 999 and raises the phone to her ear but Aaron begs her not to call as he'll lose his sister. Tracy calls Pete to the shop where she awkwardly tells him Leyla is sick of them not having time alone. Paddy informs Rhona and Pierce that Lydia is mad.

David receives a delivery of 100 mini Christmas trees. Leyla feels awful as she watches David blame Frank for the mistake. but Frank immediately begins to try to flog the trees. Rhona and Paddy have received their decrees nisi and Rhona insists he's too good of a man to stay single for long. Lisa tells Zak that Belle needs a new laptop for college, and asks to go halves.

Aaron sends Liv off to school with some lunch, but before she leaves the shop, she swipes a bottle of vodka. Ashley mistakes Aaron for Cain and forgets why his hands are bandaged. Adam tells Moira that the freezer lorry wasn't plugged in and all the stock is ruined. Moira denies having anything to do with it, but Adam suspects alcohol was involved. Lisa shows Belle the profile of a man she's meeting later in the pub, although she insists she's only looking for friendship. Marlon tells Paddy he is punching above his weight with Chas.

Aaron apologises to Chas for the trouble Liv has caused, and admits she was right about coming down heavy on her. Moira assures Adam that she's okay with him and Victoria going back to Keepers Cottage. Liv sees Gabby is still getting bulling texts and informs Bernice about what's going on. Gabby insists she can handle things but Bernice vows to put a stop to it. Ashley can't remember how he injured his hands so Sandy suggests Laurel reconsider the day centre or think about getting in some help.

Laurel is still asleep on the sofa when Doug arrives to look at the boiler. Laurel grabs the key when Doug mentions bleeding the radiators. Leyla overhears as Frank gives Jacob advice on girls. Ashley asks for pasta for dinner, but Laurel explains it's only the morning. Zak arrives at the farm to help and tells Pete and Emma they can go. Chas has a go at Brenda when she asks for some change.

Chas moans to Moira about Liv just as PC Stevens arrives at the pub with a Social Worker. Cain watches as Moira leaves. Laurel asks Cain to have a look at Doug's car, but moody Cain tells her to find another garage. Liv explains to the social worker that Gabby told her to film things, and insists it was just a laugh.

Liv tries to get hold of Gabby, but walks out the pub when Sandy goes to talk to Aaron. In the hospital waiting room, Diane tries to clam distressed Ashley as Laurel tries to get hold of Bernice. Chas and Paddy talk about old times, and Chas suggests they go into Hotten for lunch and let Rhona believe they have been in the surgery all afternoon.

The villagers gather in The Woolpack to prepare for the Christmas lights switch on. Ashley is confused as he should be at the day centre, but Laurel tells him he is staying with her today. Eric reminisces about Val as he hands Harriet some keys. Perplexed Ashley wants to go to the day centre, and asks Charity to take him. Sandy tries to blag a free drink off Charity, and when she isn't looking, he pours the contents of his hip flask into his tea.

Pete reminds Finn he can talk to him about anything. Kasim checks in on Finn and suggests they go to lunch together. Lisa tells Zak that Jermaine was right when he said they were only thinking of themselves, but Zak insists the only thing that matters is Belle staying put and he'd do it over again.

Jermaine receives a call stating that the company want him in Boston next week. Lisa asks Belle if this is what she really wants, and insists she's happy if her daughter is happy. Outside the B&B, Kasim explains to Tracy that he's come to find whoever saved his life in a car crash, but doesn't know who it is. Zak is adamant Belle doesn't know what she wants, when Lisa arrives at the pub to explains they are leaving next week.

Jermaine and Belle are excited about moving to Boston. Zak inquires if Belle has told Lisa about moving away yet, but Belle deflects the question by asking her dad the same. Belle tells Zak he can't stop her going. Jimmy orders Nicola not to take things out on the children and reminds her of her kiss with Dan.

Nicola snaps at the children over breakfast. Rodney offers to do the school run when Bernice appears and insists it's all been a misunderstanding, she's not sleeping with Jimmy. Jimmy has slept in the Pirate Ship. Laurel suggests he talk to Nicola. Jermaine tells Belle about the job, explaining it's in America. Rodney tells Nicola that she needs to speak to Jimmy.

As Nicola bangs at the hotel room door, Jimmy tells Bernice he's sorry, he was half asleep and though she was Nicola. Bernice hides in the wardrobe whilst Jimmy cleans up before opening the door to his screaming wife. Nicola is surprised to find Jimmy alone in the hotel room. Dan takes another look at Ronnie's van. Jimmy tells Nicola that the hotel was a surprise for her, but Nicola is skeptical and questions where the kids would go.

Jimmy tells Nicola that he has an all night job. Lawrence finds Bernice in the café and apologises for what she witnessed last night. Bernice insists she hopes Lawrence finds happiness, and Lawrence tells her she deserves to be happy. At Wishing Well Cottage, Belle prepares for her interview at Hotten Tutorial College. Chrissie is surprised to learn about Lawrence's plea for Ronnie to stay.

Ronnie informs disappointed Lawrence that he'll be leaving as he has taken a job in Inverness. Rebecca tells Ronnie that him leaving is the last thing Lawrence wants. Ross and Pete question when Emma and Moira got so close. In the café, April pranks sleeping Jimmy with some squirty cream. Moira confronts Emma about the card and the curry.

Chrissie phones Lachlan and is worried to hear that there was a fight, although Lachlan assures her he is fine. Lawrence tries to be optimistic about Lachlan's chances of getting bail at the plea hearing today but Chrissie worries about if he isn't. Chrissie suggests telling the truth but Lawrence reminds her they can't support Lachlan if they are locked up. Rebecca tells Lawrence she is sorry and doesn't want to move out but Lawrence refuses to change his mind.

Moira tells Emma she can't get Holly out of her head as there is always something that reminds her of her daughter. Emma insists she is there for her. Frank panics when Tracy mentions talking to the police about his beating and David suggests going down to the police station. Chrissie and Lawrence discuss Lachlan's defence and Chrissie hopes her son might get a lenient sentence.

Frank calls around old friends looking for a loan to pay off Bobby. Tracy gets a call from Bobby and passes the phone to Frank. Finn tries to make sense of James' death by attempting to talk to Pete and Ross about it.

At the inquest Emma explains how James wasn't happy at the end and wanted out. She states she begged him to let her help as she couldn't lose him again. The corner calls a recess and Emma runs out of the court. Bobby watches as Frank and Tracy fundraiser for the cancer ward. Tracy approaches Bobby to donate and Bobby lies he is a reporter so Tracy agrees to an interview and they head into the pub to talk.

Emma is still annoyed about Leyla sticking her nose in her business the previous day. Zak brings Joanie's a newspaper so they can look for places in Leeds, but Joanie knows he doesn't really want to move away. Zak assures his wife he wants her and they can live wherever she wants. Pete, Finn and Ross worry about Emma and the inquest.

Zak thinks Joanie should take legal action after leaving the factory. Joanie wants him to drop it but Zak insists he'll fight the issue. Emma wakes up on the sofa and immediately takes some pills. Zak demands to talk to Jai. Priya insists Joanie doesn't need to resign and shocks Zak by explaining Joanie has handed in her resignation letter. Zak walks onto the factory floor and demands whoever wrote Joanie's name to take it back.

Paddy checks up on Rhona. Rhona assures him she's fine, but Pierce has left her, and she wants him to come home. Belle prepares to go back to work and Zak is annoyed to her she told Jermaine about his kiss with Lisa. Emma researches what will happen at the inquest. Pete is hopeful they will get answers about how James died, but Emma explains they might never find out.

Pierce and Rhona discuss the flowers, although Pierce doesn't reveal they were from Liv. Shattered Adam rejects Victoria's offer of a quickie as he has to work. Brenda keeps Bob out of the café so Carly can teach her how to sell the cosmetics. Joanie notices Belle is being off with her. When Zak and Joanie leave, Jermaine asks Belle what's bothering her, and suggests she write it down. Pierce follows Liv into David's Shop and gets David to leave by mentioning there may be rats in his bins.

Frank tries to sneak out of Tenant House, but Megan asks where he's going. Frank lies that he has to work, and makes excuses not to see Megan later. After walking in on Marlon and Carly kissing, Liv tells Marlon that Paddy wants Rhona back. Rhona is nervous about the divorce meditation meeting so Pierce offers to drive her there to support her, and he is put out when Rhona mentions she and Paddy have agreed to drive over together.

At the police station, DS Mudd tells Lachlan he can't be interviewed without an appropriate adult. Liv bunks off school, so Chas gets her to help out at The Woolpack. Paddy advises Pierce about the natural remedies that helped manage Rhona's pain previously.

Rebecca is shocked to hear about Diane's actions the previous day and insists Chrissie needs to report it to the police. Chrissie reassures Lachlan that she only told Diane what she wanted to hear. David gives Frank an advance so he can take Megan out for lunch. Kerry hobbles into the factory on crutches and asks Jai to apologises and to give her the money she is owed and she'll say no more about things.

Robert places flowers on Sarah's grave. Diane is surprised to see him there and reveals to Aaron that Robert and Rebecca are plotting to get Home Farm. Robert explains if they can't clear Andy's name then they can at least hit Chrissie where it hurts. Diane states Sarah would be heart broken at what Robert has become.

Kerry wakes up in the factory surrounded by chocolates and alcohol. She walks to the packing area and sees the destruction she has caused. Aaron is jealous to witness Rebecca and Robert together in the shop. Kerry panics when she hears Jai and Rishi approaching and hides in the store room. Jai can't believe the state of the factory. Gabby finally admits to Bernice she isn't vegan and never has been.

Kerry and George have spent the night together at the salon, and Kerry hopes it will lead to something more. Bernice is surprised to find the pair together and is in no mood to hear Kerry go on about him. Doug suggests Diane put her arrest and the subsequent caution behind her. Robert and Rebecca call round and stop Diane from going up to Home Farm. Rebecca offers to go instead as she has a better chance of getting through to Lawrence.

Chrissie is adamant Diane needs to be stopped as she won't give up until they are out of business. She can't believe Lawrence is defending Diane, but Lawrence hopes things will blow over. Jai warns Kerry she is on thin ice. Bernice tells Diane she can't take on the White's and win, just as Chrissie appears at the door with an eviction notice. Joanie insists Zak will need to move into Wishing Well to look after Belle until Lisa comes home.

Adam struggles to digest the news Victoria could be pregnant. Zak tries to explain things to Belle insisting he forgot himself for a second. He apologises and states it was a stupid mistake that won't be repeated. Lawrence threatens to call the police, but Diane encourages him to do it. Doug suggests they go, and Diane agrees, but warns Lawrence she'll be back and the villagers will drive the Whites out.

Victoria tells Adam she has the afternoon off so they can spend time with each other and talk, but Adam explains he is working on the farm. Joanie assures Belle it's okay she is staying, and Zak insists he's there to look after her. Lawrence gets a frosty reception in the café and Bernice asks Lawrence what has happened to him.

Sam clears up the bonfire, and Chrissie instructs him to take everything to the tip. The following morning, Zak clears Belle's room in preparation from her return. Joanie insists they need to talk to Kyle and Amelia about Belle. Ross continues to wind Adam up. Diane and Doug arrives back from the police station and they thank Rebecca for the footage. Diane tells Robert that the footage better be enough, or she's holding him responsible.

Rebecca lays motionless with blood pooling at her head. Chrissie and Lachlan panic when they hear Doug approaching. Lachlan insists they needs to go now, and moments later, Doug finds Rebecca. The villagers gather on Home Farm grounds in preparation for the fireworks display, but Nicola is anxious about being near the bonfire. Lachlan throws the bag with the smashed vase into the bonfire.

Rebecca hands out flyers for her firework display in the café. Jimmy offers his service, and Rebecca gets him to collect kindling. Nicola tries to put Jimmy off attending. Zak receives a call from Belle about her visit. Megan has a work crisis and she has no choice but to accept Frank's offer of childcare. Chrissie comments to Lawrence that Rebecca has done nothing for the party which Rebecca overhears and puts her straight.

It's the day of James' funeral and Emma remembers the good times. Ashley becomes worked up when Bernice presents him with jam on toast instead of marmalade. Laurel calms him down and tells Bernice and Doug that she's the only thing Ashley needs. The villagers gather in the street as the hearse arrives. Rebecca hands out flyers for her fireworks display which annoys Chrissie. Sam talks up Frank to Megan, but Megan is aware they are not really Sam's words.

Emma tells Ashley he is wrong as she wasn't there but Ashley is adamant she was on the bridge. Emma tells Ashley he is confused when Doug appears and Ashley walks off with him. David, Tracy and Sam discuss Frank's womanizing ways and Sam asks Frank for tips to woo ladies. Rakesh calls around friends looking for somewhere to sleep for the night. Jai appears in the pub and informs Rakesh he should pack his bags for good.

The Bartons look through photos for the order of service, but Ross thinks they should be spending their time figuring out how James died instead. Finn insists it was an accident, but Ross is adamant Cain is somehow involved. Priya tells Rakesh she hasn't told Jai or Rishi what happened, but they know something's up. She reveals her anorexia has come back.

Lisa comes across some pictures of Zak. Priya walks in on Pete and Leyla. DS Carter informs Emma and Ross that James had high levels of morphine in his system.

Sam brings hungover Kerry a cup of tea and offers to make her breakfast everyday. Sam assumes he and Kerry are a couple now and is crushed when she explains last night was a mistake. Sam hits back and says he isn't surprised Dan dumped her if this is the way she treats people. Joanie gives Zak a present for Belle before she heads to work.

Lisa cleans Wishing Well Cottage in preparation for Belle's visit when she gets called away to the factory. Zak questions what is wrong with Jermaine as he doesn't seem interested in Belle's return Sam is besotted when Kerry shows off her sexy devil costume, which she hopes will reunite her and Dan. Charity returns to The Woolpack where Chas lectures her about allowing her family to think she was dead, and being insensitive after Aaron nearly died in a lake.

Zak is shocked to find Cain at Butlers Farm. Cain explains he couldn't go to France, as this is where he belongs. Moira tells Adam that whilst she and Cain are still married, he has a stake in the farm, and although she hates having him around, she is not going to give him the satisfaction of thinking she cares. Bernice gives Kerry all the unpleasant jobs at the salon in return for Kerry hosting a Halloween party there. Rakesh suggests they look to the cordial range to make the money back that he took.

Cain tells Charity that France is a mistake. Charity tells him it's their new beginning and instructs him to drive, but Cain gets out the car. Rhona has been released from hospital and she and Pierce go to the café. She asks Pierce to stop fussing, and agrees to go home to rest if he goes back to work.

Charity looks for her passport, which Chas finds in the biscuit tin. Noah denies it has anything to do with him. Charity tells her son that as soon as she and Cain are settled, they will send for him. Chas assures Charity that she will look after Noah. Cain asks Chas to keep an eye on the garage for him. Chrissie moans to Lawrence about Rebecca. Rebecca appears and annoys Chrissie even more when she reveals she wants to work in the family business. Lawrence volunteers Chrissie to show her the ropes.

At Home Farm, Lawrence tries to lighten the mood between Rebecca and Lachlan. Rebecca makes a dig at Lachlan so Chrissie sarcastically responds that she'd never do anything to hurt the family. Rebecca insists you can't compare the two

It's Rebecca's 30th birthday, and Lachlan calls her desperate for flirting with Robert. Rebecca tries to explain she was just trying to clear the air, and protests she hardly ever slept with Robert, and he was only using her. She claims she hated herself and was ashamed of her actions, so that's why she left. Lachlan asks about the scrapyard, but Rebecca begs Lachlan to keep quiet when she hears Chrissie approaching. Vanessa stresses about the locum vet, so Frank offers to look after Johnny for her whilst she goes on a call out.

Ross arrives home bragging about his latest conquest. He questions what has happened and is devastated when Pete reveals James is dead. Robert has slept at the hospital and he tells Aaron about James' death, and how the police think him being run over started the crash. He also informs him that Paddy and Rhona were involved in the crash, telling him Paddy came to visit him whilst he was sleeping, and Rhona has had surgery.

PC Gibson finds confused Ashley in the woods. At Wylie's Farm, Emma struggles to clean up and stitch up the cut her head. Robert and Victoria arrive at the hospital where Adam tells them Aaron is in surgery as he has internal bleeding. He also explains that James has been brought in too. Finn watches as doctors tend to James.

Aaron and Robert are unconscious and their car is underwater. On the bypass, Paddy and Rhona also sit in their battered car unconscious. Pierce comes round only to witness another two cars collide. Emma plucks up the courage to look down on the carnage she has caused and sees James' lifeless body.

Dotty's christening takes place, but Ashley is upset to forget his daughter. Lachlan tries to get help. Emma accidentally pushes James from the bridge.

A coffin is lowered into the ground as the rain continues to pour. James screams out as he falls.

The rain pours as everyone gathers round a grave. Pierce looks at his hands covered in blood as Paddy lays with scratches covering his face.

In the rain, Harriet leads a funeral procession to the Cemetery. Aaron is underwater.

Emma continues to repair Wylie's Farm. James goes through the drawers and is relieved when he comes across a key. Pierce walks into the café to find Paddy and Rhona talking.

James confronts Emma. Priya catches Rakesh just as he's about to head into the police station. Adam struggles to comprehend that Holly is really gone.

It's the day of Holly's funeral. James insists to Emma that he needs to get up to go to Holly's funeral. Rebecca calls the DNA test company.

Rakesh puts the bottle of pills in his pocket as he is leaving his room at the B&B. Emma assures James that things are under control. She shows him her old wedding dress, and some old love letter they exchanged whilst dating that she came across during the move.

Rakesh wakes up in his car. Moira and Pete visit James in hospital.

James worries. Bernice is alarmed. Ross feels guilty as Dan wishes he never knew what Kerry did.

Kerry worries about Dan. Laurel remembers something.

Dan asks what Kerry is up to. Moira puts on a front as Cain admits he is leaving with Charity.

Kerry can't find the keys to the camper van. Cain tells Charity that the sooner they get away the better. Kerry can't get the camper van started.

Charity still hasn't told Cain about Debbie staying in France. Moira turns up at the factory to talk to Jai about Holly.

Paddy and Rhona run into each other in the café and Paddy questions if the occupation order will prevent him from doing his job. Paddy continues to denies putting the top in his bag, and vows to fight the order. Pete and Leyla debate what to do with the photo of Holly and Jai. They agree to tell Moira, but only after Leyla has a word with Jai.

Victoria confides in Marlon that she's worried about Adam. Adam finds Moira in Holly's bedroom and he questions why he didn't make things up with Holly, as he could've spotted some signs, but Moira insists there weren't any, expect for a half-packed case. Adam theorizes that whoever Holly was seeing has something to hide, and concludes Holly's mystery man was drug dealer Simon.

Jai reads over his last text from Holly, struggling to comprehend what's happened. Priya tells her brother he doesn't need to be at work, but Jai insists he's fine, although Priya knows he isn't. Victoria assures Adam that Holly knew he loved her. Zak and Pete help out by keeping the farm ticking over on Cain's instruction.

Cain can't believe Adam's news and asks him to repeat it. Adam shouts Holly is dead, shocking everyone in the pub. Adam swings for Cain, who tries to comfort him, before Adam walks out. Rhona and Pierce arrive home. Pearl goes to tell them Paddy is staying, when the man himself appears and explains he is no longer moving to Germany. Pierce is annoyed with the new arrangement.

Chas realises Charity and Cain are together as she and Charity sing along to the radio. She isn't pleased and demands to knows what's happening, but Cain denies anything is going on. In the shop, Bob and Carly tease Jai about his mystery woman. Chas tells Cain and Charity that she hates them both and Charity is annoyed Cain didn't say anything.

Charity tells hungover Cain that she and Ross were together last night. Moira finds Holly listening to a love song so tries to find out more about Holly's mystery man. Moira admits selling the farm is partly due to splitting up with Cain, but she's ready for a change. Lisa isn't pleased with Cain for leaving whilst Belle was still missing.

Kerry is still acting odd and Dan worries she has something on her mind. Kerry fears Zak is about to blow her pregnancy secret when he reveals Joanie has mentioned what's wrong, and is relieved when Zak puts it down to stress. Kerry tells Joanie that she needs to get rid of it for her and Dan to have a future, blurting out she slept with Ross.

Dan suggests ideas for his and Kerry's wedding, but Kerry's mind is elsewhere. Frank has spent the night at Tenant's Cottage and tries to get Megan back into bed. At the factory, Joanie questions what's wrong with Kerry, and offers to cover for her. Jimmy runs into Lydia in Main Street and is disappointed when she says she'll no longer be baking him a pie, and instead she'll bring a fruit salad to the meeting.

Leyla ropes Jacob into helping her clean up The Woolpack after the reception. She comments on how David and Tracy are lying to themselves, as David was ready to call off things. Jermaine turns up late for his shift after visiting Belle. Charity enquirers if Cain has been to visited his sister yet.

Tracy cannot believe how much is going wrong on what's supposed to be the best day of her life. As she goes to call for help, Frank's phone runs out of battery. Frank, Tracy and Vanessa hear a car, so run to the lane, but the car drives past them, splashing Tracy's dress with more mud in the process.

It's the morning of her wedding, and Tracy wakes up in the backseat of the pink car with Frank in the front. She demands answers, unable to believe her dad has kidnapped on her wedding day. Tracy orders Frank to start driving, but the car doesn't start. She is furious when Frank reveals it's later than he thought.

David is nervous about receiving his test results, and insists he doesn't want to know if it's bad news. Frank explains to Tracy he wanted to do something special for her, but Tracy orders him out of her life. Victoria is adamant she and Robert will clear Andy's name. Jai worries about Priya, and tries to get the truth out of Leyla.

Victoria prepares to cater for the adventure park opening and Robert tells her if things don't work out with Chrissie, he has a few contacts. Paddy wakes up on The Woolpack sofa, and asks Chas if he can stay for the day to hide away from Pearl. Chas advises him to face his problems head on, and Paddy thanks her for talking to him. Chas insists he's doing the right thing in moving on. Carly helps Frank to find a wedding present for Tracy and David.

Pearl attempts to get Paddy out of Smithy Cottage. Robert advises Victoria to watch herself around Chrissie. Angelica takes her breakfast upstairs sensing Jimmy and Nicola are going to argue again. Pearl tries to get through to Paddy telling him it's weird he's squatting in his ex's and her new partners house.

Carly invites Paddy to join her and Marlon tonight but Paddy lies he's going on a course. Chas feels guilty for taking Liv's inheritance, and reveals to Charity that Lisa is keeping the money to cover some of the expenses whilst Belle is in hospital. She decides to tell Liv the truth whilst dropping her off at school. Priya calls her counsellor Miriam asking for an appointment.

Lachlan goes to tell Chrissie about Lisa stealing the convertible, but doesn't upon hearing Chrissie has hired Victoria to do some catering. He walks out after insisting Lisa is right about her. Charity can't believe it when Lisa pitches up in a stolen convertible, asking her to help her sell it. Charity orders Lisa to take it back, but Lisa insists it's the only way to keep Belle close and begs for Charity's help. Rishi asks Priya to let him invest in The Mill, as she wont be able to find anywhere better to live, and he'll get his money back when the second flat is sold.

David and Tracy are barely speaking and Leyla encourages them to make up. Vanessa informs them Frank has been charged, and will be moved to prison in a few hours. Tracy feels guilty when Vanessa appologises for bringing Frank to the village.

David tells Tracy to sort things out with her dad so they can have the perfect wedding. Amelia can sense the atmosphere between Kerry and Dan. Dan reveals to Kerry he heard her on the phone and asks what she's done. Frank decides to spend the day getting to know his daughters and grandson.

At the shop, Jacob reads out his best mans speech to Eric, Leyla and Carly. David hears the end of it and insists it's perfect, before proposing to Tracy again, but she still doesn't say yes. Tracy and Carly go bridesmaid dress shopping, but before they leave, Carly warns Vanessa to tell Tracy about Frank moving to Tug Ghyll. Lisa packs a bag for Belle, and looks over an old picture of them together. She vows not to let her daughter down.

Belle wakes up in hospital, still hearing voices and being tormented by Ellie. David proposes to Tracy again, who apologises for her behaviour at the party. Vanessa opens Johnny's birthday cards and reads them to him. She explains to Carly that her dad is being released tomorrow and he'll be staying at Tug Ghyll.

Belle wakes up in an alleyway hearing voices and with Ellie taunting her. Jermaine insists to Lisa that Belle will come home, suggesting they hire a private investigator to find her. Lisa hits back that Belle has left them and doesn't want to be found, before walking off to work.

Belle finds one of the missing posters with her face on it as she sits in a shop door way. Ellie taunts Belle, telling her she's dead to her family and orders her to bin the poster.

Ross gives James a hard time as James tries to persuade his son not to tell Emma about him and Moira, as it didn't mean anything, and it would destroy Emma. Jimmy is excited as his shed has arrived. Jermaine returns from searching for Belle, and Lisa is adamant Belle will find her way back home, and could walk in any second.

Ross brags to Pete about winning their bet as Emma reminds them to clean the cabs out, and comments that her boys should respect women, like James does. Worse for wear Kerry returns to the village, but accidentally leaves her phone on the bus. Priya worries Rakesh is avoiding her after he spends another night on the sofa.

Kerry pours water over Dan, who has slept on the sofa, and she tells him she is now willing to talk. Jimmy has also slept on the sofa, and Nicola suggests doctors are always falling for there patients, like Dan feel for her. Emma plans ahead for buying Wylie's Farm as James sets off for his meeting with a lawyer.

Kerry struggles with the factory rotas and concludes she isn't cut out for a supervisor role. Charity calls round to Wishing Well Cottage and asks Cain when they can tell people about them. DS Mudd arrives at Home Farm to talk to Lachlan about Lawrence's shooting. Marlon tells Paddy he can't start getting awkward around Pierce now, as they are on good terms for Leo's sake. Moira gets emotional as she reads over her divorce papers, so James reminds her she can still change her mind. At The Woolpack, Cain looks over his divorce papers, and Chas suggests he should talk to Moira to see if she's as miserable about their divorce as he is. Charity appears with tickets to the brewery beer weekend, but Cain isn't in the mood.

Bernice apologises to Robert about what happened yesterday, but insists Chrissie is still oblivious. Robert panics when 'Donny' receives an email from Lachlan saying he is flying to Thailand to visit him. Robert orders Bernice to make sure Chrissie isn't suspicious and to repair some of the damage she has caused.

Rhona persuades Pierce to take the day off work to spend time with each other. Meanwhile, Paddy takes a taxi back to the village. At Wishing Well Cottage, Zak tells Lisa he nodded off in his old chair, and insists to Lisa that they will find Belle. Laurel prepares for more overtime, as Ashley asks about her about her maternity leave. Paddy knocks on the door of Smithy Cottage, and lets himself in when there is no reply.

The Dingles worry Belle could be dead as Chas offers to accompany Lisa to the mortuary, but she explains Jermaine is going with her. Rhona worries to Pierce about Paddy not responding to her letter, and gets jealous as Pierce heads off on a run with Carly. Zak receives a call informing him that Lisa has gone to identify a body. Joanie and Dan insist he should be there, not only for Lisa's sake, but for his own.

Rakesh heads to the bank to sort out the factory's account. In the café, Moira worries about her tests results. Dan is nervous about receiving his GCSE results, and his interview with the care home afterward. Zak returns to Wishing Well Cottage without any news of Belle's whereabouts. Jimmy's puts his foot in it again with Nicola. Priya chases up one of the factory suppliers, and is puzzled that the payment has been declined. Joanie assures Zak that the police are doing the best they can to bring Belle home.

Chas tells Charity the family don't need her help but Charity is adamant that being thrown out of the family won't stop her looking for Belle. Chas is suspicious that Charity was out all of last night, and Cain's phone was off, but Charity insists nothing happened, they were out looking for Belle.

Belle is still missing, and Marlon worries what state they'll find her in. He tells Carly that her dad warned him off her. In the café, Vanessa over hears Tracy talking to Alex and immediately assumes she is cheating on David. Vanessa suggests to Leyla that Tracy was trying to get her to move out so she wouldn't cotton on to her seeing Alex. Chrissie is unsure about buying The Mill as the deal with Rakesh was on condition that he got Andy sent down.

Charity sweeps the pub steps and watches as Zak, Lisa and Jermaine have a conversation about Belle. Charity admits to Cain she already knew Belle wasn't pregnant, which infuriates him. Chas and Aaron can't believe what Charity has held back. Carly makes Marlon breakfast but the pair are interrupted by Brenda returning April home. Bob suggests to Leyla that all the bickering between her and Tracy won't be easy for David, just as Tracy walks into the café to hear Vanessa calling her a "gold digging tramp".

Lisa gives Belle's hair brush to PC Hayes, who explains that they may need DNA to identify Belle if she is found in a state. Cain suggests they should check the Moors, as that's where they found Zak when he was ill. He also tells Jermaine to leave searching for Belle to the family, as he has already messed up Belle's life enough. Marlon explains to Vanessa that Belle has had a relapse, and is missing and instructs David in the event he should find Belle.

Jermaine orders Angie to leave The Woolpack, but Angie explains she heard Belle talking to her friend Ellie. On Ellie's prompting, Belle shouts at Angie to shut up. The Dingles insists Angie's allegations are madness and make no sense, but Angie tells Jermaine they both know she wouldn't lie about a thing like this. Jermaine quizzes Belle on why the scan was brought forward, but Belle runs out of the pub, after being told to by Ellie.

April continues to act up, but Bob can't understand why Carly has stopped looking after April. Carly hides from Marlon and suggests to Vanessa they get glammed up and go into town. Jermaine looks forward to the ultrasound scan. Ellie appears to Belle again, taunting her about losing everything, as Lisa and Jermaine try to assure her about the scan. Chas tries to persuade Moira not to give up on her marriage, as Cain is about to wreck what is left of his life.

Aaron is still annoyed with Robert for risking prison to help Andy escape but Robert asks what he would do if it was him and Liv in the same position. Robert is shocked to when Bernice arrives, and explains she couldn't go with Andy, as Gabby needs her. Aaron assures Bernice she has made the right decision, but Robert warns her she'll need to keep quite about what she knows. Jermaine hopes Angie will want to settle their divorce out of court, after receiving a message asking for them to meet up.

Robert brings some food and a change of clothes to Andy, who is hiding out at an abandoned farm. Robert hands his brother a fake passport, and he admits he is shocked Chrissie has done this to him, although they both agree Andy would have been better off sticking with Bernice. Andy refuses to leave until he gets pictures of his kids, and sends Robert back to get some.

Andy can't comprehend that it was Chrissie who set him up, and protests that he and Bernice was a one off when he believed they were broken up. Chrissie reveals it he was right about Lachlan being the one who shot Lawrence. Andy calls Chrissie and her family sick, when she compares Lachlan shooting Lawrence to Andy shooting Jack over a decade previously.

During the night, Chrissie panics when she hears a noise, assuming it's Andy. She is revealed when she realises it's Lachlan, and Lawrence assures Chrissie that there's no way Andy could get in with police outside. Hearing the commotion, a Police Officer checks in on the Whites, and explains that someone matching Andy's description has been spotted at a ferry port Hull, so they are moving their search away. Vanessa wonders about the strange phone call from her father.

Andy is shocked when the Judge explains there has been not application for bail, so he'll be remanded in custody. Frank tells David that he suspects he has not talked much to 'Teeny' about her childhood, and reveals he is inside for defending a lady from a drunk man. Rakesh tells Andy's loved ones he is going to talk to Andy then apply for bail. Chrissie isn't happy with Rakesh for allowing Andy to plead Not Guilty, but Rakesh suggests it would be better for her if Andy was found guilty at his trial.

Chrissie puts more pressure on Rakesh, offering to buy Rakesh out of The Mill development in return for him getting Andy to plead guilty today. David receives a wedding brochure, an reveals to Tracy he has organised her to have a meeting with Leyla and Megan. Stressed Belle snaps at Jermaine. Holly suggests Moira call Cain, as he is probably as miserable as she is, but Moira refuses, and asks Holly to return some of Cain's clothes, so she doesn't have to see her estranged husband.

Drunk Jermaine returns to Wishing Well Cottage with Zak's cap, which Lisa volunteers to return to him, after praising Belle for telling Joanie the truth about the wine stain on her wedding dress.

Priya asks Rakesh to chase up the insurance company again as she's fed up of all the bad feeling between themselves and the Bartons. Zak is surprised to learn he fell into a bush and made a fool of himself at his stag do. 'Ellie' continues to taunt Belle about Zak's wedding, suggesting when he marries Joanie, her dad will want nothing to do with her.

Sam and Dan show off the pink ballerina outfits Amelia has picked out for Zak's stag do as Joanie sets off to Wishing Well Cottage to retrieve her wedding dress. Emma and James tell Ross and Finn that they are planning to buy Wylie's Farm. Chas picks Lisa up for their pamper day, and has a quick look aft Joanie's wedding dress, but is shocked to see a giant red wine stain down the front.

Cain wakes up in the garage and rejects a call from Charity. Belle is reluctant to go to the wedding, but Lisa asks her how she'd feel if her child didn't forgive her for her mistakes. Emma wonders why James didn't tell her about what was going on with Moira and Holly, and realises James didn't trust her not to blab.

Cain drives erratically down country lanes as Charity phones him, asking him not to do anything stupid. Holly tells to Moira not to throw away her marriage so easily, as she never believed her mum would be happy again after John. Charity wakes up Cain, who has spent the night on the sofa. Cain insists Moira just needs time to calm down, as it was only a kiss, that meant nothing. Moira apologises to Adam for not telling him about Simon, although admits that Cain kissed Charity, so she threw him out. Nicola feels useless after overcooking the porridge.

Moira tells Chas that Cain stormed off last night, but Chas reminds Moira that knew what she was getting with Cain. Moira walks off, after insisting Cain can do what he likes. Gabby and Ashley have fun making bread together.

Moira tells Holly she thinks they've turned a corner, as she's finished her treatment and Holly has been clean for twenty-six days now. Victoria assures Holly she won't say anything to Adam as it would break his heart, but she asks for the Diddy Diner back, returning the money Moira gave her. Moira continues to avoid Cain who is suspicious of Moira's 'illness'. Ashley struggles to understand why Gabby lied to the police, suggesting he betrayed his daughter by reporting her to the police, so she is doing the same to him. Laurel insists he cannot blame himself.

Sandy is devastated to learn Gabby was the one who stole his pension,and can't understand why his granddaughter would do such a thing. Gabby suggests he shouldn't have left the money lying around, infuriating Ashley, but Gabby walks out of Mulberry Cottage. Moira makes excuses to stop getting intimate with Cain.

Ashley struggles to come up with ideas to entertain Gabby during the summer holidays, so Laurel suggests he take Gabby and Arthur shopping to get a dress for Gabby's party. Gabby comes downstairs, and Laurel questions how Gabby got a bruise on her face. She lies that it was due to a horse.

Lachlan apologises to Lawrence before Chrissie sends her son back to the B&B and tells Lawrence that Lachlan didn't mean to shoot him. Lawrence explains Lachlan had a gun and pointed it at him, which was no accident. Lawrence is adamant Chrissie cannot keep protecting Lachlan, but Chrissie insists Lachlan is just a boy and they can't let this ruin the rest of his life.

Andy explains to DS Mudd he doesn't have an alibi as he was supposed to be meeting Chrissie and all he knows is that there was a break in at Home Farm and Lawrence was shot. DS Mudd inquires why Andy ended up at the house after the shooting. Andy explains he went up there as she saw the sirens and has no idea how the shotgun ended up in his car.

Lachlan worries what Lawrence will say when he wakes up. He fears the police believe Chrissie is responsible and insists his mother can't take the blame for his actions. Ronnie arrives at the hospital to see Lawrence and DS Mudd also arrives to question Chrissie and Lachlan. Carly creeps downstairs at Tall Trees Cottage and looks for her shoes. April asks Carly to come to the swings with her but Carly explains she was work. Diane questions if Andy's weird mood is anything to do with Bernice, so he is forced to admit he slept with Bernice when he though he and Chrissie were over for good. Andy insists he wants Chrissie so Diane orders him to stop messing her daughter about.

Bernice watches on as Andy and Chrissie walk hand in hand to the café. Priya is unsure about selling Mill Cottage, but Rakesh insists the place has been nothing but bad news and they are alright at Holdgate Farm until they find somewhere else. Priya questions if there is something Rakesh is holding back but he denies there is anything.

Rakesh asks Rishi not to tell Priya about him losing £6,000, as he'll tell her in his own time after everything with the fire is sorted out. Holly takes pictures around the village. Chas returns from the hospital and is greeted by Aaron and Robert. After Aaron leaves to sort things out at the scrapyard, Chas demands Robert tell her what has been happening.

Lawrence ropes Sam into clearing out the salon and tells Kerry she no longer works there. Holly worries for Moira, who is suffering the effect of the PEP pills she has been prescribed. In the café, Emma moans to Rodney about having to house hunt again, which is especially hard as she and James still haven't got a penny of their deposit back from Rakesh.

Moira demands Simon tell her who used the needle she landed on but Simon is unsure so Moira asks where Holly but he is clueless to where she is. In the café, Rishi considers getting Amba a pet. Priya joins him and asks her dad to loan Rakesh some money from the business to tide them over until the insurance company pays out. Rishi agrees. Priya tells Rakesh that Rishi will loan him the money, but Rakesh refuses accept the offer.

Brenda congratulates David and Tracy, unaware of their disengagement, although she is soon set straight. Tracy calls Eric and Jacob to the shop for a surprise she has in store for David. Lisa, Charity and Belle return from the spa and Charity warns Belle she needs to tell Jermaine the truth sooner, rather than later. Joanie presents Zak with a stack wedding brochures for ideas for their own big day and Kerry asks to be bridesmaid.

Over breakfast Lawrence enquirers if Gabby has heard from Bernice. Gabby asks if Bernice has dumped him, stating that is what she does, first her, then Dee Dee, she begs Lawrence to make her mum stay.

Andy is surprised to learn Bernice and Lawrence are going on a romantic mini break to Skipdale Hall. Bernice sends Lawrence on ahead without her telling her husband she needs to sort out a problem at the salon.

She hears Vanessa and Carly returning from their night out so she smashes a back window, and explains to her housemates they've been burgled. Victoria worries that her attacker might get off. Cain offers for him and Adam to sort the attacker out, but Victoria insists she wants everything done legally and agrees to identify him.

Priya's 30th is in full swing but Jai hurries away from the party after being offered a glass of champagne. Kerry discusses Priya calling Rakesh an arsonist so Priya takes the mic and announces to the guests that she has the most perfect man in Rakesh.

Belle assures Jermaine that she can make the flat nice, and assures him that Lisa doesn't hate him. Rishi tries to conjure up another venue for Priya's party after he receives a call saying they have had to cancel his booking as they've been flooded.

Zak, Lisa, Charity and Cain prepare present a united front in front of Belle when they see her wheeling suitcases out of The Woolpack. The Dingles spot Jermaine arriving in a taxi and Zak pins him against the car. Belle shouts for her dad to stop as she is having Jermaine's baby. Rishi talks to Rakesh about Priya's 30th birthday party and reminisces about his daughter's 21st, although they both clam up when Priya appears.

He insists their relationship was doomed from the start but Belle tells him she loves him before Jermaine informs Belle their relationship was a mistake. Charity tells Lisa that she thinks Belle will be home soon for a shoulder to cry on, when Zak and Joanie arrive back from their holiday.

Doug asks Ronnie to star in his gardening vlog as he is planning to add a DIY segment. Ronnie tries to decline but Doug insists his fans will love him. Charity tries to stop Belle getting on the bus to go to see Jermaine, but allows her to go when she spots Jermaine getting out of a taxi outside Dale View.

Pregnant Laurel wakes up with a hangover and snaps at Arthur and Ashley. Ashley spots the empty bottle of wine from the night before and questions if he can drink on his medication. Laurel bites Marlon's head off in the street.

Ashley calls Laurel 'Harriet' in front of Sandy, but she doesn't correct him. Ashley assures Laurel that he knows he cannot be alone in charge of his own children, never mind other peoples. Laurel explains to her husband that she walked in on Gabby and Jacob drunk. Nicola decides against getting a second opinion, as she will only be told that same thing, and instead she nags the Consultant to give her the exercises so she can go home.

Rakesh asks Ronnie why he would set fire to his own house. Ronnie reminds him of the dry rot but Rakesh protests that he didn't, and couldn't set fire to the Mill as he has an alibi. Ronnie suggests that if that's so then he wouldn't object to him sharing his concerns with the police.

Ronnie discharges himself from hospital but can't face going back to his flat alone so decides to stay at the B&B for a while. He thanks Carly for saving him, and Rakesh offers to buy him lunch. Dan reveals to Rakesh, Ronnie and Carly that Nicola collapsed yesterday and is now in theatre undergoing a brain operation.

Priya, Rakesh, Kerry and Carly watch as the fire inspectors look over Mill Cottage. Kerry insists it could have been worse. Rakesh begins talking to DC Fuller, who is an old friend, and introduces her to Priya. Bernice wonders about contacting Ronnie's family, but Lawrence insists it is none of their business, as they should be focusing on Nicola instead. Bernice asks Lawrence to pop into the hospital to visit Nicola, but he explains he has a meeting.

Rakesh hides a holdall in a bin behind David's Shop. Jimmy and Nicola wake up on the floor of The Mill and can hear someone downstairs. In the shop, David has over ordered taramasalata, and builds a tower out of the tubs. He tries to sell Priya and Rakesh some of the 1000 over ordered tubs with no success, but Rakesh gets an idea.

Rakesh tries to get hold of his old builder. Ronnie pulls Rakesh aside whilst he is going over fixtures and fittings with James and Emma to quiz him on what they are doing about the dry rot problem. Ronnie insists he is not letting anyone else inside until it is sorted and made safe.

Jimmy suggests they could extend their living space. Harriet asks Finn to take them to the flower show. Priya tells Vanessa that she and Rakesh are still Johnny's family.

Simon appears at Butlers Farm whilst Holly is washing the Diddy Diner. Holly insists he needs to leave and tells him she'll call him later. Inside, Holly snaps at Kyle for playing on her phone, and blames it on the stress of the police turning up the previous day.

Sam asks Cain for some hay as the police arrive at Butlers Farm. Cain orders Holly to get rid of his bloodied shirt from the washing. A Police officer questions Cain about the assault, suggesting she could take him down to the station and get a warrant. Ross drinks out of a 'The Boss' mug and insists to his brothers they'll soon be dancing to his tune. Ross is annoyed to open a letter from the council that grants Finn an operating license.

Holly calls someone demanding to meet. Moira offers to accompany Holly shopping but Holly thinks it's another excuse to check up on her. Moira finds Cain's bloody shirt in the washing a machine and asks if she'll need to lie to the police.

Lisa prepares for Belle's court appearance, but Belle is adamant there won't be a court case as Jermaine will come through for her. Lisa tries to make her daughter see she is in big trouble and Jermaine has done nothing to help. Lachlan is shocked Belle is going to court. He insists Jermaine won't save her and asks Belle to let him tell the court the truth.

Holly offers to babysit Kyle whilst Cain and Moira attend a gig. Worse for wear, Rishi agrees to give the girl a bonus, so Belle invites Lisa out for dinner on her. Chrissie wonders how much trouble she has caused between Bernice and Lawrence trying to unravel the mystery of her biological father.

Charity awakens to find the bar trashed and glass everywhere. Meanwhile, at Dale View, Emma reveals to Pete, Ross and Finn that she faked being ill to keep her family together. Chas stops Charity from calling the police, explaining she thinks she was the one who trashed the place.

Chas is in a state having had a nightmare. Over at Dale View, James assures Emma he won't miss their date that night, and Finn admits to James that he told Emma about seeing him with Chas the previous day. James tells Emma that Chas was in a state over the court case and didn't want anyone close to her to know.

Pete, Ross and Finn discuss ways James could propose, but they clam up when Emma comes downstairs so she can sense something is going on. Ross hands Emma and envelope and orders to dress nicely to met James in the pub for lunch. Meanwhile, James practices his proposal speech whilst driving but he is soon distracted when he accidentally hits Chas.

Jason apologises to Chas for upsetting her, although Chas insists he didn't. Charity listens in as Chas tells him he is really sweet, but she isn't ready to see anyone.

Priya tells David that Amba has a cold and worries about the infection risk, but David insists Jacob has exaggerated the risks. Zak, Lisa and Cain talk about Belle and Dr Bailey. Lisa is adamant Belle is seeing someone, but Zak questions if Belle is ill again. Chas is feeling under the weather, although Charity pushes her to see DS Wise.

Cain asks Lachlan to send him the photos of Belle and Dr Bailey. Rhona protests to Marlon that she and Pierce isn't what it looks like, but Marlon questions how long they have been sleeping together. Robert terrifies Noah and tells him to be extra nice to Liv. Jacob realises there is something wrong after Eric panics when Lachlan coughs in the shop.

Lachlan looks over the photos, unsure what to do. Aaron tries to apologise to Robert, but Robert is annoyed Aaron kept it from him after everything he has said about being honest.

Belle tries to tell Lachlan that she cannot attend the gig tonight. Aaron worries about Robert and questions why Liv would spend £50,000 to send Robert away. Liv feels guilty for her actions as Aaron frets that he could lose Robert. Pierce suggests Marlon cancel the dinner. Lachlan receives a text from Belle canceling their evening out just as he is getting his hair cut. Carly, Tracy and Vanessa have shots.

Holly apologises to Moira for Cain not returning home the previous night, and insists she is grateful for everything her mum has done for her. Chas offers to accompany Liv to Gordon's old house to clean up after the party. Liv receives another bulling text, just as Robert walks into the pub backroom with his phone in his hand. Liv insists it must be Robert and begs Aaron to believe her.

Cain and Moira wait at the hospital for more news on Holly. Moira feels guilty for turning her back on her daughter, but Adam assures his mum none of this is her fault, and Holly chose to do the drugs. Cain admits to Moira that Holly did call whilst they were in the café, but he deleted the message

Holly sits crying alone with her drugs. Liv tells Gabby she is planning a party and inviting the whole year. Gabby is unsure how Liv will be able to pull it off without Aaron or Chas finding out, but Liv explains she will have it at Gordon's old house, which she now owns, and plans to trash the place.

Cain explains to Moira that it wasn't Holly who took the money, it was Charity. Moira apologises to her daughter. Sam insists to Lawrence he is never pointing a gun at someone again, as he never should've done it in the first place. Lawrence says he is sorry for ever asking him to do it and invites Sam to return to work, with the pay rise he requested.

Jimmy tells Nicola he is worrying about Ashley when she finds him neglecting his chores in the café. Rodney arrives back from Europe and isn't pleased to find Heath is now in his room at Connelton View. Adam and Moira discuss the stolen money. Adam confronts Holly who denies stealing it and insists she is clean.

Lawrence is struggling with the events of the previous day. Bernice questions Lawrence about what Ronnie said, but Lawrence wants to draw a line under everything, assuring Bernice that Ronnie won't be returning. In the café, Moira makes digs towards Charity over the concert tickets, although Charity suggests it was Holly who took them to pay for her drugs.

Laurel, Sandy, Doug and Nicola talk about Ashley's lack of memory of the Social Worker's visit. They discuss how they can enforce her advice, but Laurel insists she can cope supervising Ashley alone and decides to cut her hours at the factory. Chrissie receives her decree nisi in the post, and she is glad to finally be rid of Robert. Bernice informs Lawrence that Sam called Ronnie out to fix the dishwasher, and reveals she has asked Ronnie to return that day.

Arthur tries to get the day off school because of his hand, but Laurel is having none of it. She tries to reassure Ashley that the visit from Children's Social Care is only a formality. Eric complains that they have just had to turn down a booking for six people so Doug suggests that they throw Tracy out as she is costing them more than £1,000 per month.

Jai and Rishi wait in the café, although Jai is adamant that he will not keep Eliza a secret. Bhari and Kusam Doshi arrive for the meeting and introduce themselves to Jai and Rishi. Laurel is relieved that the baby looks fine on the ultrasound scan, and she and Ashley are delighted when the Sonographer informs them they are expecting a baby girl.

Ashley takes delivery of the flat pack pirate ship. Laurel voices her worries about her sonogram scan to Carly, explaining she has already lost a baby to cot death. Carly offers her support, if Laurel every needs anyone to talk to. Rhona and Pierce discuss the previous night, although neither regret sleeping together, they agree to put it down to a moment of madness.

Jacob talks Eric through supporting David at his second chemotherapy session. Sandy talks to Arthur about some of his adventuress throughout the world from his navy days. Sandy advises Arthur to see the world whilst he can.

Rakesh is surprised to learn that Pierce wants to stay in the area. Priya explains to Vanessa that Pierce has taken Rakesh's place at his old firm as Pierce and Rhona look round some rental properties. Ashley sets off to a meeting hoping to persuade a committee to name the village hall after Edna.

Charity is in a bad mood on the morning of her second wedding anniversary to Declan. Chas informs Aaron and Liv that Gordon has left them almost half a million pounds between them in his will. Aaron refuses the money, and Liv copies him, insisting they don't need his money. Pierce shows Rhona a house he is considering moving into, and invites her along to the viewing.

Sandy becomes upset when he cannot find his walkie talkie that he talked to Edna on. Harriet arrives at Mulberry Cottage looking for a picture for the coffin. Ashley insists he is not going as he no longer believes in Edna's god.

Aaron, Liv and Chas struggle to take in the news that Gordon is dead. DS Wise explains he was found dead in his prison cell and tells them he will keep them informed. Ashley worries about the food for Edna's wake, but Marlon assures him everything is in hand. Jimmy tries, unsuccessfully, to persuade Harriet into going on a date with Jai although Nicola has more success, and gets Carly to agree to a date.

Finn informs Ross about Emma's doctors appointment. He decides not to go, but asks to be kept informed of the results. Jai takes Eliza for a walk to give poorly Megan a break. Aaron receives his deed poll letter which officially confirms he is now 'Aaron Dingle'. Chas and Charity decide to throw a family party to celebrate.

Finn informs Emma that he and Pete will go with her to collect her test results. Eric arrives at the pub with the papers Diane needs to sign to buy into the B&B but Diane admits to Doug that Chas doesn't want her to go. Doug tells Diane that he will understand if she changes her mind about selling up, but she'll need to decide soon. Gabby agrees to keep covering for Liv who is planning to attend Gordon's sentencing.

Rakesh sits tied to a chair in an abandoned barn. At the café, Priya worries as she has not heard from her husabnd, and her mind goes into overdrive when Charity suggests Rakesh could be having an affair. Holly feels guilty fro breaking Belle's confidence but Cain assures her she has done the right thing.

Lisa confronts Belle about the morning after pill, although Belle tells her mum she didn't want to stress her out. Belle admits she is on the pill but Lisa reminds her that it won't protect her from catching something, although Belle tells her to mind her own business. Emma tells Pete she will get her results in a few weeks and asks him to keep everything to himself until then.

Ross winds Finn about Pete. Holly overhears and is surprised to learn that Pete fancies her mum. Determined to find her biological father, Chrissie asks Lawrence to help narrow down her list but Lawrence begs Chrissie to leave everything in the past where it belongs. In the café, Jacob asks Emma to help him understand more about David's cancer.

Lawrence is shocked to come face to face with Ronnie Hale, who explains that he did some work for Chrissie and the invoice has yet to be paid. Ashley tells Laurel about finding Sandy at the church, and gets thinking about his own demise. Ross informs Finn that Pete isn't interested in the cab firm and even if he was, wouldn't be able to get a license.

Pete returns to the village. Pearl comes across Edna's old diaries whilst going through Edna's possessions with Laurel and Harriet. She reads a few passages where Edna wrote of her surprise to learn Mark Wylde was a bigamist, and also how Ashley was her rock and how devoted he was to his faith.

Ashley and Laurel break the news about Edna's passing to Jimmy and Nicola. Ashley worries as Lily asked him to conduct the funeral, and he agreed. At Home Farm, Chrissie tells Andy she could just take some of Lawrence's hair from his comb, but Andy insists she needs to be honest with Lawrence.

Liv asks Aaron for money. Outside the café, Robert is working on Home Farm business, when panicked Bernice arrives telling him they don't have catering and a marquee for a customer that is arriving soon. She begs him to help her in the office and insists she will handle Lawrence if he finds out.

Tracy suggests to Leyla that she should have kept a better eye on Jacob in Portugal as then he would be here now asking to see David. Liv offers to have a kick about with Jacob to warm him up for the match, and asks to tag along to cheer on the team, but he knocks her back.

Pearl has Jimmy gardening for her with nothing but an apron on. Eric persuades David to go ahead with the operation. Lisa is upset to see Belle so unhappy and knows it is down to her boyfriend. Angie finds Belle's lipstick in Jermaine's car.

Belle makes Jermaine nervous as she chats to Angie and shows off the necklace that her 'boyfriend' bought her. Emma awkwardly chats with her also. Finn brainstorms ideas with Holly and Victoria for starting his own business. He settles on the idea of a cab firm, believing Pete would be able to help out too.

Preparations for the fundraiser get underway at David's Shop. Belle offers to pick up Lisa's prescription from the doctors. Rhona is put out when Leo has to stay off school due to illness and she receives an emergency callout.

Belle assures Lisa she will be on her best behaviour now she has her job back. Jimmy is looking after Eliza again, and he informs Jai he will be at the park later if he wants to pop by to see Eliza.

Charity worries when Victoria mentions Finn is hosting a comic-con to sell the action figures. Her problems mount when Diane asks for the money for the pub, or she'll put her half back up for sale. David realises Tracy is aware of his cancer diagnosis.

Whilst collecting Amba, Priya tells David he is in the Hotten Courier. Doug arrives back from visiting Annie in Spain, and finds faults at the B&B. Holly presents Moira with a birthday cake. Cain has forgotten his wife's birthday, so Holly covers for him saying his order at the jewellers is ready to collect.

The next morning, Zak arrives back from the police station, having spent a night in the cell. David leaves to get his test results. Rakesh hears that Zak was arrested for the factory fire. Zak is hurt when even Joanie suspects he may have been responsible for the fire.

Rakesh notices Belle quickly dressing in the office as Jermaine hides under the desk. He persuades Lisa to get her bag and go before she spots them. Belle quickly begins blowing out the candles but accidentally knocks one into the office waste bin. Chrissie tells Andy that she went to see Cain in an attempt to persuade him to provide him with Debbie's contact details.

Joanie turns up in the pub, telling Zak she's found her engagement ring. Belle informs Lisa that she still has the ring in her bag and knows she's lying. Bernice is annoyed to find Lawrence working and insists it's too soon.

Lachlan tries to persuade Chrissie to get him a motorbike. Chrissie reminds Andy that now at least he knows his children are in France, and suggests getting the police involved. Andy tells her Moira has agreed to help him.

Robert informs Aaron the trip to Barcelona is only postponed, as after two weeks with Liv they will need a holiday. Rhona calls the locum Joseph to inform him his services will no longer be required now she isn't going to Germany and Pearl is shocked walk in on Rhona and Leo.

Paddy and Rhona set about making arrangements for their trip to Germany, and inform Vanessa they are leaving today. Aaron frets about being unable to get hold of Sandra, so Chas suggests he take the day off with Robert, who has spent the night. They decide to go on a last minute city break.

Aaron worries as the jury take their time with the verdict. Lisa realises that items are missing from the cottage and notices the money pot has gone too. She decides to call the police. Rhona loses her patience when more negative reviews of the surgery appear online.

Liv speaks about Gordon in court, saying she remembers a normal childhood with him. Chrissie strikes up a rapport with Ronnie, quizzing him on whether he has a wife and kids. He tells her no on both counts. Zak raids Wishing Well Cottage for family heirlooms while Lisa is out.

The following day, Aaron worries about Liv taking the stand and explains to Chas she asked to move in with them at the pub yesterday. When their original choice for a locum lets them down, Paddy, Rhona, Vanessa and Pearl are forced to hold emergency interviews. Chrissie persuades Andy to stay at Home Farm for an extra few days.

It's day two of Gordon's trial. Chas wonders how Gordon's barrister can defend a man like him but Aaron suggests he could believes Gordon is innocent, as it's likely the jury will. Aaron thanks his mum for sticking by him. Paddy and Rhona look though potential locums with Vanessa for whilst they are in Germany.

Aaron sets off to court, Paddy wishes him luck, although Aaron tells Robert not to attend. Megan stresses about Eliza's christening and worries when the cake says 'Elijah'. Jai overhears Joanie and Kerry talking about Eliza's christening so Priya tells him he should attend anyway.

David worries about his test results and snaps at Leyla and Eric when they offer to accompany him to collect the results. Zak apologises to Rishi for the punch.

Megan tells Sam that she's arranged for Eliza's christening to take place on Tuesday and asks him to be godfather. Jai overhears and is hurt at not being consulted. He asks Megan if Priya can be Eliza's godmother. She agrees. Zak secretly continues to try and fight his jealousy over Rishi's friendship with Joanie.

Robert walks away, leaving Lawrence unconscious on the floor. An upset Chrissie dashes round to Bernice and breaks the news to her that Lawrence was responsible for Andy's attack. The sonographer carries out her exam on David. Bernice goes to confront Lawrence and finds him unconscious on the floor.

Chrissie is pleased that Andy is being released from hospital. Lawrence is guilty as he overhears her suspecting Robert of the attack. Gabby is upset as she attempts to apologise to Ashley again but poorly chooses her words.

Chrissie blames Bernice for Andy standing her up, believing it was because he didn't want them to go public with their relationship. She deletes Andy's number from her phone. In the café Aaron asks Robert out for a pint, while Lachlan and Gabby lie to Ashley that he gave Gabby permission to go to the gig.

Lawrence appologises to Bernice for missing dinner, and questions if she has given Robert his watch. Gabby tries to persuade Bernice to allow her to go to the gig, but Lachlan scuppers her chances when he mentions Ashley has already refused her permission to attend.

Liv replays the recording of Aaron and Robert talking about Ryan, unsure what to do. Aaron voices Robert's worries to Chas about Sandra potentially getting Liv ask about the other victim. Liv is unsure what to do after overhearing Aaron insist to Chas that Liv is the best thing that has happened to him in ages, and he trusts her.

Aaron's surprised when he discovers Chas has given Liv her marching orders until after the trial. Holly receives a text from a friend saying Dean was on a suspended sentence and has gone straight back to prison. She's annoyed to find Moira clearing out all drugs and alcohol from the farmhouse to avoid risk of temptation.

Cain knocks Dean's heavy to the floor with a single kick and punch. Dean has second thoughts about his demands and lets Holly go before driving off in the haulage van. Cain goes off to collect his car as Holly follows behind him.

Cain discovers Charity and Ross storing a Home James van full of stolen electrical items in a barn at Butler's Farm. They explain about their deal with Moira but Cain insists on it being removed. Belle admits to Rishi that she exaggerated when she showed him round Wishing Well Cottage yesterday.

Lisa revives her decree nisi in the post. Worried David snaps at Leyla. After arriving at work, Joanie questions Lisa if she also received the divorce papers and Rishi asks to look round Wishing Well Cottage. Joanie suggests this could the chance for everyone to move on, but Belle isn't happy.

David confides in Leyla his fears that Eric has prostate cancer after looking his father's symptoms up on the internet. Laurel worries that Ashley quitting the church is a side effect of the dementia, and questions what he will do, although Ashley insists he needs to create as many happy memories with the time he has left. Moira orders Holly to start working at the garage until her debts are paid off.

Laurel plants chocolate eggs in preparation for the Easter egg hunt and is pleased to learn Ashley will be conducting the Easter service. Cain winds Holly up. Once out of Cain and Moira's earshot, Holly phones Dean informing him she has a plan to get hold of the money. Arthur proudly shows off Laurel's scan picture but Laurel worries to Harriet that Ashley's heart is no longer with the church.

Moira asks Holly to take a meat order down to The Woolpack. Doug is going to Spain to join Diane and Annie. He pushes Charity to come up with the pub money for when he returns. Marlon thanks Carly for agreeing to look after April again. Paddy and Rhona tell Marlon they want to go to Germany for six months, but he lays down the law and tells them they can't take Leo with them.

Holly covers that she thought the car was Moira's and she was only borrowing it. Moira scolds her for driving like a maniac. Paddy tries to make Rhona realise that he still loves her and believes they can still make a go of their marriage.

Paddy has spent the night at Tall Trees Cottage. He asks Marlon if he can have a word with Rhona. Andy slips away from Butler's Farm to see Chrissie. She is nervous as it's the day of the divorce settlement meeting and fears Robert will take her for everything he can get. Marlon encourages Rhona to talk to Paddy.

Paddy explains to Rhona he didn't tell her about his affair phone as she didn't want anymore details. Over breakfast, Ashley assures distraught Arthur he remembers him. Charity looks over an order sheet as Nicola arrives in the office. Nicola downplays the new contracts value and stops Charity emailing herself a copy of the books.

Laurel removes her wedding rings while Nicola warns Jimmy not to mention anything about the new contract to Charity. She stalls Charity when she requests to have a look at the books. Laurel presents Sandy with a birthday card, and Harriet arrives to whisk him was for a birthday treat with Doug, but Sandy refuses to leave until he knows how Ashley is.

The wedding reception is in full swing and the guest wait for the arrival of the Bride and Groom. At Mulberry Cottage, Laurel tries to explain to confused Ashley he isn't in the wrong house. Ashley asks for Harriet and insists he is no longer Laurel's concern but Laurel tries to tell him that they are now married again.

Ashley and Laurel are in good spirits on the morning of their wedding. A guilty Harriet panics as Ben the vicar is so hungover that he's in no state to conduct the wedding. Sam gets a surprise when he returns to Home Farm early and Chrissie flashes him, thinking he is Andy. Dan is annoyed when he opens the electricity bill at Dale Head.

Laurel explains how she and Ashley wanted to keep the pregnancy quiet following the miscarriage. She throws Doug out when he thinks the pregnancy is a bad idea. Dan, Sandy and Bob join the stag party at The Woolpack.

Liv finds Aaron at the scrapyard and accuses him of being a liar. He realises it was her that scratched his car. Ross wants Charity to get Debbie's mobile number from Cain for him, convinced that together they can persuade her to return. Aaron takes Liv back to The Woolpack and introduces her to Chas.

Chas realises Gordon has broken his bail conditions by scratching Aaron's car and hope the judge will throw the book at him. PC Swirling arrives to question Cain about why the pick up truck was parked near a jewelers that was turned over.

Leyla explains to Megan she doesn't want to share the business again, although she soon ferries Megan to the hospital when Jai calls to say Eliza has had a seizure. Charity orders Ross to hand over £50k by 5pm, meanwhile at Home Farm, Lawrence catches Andy eyeing up Chrissie.

Robert has a solicitors meeting regarding his divorce, but he is surprised to learn from Victoria about Gordon's plea hearing. Chas warns Charity she'll need to come up with the money soon, or she will be forced to find another buyer.

Charity considers moving to The Woolpack when she buys Diane's share of the place. Noah is uninterested, making it clear he will be staying with Cain and Moira. Emma and James are excited to discuss buying one of Rakesh's flat conversions.

Priya confronts Rakesh over lying to her about his money situation and his hug with Chrissie. Moira hides the stolen car in the barn at Butler's Farm and contacts Ross. She cuts him in on 50% of the money if he sells it on.

It's Priya and Rakesh's wedding day and she is nervous something will go wrong. Chas is puzzled when she receives a call from Charity who sounds in a panic but loses connection.

Kerry overhears Priya and Leyla discussing Priya's hen do. Rakesh informs Jimmy he has pawned his watch to pay the electricity bill so Jimmy invites him to the pub.

A social worker arrives at Tall Trees Cottage to talk with Marlon about April's bruises. Cain sets off to collect Charity from prison. Jimmy is adamant Rakesh would be better telling Priya about his money troubles. He goes to tell her, but she is too busy with work calls. Marlon insists to the social worker that he has not been hurting his daughter, and points her towards Carly's house.

Megan sits by her daughter's incubator. In the village, Priya worries her wedding won't be very happy. Brenda questions Jai on how the baby is doing and Leyla thanks him for arranging for Lisa to help her out. Emma worries about the bruises she found on April's arm, suspecting Carly could have caused them. She reveals her suspicions to Ross and James.

Megan and Jai anxiously await more news on their daughter. Sam covers to Lisa about who shot him but leaves her taken aback when he informs her that Zak gave him a lift last night. Marlon leaves April in Carly's care for the day, believing she is too ill to go to school due to a sore throat. Rakesh worries when Leyla breaks the news that the florist for the wedding has gone bust and the only other alternatives are more expensive.

As darkness falls and still out in the woods alone, Megan fights her rising panic as her labour pains progress. Zak and Joanie are relieved when Sam regains consciousness at the hospital, but Joanie is still utterly eaten up with guilt. Leyla hides her disappointment when Lisa turns up saying Jai has sent her to take her into town instead.

Jai offers to give Leyla a lift to pick up some items for Priya's wedding when David lets her down. Sam takes the day off from Home Farm and borrows one of their vans in order to take Megan to the hospital for her scan. Aaron is still upset about what Robert did.

Kerry offers to look after Kyle whenever Joanie needs. Zak learns from Sam that Andy has quit, but Sam tells him not to go asking for the job. Rishi asks Megan to accept some help from Jai and he assures her Jai is a changed man, as he is only looking out for his grandchild. Chrissie tries to make things up to Bernice, while Lawrence tells Chrissie to put all doubts behind her.

Lawrence worries about calling Lachlan's Youth offending officer. Bernice suggests she would be safer in a hotel, but Chrissie overhears their conversation and explains it wasn't Lachlan filming, it was her.

Chas reveals to Marlon that a second victim of Gordon's has come forward. At Home Farm, Lawrence gets Lachlan to clear out the yard as punishment and orders Lachlan and Gabby to return home a lunch time. Chrissie insists Lachlan has been doing the past year but he needs to show that he can be trusted again.

Aaron admits to Chas that Robert tracked down Sandra and they both went to see her yesterday but that she won't help. He isn't impressed when Robert arrives to say that he's been to the police and given DS Wise her address against his wishes. David tells Ashley about Gabby's part in the robbery.

Robert takes Liv into the kitchen so Sandra and Aaron can talk. Aaron explains to Sandra that he's reported Gordon to the police for abusing him as a child and they will want to speak with her. Jacob tells Leyla and David that it was Lachlan and Gabby who broke into the barn conversion and stole Val's ring. Victoria convinces Laurel to hire her street food van for her wedding.

Chas isn't pleased when she and Aaron bump into Cain in the street and he seems keen to avoid speaking with them. Rakesh gets a call from Charity who wants him to find an illegal 'loophole' to get all her money out of the haulage business. Chrissie gets Lachlan to help her set up webcams around Home Farm to catch Bernice with Andy, believing she will stray again.

Aaron is surprised to find Robert helping out at the scrapyard. Aaron told Robert that he don't wants him but Robert refuses to leave. Chas regrets telling the pub customers about Gordon's abuse. Diane feels guilty for bringing Gordon back to the village and encouraging him to forge a relationship with Aaron.

PC Swirling visits Rakesh again, but Rakesh denies holding back any information. In the pub, Doug suggests the police set up an office as they are in the village that often, while Chas thanks Robert for yesterday and he assures her he is going to sort it. Kerry calls out Hot Tony to the salon to fix a broken loo, and to set him up with Bernice.

Priya tells Rakesh that Nikhil is staying in Canada but Rakesh is distracted when he receives a letter from Kirin stating he isn't coming home. Chas pesters Robert in the shop questioning him if he has found a way to stitch Gordon up yet.

Leyla is irritated when she realises that Nikhil has booked her a flight to Canada for a few weeks with him believing he doesn't trust her around Jai. Paddy attempts to speak to Rhona but she ignores him and leaves the house. Adam deletes photos of Johnny from his phone in order to get him out of his life.

Rhona rushes back to Smithy Cottage and finds herself snapping at Pearl for some time alone. Jai announces that he checked himself into rehab to make sure he stayed clean. He knows he has a long way to go to win back his family's trust and gives Leyla and Nikhil his blessing.

Rhona is suspicious about Paddy's behaviour and starts looking through his phone for clues on why he's been lying to her. Jacob and David are alarmed to discover that an excited Leyla and Nikhil are getting married. James asks Rhona to look at the cow at Butler's Farm, wanting her to give her full attention.

Rhona thinks she and Paddy should attend Tess' funeral but Paddy is adamant they should let her family grieve. Belle insists Lisa's party should go ahead, even thought it is not a surprise anymore. Lisa realises her birthday the following day is a fresh start and heads into town.

Ashley struggles to know how to deal with Laurel's drinking. When Gabby sees the bottle of vodka on the table she leaves quickly while Laurel is still feeling unwell. Sandy offers to have a word with Laurel but Ashley rejects it. Megan feels useless after finding Tess.

Kirin receives a text from Rakesh wanting to talk. Gabby moans to Ashley about the ski trip and Arthur reveals Laurel has been sick, but she insists she is fine. Zak and Joanie arrive back from Ireland and Kerry explains there is something going on with the Dingles. Kirin asks Paddy about Tess after bumping into him in the street.

The next morning, Paddy sits alone outside Smithy Cottage where he notices Tess' blood on his jacket. Kirin goes round to Ross and begs him to help move a burnt out car for him. Ross works out that Kirin was responsible for the hit and run and demands £20,000 from him as payment.

Kirin panics and drives away as he sees another car approaching. Megan drives by and is shocked to notice Tess lying in the road. Paddy insists on accompanying Rhona to meet Tess, trying to talk her out of it on the way.

Diane sets off for her last chemotherapy session. Tracy approaches Carly for an apology but Carly refuses to give her one. Vanessa refuses to speak to Kirin when he turns up smelling of alcohol. Leyla has been discharged from hospital and is confused when Nikhil mentions that her proposal yesterday was very romantic.

Kirin makes excuses about his behaviour the previous day but Carly insists he needs to grow up as he has Johnny to think of now. She hands Johnny over to Kirin after says it won't happen again.

Kirin has had a restless night alone with Johnny. Robert insists to Aaron her was brave for going to the police and he should be proud although Aaron admits he only did it to stop Cain killing Gordon. DS Wise arrives at Butler's Farm and quizzes Cain about Gordon's allegations of attempted murder.

Aaron calls the police and reports his dad Gordon abused him as a child. Nikhil asks Molly if she wants to have tea with Brenda so he and Leyla can be alone. Adam is shocked that Nicola is now working at the port-a-kabin full-time after swapping roles with Jimmy.

Moira is puzzled when Cain is distant with her and she notices him leaving the house with ropes. Nicola is bored of looking after the kids all the time and jumps at the chance to work on the haulage books for Jimmy while he spends time with them.

Aaron's shocked as Chas arrives back from seeing Gordon upset and reveals he admitted what he did. The trading standards agents discover that all of the wine cases have been tampered with and inform Eric he is likely to lose his licence.

Chas wants Aaron to go to the police but he refuses, saying Gordon lied to his face when he confronted him about his actions and knows he would do the same to them.

Chas packs a picnic and begs Aaron not to move out. Cain is surprised that Moira has been sent a visiting order to take Noah to see Charity, believing Charity is up to something. Chas and Aaron head to the beach. Eric wonders how Carly and Tracy will make a profit on the expensive wines.

Diane is shocked that Aaron is moving out of the pub. Cain and Moira tell Emma to make the most of the time she has left with Moses before Charity is released. Carly and Tracy advertise another wine tasting event. Nicola tells Lawrence and Bernice she has resigned to become a stay-at-home mum as they have Carl permanently now.

Cain and Moira worry when they discover Noah isn't in his room and has left a note unaware Emma has Noah hiding in the B&B. Aaron offers to take Chas to her court hearing for stabbing Diane but she tells him they will worry about that when they find Noah.

Noah isn't happy as Cain goes to see Charity without him, thinking she mustn't care. Moira insists to Cain that Charity isn't moving into the farm when she's released. Laurel confides in Nicola that she had a miscarriage, noting that she didn't realise how much she wanted the baby until she lost it. She blames herself for wanting to get rid of it in the first place.

Tess admits to Paddy that she's developed feelings for him and wants to carry on seeing him. They're interrupted by Rhona knocking on the door. Paddy panics and bundles Tess in the bathroom before he lets Rhona in, covering that he'll talk with her afterwards. Ashley escorts Laurel to the doctors.

Rhona asks Paddy to cancel the conference and help out at the surgery as she is feeling under the weather. She isn't pleased when he declines. Nicola calls round with Carl to see Laurel ahead of the abortion. Kerry isn't pleased when she steps in pig muck outside her door and confronts Lisa.

Laurel decides to take the day off so she and Ashley can discuss her pregnancy. Kirin is adamant that Rakesh won't see Johnny. He raises the issue of paternity leave with Rishi, who reluctantly agrees to step in whilst Kirin is off. Laurel defends Juliette to Nicola, after Nicola moans about her leaving Carl with she and Jimmy.

Doug gives Laurel and Ashley a hand moving their possessions over to Mulberry Cottage. Chas presents Laurel the tenancy agreement on Cain's behalf, but explains Laurel is the only one on the lease as Cain wasn't sure how Ashley's condition would affect legal agreements.

Cain and Moira empty Mulberry Cottage and hand Laurel the keys. Ross is shocked to learn Debbie is renting to the Thomas'. After spending the night with Nikhil at Farrers Barn, Leyla tries to hide behind curtains to stop Jacob seeing her. Jacob reveals he knows she stayed the night.

Ashley and Laurel ask Cain about renting Mulberry Cottage but he refuses, saying that Debbie will return at some point. Robert tries to encourage Aaron to tell Chas about Gordon but he refuses. When Robert leaves the room, Aaron slips out the house. Kirin overhears Vanessa defending him to Leyla over fatherhood.

Aaron explains to Robert that the first time it happened was when he was eight, saying that Gordon told him it was his punishment for acting up over Chas leaving. He notes how Gordon threatened to do it again if he told anyone. In The Woolpack, Chas worries to Gordon that Aaron is missing and so is his passport.

Robert waits for Aaron to wake and tries to get him to talk. Robert begs Aaron to let him help. He leaves Aaron to talk with a man from the Mental Health Liaison Service. Chas informs Diane that Gordon might be buying into The Woolpack.

Aaron's self harming cuts are causing him pain. Nikhil is disappointed to see David walking Cheryl instead of Leyla. He watches as Leyla collects a parcel. Leyla and Carly pretend they didn't hear Johnny crying during the night.

Gordon drops Chas off after their night together. She dreads the pub open day so Gordon offers to buy Diane's share and suggests they run it together. Vanessa, Kirin and Leyla have had another restless night with Johnny.

Pearl feels guilty when Paddy tells Bob about the bad reference. Feeling sorry for Rakesh over Priya walking out, Chrissie invites him round to Home Farm for dinner. She tells Rakesh that he needs a big gesture to show Priya she can trust him. Diane begins wearing her wigs and is pleased she went to Chrissie.

Aaron is left reeling when Paddy tells him that he's been having an affair with Tess. Pearl is nervous ahead of her meeting with the social worker worried that she will say the wrong thing. Laurel gives Nicola food for thought over her priorities when she moans about her extended family.

Paddy's surprised when he sees Aaron drop a lighter but presumes he's started smoking again. He and Rhona are apprehensive for everything to go perfect with the social worker. Belle is concerned about Lisa and ignores Zak as he tries to call her. Joanie encourages Zak to send Belle a text asking to meet.

Belle makes Lisa breakfast and insists she will look after her, but Lisa is determined to go back to work. Moira asks Finn how Pete is but Finn blames her for Pete being in prison. Rhona brings up asking Tess to be a reference for the adoption meeting with Paddy. Zak is happy to receive a text from Belle asking to meet.

Priya tries to stick up for Rakesh to Kirin. Kirin questions why she is even with Rakesh as defending him makes her as bad as him. Pete confides in Finn about his and Moira's kiss. Finn is disgusted that he could kiss his own aunt and advises him to forget about it. Belle says Lisa needs cheering up which gives Chas an idea. Moira insists that hers and Pete's kiss was a moment of madness but she is horrified when Pete explains he has told Finn.

Cain is still in a mood, and blaming Moira for Debbie leaving with the kids. Pete says he wishes he never told Moira about the gun. Carly suggests Vanessa take the DNA lab to court for compensation. Rakesh storms out the café when Priya insists the truth was bound to come out eventually.

Rishi worries that Leyla and Nikhil being together might set Jai back. Ashley walks in on Harriet, Lisa, Belle and Kerry discussing his dementia in the café. He also hears them taking pity on Harriet for him dumping her and explains that he did so to make sure she wasn't saddled looking after him in his condition.

Vanessa and Rhona return to find Adam and Johnny have gone. Adam explains to Victoria about the paperwork error on the DNA results. Victoria tries to make him see that he's running away with a baby that isn't his. Adam fails to accept this. Bernice is confused when Ashley arrives at Home Farm following an upset Gabby.

Vanessa calls the DNA testing company and is shocked as she tells Rhona that, according to them, Adam never was Johnny's father and blames a processing error for her original letter. Adam and Victoria prepare for a day out with Johnny.

Vanessa nervously waits for the postman to deliver the DNA results. Cain is still frosty with Moira and the hoover gets clogged just as Noah reveals his mouse is missing. Ashley tells Laurel he has asked Gabby to come to them after school so they can tell she and Arthur about his dementia.

Chas prepares for Aaron's birthday party. Cain is annoyed Moira allowed Ross to take Moses, but she hits back that Cain barely looked after him. Exhausted Ross struggles to settle Moses. Sandy assures Harriet she will find someone else and he hands over his keys to Brook Cottage so she can retrieve some insurance documents. Ashley and Laurel tour a care home.

Emma tries to encourage Ross to go and get Moses but Ross is more interested in drinking. Emma begs him not to make the same mistake she did. Moira tells Andy he should keep out of Cain's way for a while. Chas is surprised that Aaron is running again. Vanessa has had a rough night with baby Johnny so Adam offers to take him out for a while.
