Cain hugs Moira. She asks him to say something. Cain states it was practically self-defence and is adamant Moira has got to get Emma's words out of her head as they're not true. When Moira breaks down, Cain tells her this is exactly what Emma would've wanted. Moira insists she can't live with the guilt.

Ross bundled Emma into the car before speeding out of the village, which unknown to him, was witnessed by returning Laurel. At the police station, Laurel explains she went to confront Emma, unaware of what had gone on whilst she was away.

Harriet conducts Emma's funeral service in front of a sparse crowd of mourners. Moira takes Isaac to Holly's grave. She sits down and begins talking to her late daughter. Pete struggles to hold it together during the funeral and walks out of the church.

Moira receives a text back from Simon agreeing to meet this afternoon. Adam has spent the night at Mill Cottage leaving Victoria to wonder if he'll be attending their adoption meeting today. Ross approaches Victoria to interrogate her about the letter but all Victoria will say is she's sorted it. When Ross asks to see the letter, Victoria is forced to admit she burned it.

Moira is still struggling to sleep. Brenda has picked up that Bob isn't acting himself. Victoria also notices her husband is distracted but assumes it's because of Isaac. Both Pete and Ross want to get the funeral over and done with. At Mulberry Cottage, Arthur notices his advent calendar chocolate has been stolen. Arthur wonders if Laurel took the chocolate as she hates Christmas.

Ross sits at Pete's bedside. He begins to stir and mumbles about Emma and being sorry. Adam and Victoria discuss what Adam overheard Ross saying. Adam concludes Ross killed Emma and planted the confession letter in his car. Victoria orders Adam to let this go as he can't go around accusing Ross without evidence.

Harriet tries to talk to Pete about Emma's funeral but he's not interested. Victoria is nervous ahead of her and Adam's meeting with their social worker Rita. Harriet approaches Adam mentioning Emma's funeral and the state Pete is in.

Eric tries to explain what went on but Faith believes he's just trying to salve his conscience. Morris wants the incriminating laptop back, reminding Eric he has proof that he broke into his house. Eric hands over the laptop and goes running after Faith but Faith speeds off in his car. Rhona admits to Vanessa that she told Paddy she still loves him. Vanessa thinks she's insane.

Zak and Lisa have spent the night in a tent and have built a barrier using scrap and old pallets to prevent anyone to do with the golf course development from accessing their land. Belle reminds her loved up parents they can't spend the winter sleeping outside.

Paddy informs Chas that Zak and Lisa brought Alfie to the surgery last night. The dog has liver cancer and he's been avoiding telling the Dingles. Chas offers to be there when Paddy breaks the news. Rhona apologises to Jessie for being so pushy yesterday.

David is distracted after Leyla's deceleration of love yesterday. Robert asks Aaron for a drink later so Liv makes him aware Aaron is going out with Alex today. Rhona rants to Marlon about Leo having to audition for an additional role in the nativity. Rishi is adamant Jai can't keep Tip. Pete apologises to David for punching him before assuring Leyla she'll find someone who makes her happy and gives her a hug.

Leyla prepares to set Pete straight on their future - or lack thereof. Frank dresses up as Santa ahead of hosting a grotto in the shop. Jai brings along Tip, who's wearing a reindeer costume. Liv is annoyed when Robert calls round at Mill Cottage with a letter Aaron left in the port-a-kabin. She decides to feign an injury in a bid to bring Alex into Aaron's orbit. Lisa has spent the night at the B&B. Now that she's calmed down, Belle encourages Lisa to speak to Zak.

Charity inquires who Tom's mystery woman is. Despite Debbie explaining she was a colleague, Charity still believes Tom is dodgy. Debbie allows Charity to meet Tom later. Sam notices Alfie isn't himself so asks Lisa to keep an eye on him.

The countdown to the Christmas lights switch on begins but the lights fail to turn on. Charity returns to the village and tells Debbie there is something she needs to hear. Lisa is considering the offer that's been made for Wishing Well Cottage but Zak continues to maintain they're not going anywhere.

Sarah is excited to attend the Christmas lights switch on with Tom later. Robert has been released without charge. He insists all that matters now is finding his son. Diane makes Robert aware how disappointed she is. Lisa reveals to Eric that the appeal date will be confirmed in a few days. She worries the effect all of this is having on Zak.

Liv is annoyed that battered and bruised Robert has spent the night on the sofa. Aaron can't believe it was Lawrence who beat Robert up. Chrissie is delighted to have Lachlan home. He claims he's sorry for the worry he's caused and apologises to Rebecca for losing it with Seb. Lachlan pretends to be surprised there was something going on between Lawrence and Robert and jokes he's the only family member Robert hasn't tried it on with.

Rebecca assures Chrissie that Lachlan will return home. Chrissie wishes her son could see how much his family miss him, unaware he's watching her. Lachlan tells Gerry that his stint in hiding is nearly over. As Doug puts up the Christmas lights, he and Diane remind Bernice she needs to tell Dee Dee the truth as the longer she leaves it, the worse it'll get.

Chrissie has been on the phone to the police, they've checked the entire reservoir and found nothing. Although relieved, Chrissie still fears her son could be dead. Belle suggests setting up a social media page to help find Lachlan.

Jimmy no longer believes Bernice and Nicola can keep Mrs Dumphreys winnings as they see her true heir everyday. Nicola still wants to keep, but like Jimmy, Bernice can't live with the guilt. Bernice insists they'll need to come up with something really clever to give Lydia the money. Debbie and Sarah return from the hospital.

Gerry is surprised to learn Lachlan has been hiding out in the loft all this time. Lachlan gives Gerry a tour of the area, pointing out all of the ways he's spying on his family. Gerry can't understand Lachlan's motives and suggests Lachlan has lost it. Lachlan watches as distraught Chrissie blames herself for him committing suicide. His plan is working. Sarah is rushed to hospital.

Sarah lies to Debbie that she isn't feeling well. When Debbie suggests they go to the doctors, Sarah admits she's fine, she wants to hang out with Debbie and Tom. Nicola is annoyed to see Bernice has spent more money since they agreed not to touch it so she heads off to the shops to spend some too. The police think Lachlan is avoiding his family and Chrissie is starting to believe it.

Sarah's reveals she saw Debbie kissing Tom yesterday. Debbie tries to explain but Sarah walks off. Lachlan turned Home Farm's CCTV off before he went missing which is making it harder to locate him. Worried Chrissie suggests the police talk to Gerry but they already have. Megan and Frank are back together but Megan continues to sneeze in the presence of Frank's stray dog.

Chrissie is concerned as she hasn't heard from Lachlan and blames Lawrence for bringing Robert back into the business. Cain helps Debbie move into Jacobs Fold. Sarah wonders if Debbie's boyfriend will be moving in too but Debbie denies even having a boyfriend. Chrissie apologises to Lawrence for lashing out. Frank takes a shine to a stray dog who keeps appearing in the shop. Leyla calls round at Dale View to help Pete get back on track.

Cain collects Isaac from Butlers Farm. Moira has an appointment with Dr Cavanagh later. Chrissie is upset Lachlan is ignoring her texts. Loved up Debbie returns from her jaunt with Tom. Leyla is concerned for Pete. Charity inquires how Debbie's trip went. Debbie lies it was all work so there was no time for pleasure.

Adam and Victoria try to get Moira to tend to Isaac but Moira is in a world of her own. Faith asks Adam and Victoria not to start thinking of Isaac as their child. They assure her they aren't trying to take him. Faith speeds down to the garage and orders Cain to come with her immediately as there is something up with Moira.

As Victoria holds Isaac, Adam tries to get to the bottom of what's going on. Moira states she doesn't want the baby but Adam thinks she's just sleep deprived. Journalist Molly continues to take photographs as Belle grabs the golf club from Zak to prevent him causing any more damage. Lachlan asks Molly to leave but she already has enough material to write her story.

Moira has had a rough night with Isaac. Harriet has arranged for another vicar to take Isaac's christening. Sam and Zak head off to see the solicitor. Faith tries to persuade Cain to attend the christening but Cain doesn't appreciate her interference. Rhona attends a PTA meeting to smooth things over with Daphne. Eric apologises to Sam for not paying for the solicitor.

Rhona, Marlon and Vanessa prepare the village hall for the bake sale. Zak requests Eric looks over the letter Belle has written to the council contesting the compulsory purchase order. Eric makes excuses. Paddy has bought some cakes as his offerings ended up burnt.

The Dingles are in disbelief as they try to come up with a solution to save Wishing Well Cottage. Sam suggests Faith asks Eric to have a word with some of his council cronies. Stressed Rhona has had to stop baking for the fundraising bake sale as her oven has packed in. Paddy jokes it's for the best as he's tasted her baking but allows Rhona to use the kitchen at Tall Trees. The Dingles enlist Eric's help to fight the compulsory purchase order. Robert offers to take Sebastian off Rebecca for a few hours. Lachlan believes the doting dad routine is a con but Robert insists all he wants is to be a good dad.

Rodney informs Faith that the police are taking no further action against him. He suggests they go to the coast to celebrate but can see Faith isn't keen. Rhona has a meeting with the school PTA to ask about fundraising to keep Leo's teaching assistant. Rebecca suggests they name the baby Storm but Robert hates it. Instead she puts forward the name Sebastian which gets the green light.

Doug insensitively talks about the baby in front of Aaron. Rebecca is knackered. She yet to name her newborn son as she wants to make the decision with Robert. Bernice can't stop thinking about Mrs Dumphreys. Nicola tries to persuade Bernice to cash in the betting slip.

At the hotel, Robert tries to figure out how he can avoid sleeping with Lawrence. Lawrence leans in for a kiss but Robert is saved when Victoria phones with the news that Rebecca is in labour. Rodney is forced to admit to the Undercover Officer that the antiques belong to him, not Nicola.

Grumpy Eric scrapes the posters off of the side of Pollard's Barn. Rodney makes a joke about it but Eric is in no mood to be made fun of. Faith joins in the mickey-taking. Lawrence doubts Robert will take the job in Slough. He asks Robert to join him at a meeting in Hotten later to show him how much he's need and wanted.

Pete finds Ross packing his bags. Pete reminds his brother that running away will make things worse; Ross knows that but leaves anyway. Adam appears at Dale View and suggests Ross and Pete are cahoots to stitch him up. Aaron orders Gerry to clean the flat and then lend a hand at the scrapyard. Kath calls in at Home Farm to see Robert and they head out for coffee. Rodney shows Nicola the necklace he hopes will win back Faith. Morris appears in the pub to collect the money from Eric.

Sarah manages to persuade Zak to pay her £5 to feed the pigs for a week. Eric asks Sarah to pass on a message to Faith. She agrees - for a fee. Adam insists he needs to get rid of the letter, believing Ross is the murderer and is framing him. When Robert hears Lawrence approaching, he picks up the phone and pretends to be talking to Kath who is worried about her investment

Victoria is annoyed to learn Adam's car was seized via gossip instead of from her husband. She worries Cain and Aaron have made things worse by disposing of Adam's old tyres. Moira has a business meeting with a supermarket, leaving Faith to look after Isaac. Aaron isn't pleased to see Liv with Gerry and warns Gerry to stay away from his little sister.

DS Benton and DC Wilson ask Adam for a chat. Gabby refuses to go to school as everyone is aware she was questioned by the police. Lydia assures Laurel the nobody believes Gabby was responsible for Emma's death. DS Benton inspects Adam's car again and asks when he got the tyres. Adam explains they were changed when his car was serviced.

After Paddy cleans himself up, he and Rhona squabble. Paddy insists he was just trying to sort things for Leo. At the police station, Bernice tells DS Benton that Gabby has told him everything.

Bernice bursts into Mulberry Cottage and questions if Gabby is there but Laurel and Arthur haven't seen her. They realise Gabby has run away. Ross wonders why Pete is so keen to pin Emma's murder on Gabby.

Over breakfast, Arthur asks Gabby if she thinks about what they did to Emma. Gabby admits she does. Bernice has arranged for Doug to chaperone Gabby to and from school. Vanessa catches Paddy on the phone to a woman and concludes he's online dating again. Rhona receives the news that Leo's teaching assistant has been made redundant so arranges to meet Paddy at the café later to discuss it.

Lawrence has barely slept. He believes he overreacted yesterday and worries about Lachlan. Lawrence has had enough of lying and concludes he owes his family the truth about him and Robert but Robert tries to talk him out of saying anything. Gabby isn't in the mood for Halloween, claiming there's enough scary things in real life. Kerry wonders what to gift Rebecca for her baby shower whilst Tracy is only attending for the free booze.

Chrissie and Lachlan move their belongings out of Jacobs Fold. Lawrence arrives with Lachlan's new car - a rust bucket Robert found at the scrapyard. Debbie packs for her business trip. Sarah moans about not being able to tag along but is delighted when Debbie reveals they'll be moving into Jacobs Fold. Pete stands at Finn's grave and talks to his little brother.

Hungover Cain is surprised to wake up on the sofa at Butlers Farm. Faith suggests Cain stays to give Isaac a feed, hoping to push Cain and Moira into acting more like a family. Moira tells Cain it's time he left now. Chas and Paddy are still keeping their romance secret. Charity tries to fix the till without Chas noticing but Chas catches her and demands an explanation. Charity explains she thought she found herself a meal ticket but instead Hugo robbed the till as well as the takings that hadn't been banked.

Megan rushes to Holdgate Farm where a paramedic assures her Eliza is fine. He advises that if it happens again, she should talk to Eliza's GP about reviewing her medication.

The Dingles prepare The Woolpack for Debbie's birthday party. Charity questions what possessed Debbie to lie to her children about Jacobs Fold. Unaware of what's happened, Sarah continues to plan her bedroom and questions when they're moving in. Paddy reminds Chas that she previously said there would be no happy ending for them. Marlon returns home so Chas hides.

Victoria gets emotional as she reads the stories of children who are up for adoption. Moira isn't happy about Faith's meddling yesterday. DS Benton appears at the farm asking to see any vehicles as new evidence has come to light. Paddy reluctantly moves his belongings out of Tall Trees Cottage.

Debbie runs into Penny the social worker and escorts her into the farmhouse. Debbie asks what's going on but Moira insists it's just a routine visit. Debbie tells the social worker that Moira is a brilliant mother. Tracy sets Vanessa up with accountant Amanda. Living with Paddy is starting to annoy Marlon.

Victoria wants to talk baby names with snappy Moira but concludes she's driving Moira crazy and decides to back off for a bit. When Moira gets back to the farm, Faith suggests the name Isaac - Ike for short. Moira barks at Faith for forgetting to sterilize the bottles.

Moira feels guilty for not mentioning Holly to the health visitor yesterday. Kerry isn't enjoying life without a television whilst Dan is less than sympathetic towards Daz. Lawrence worries about Tim and can't understand why Robert is so calm about the situation.

Panicked Robert explains to Lawrence how he picked up the knife and ended up killing Tim. He insists it was an accident and tells Lawrence he did it for him. Lawrence cannot believe what he's hearing. Harriet bumps into Moira. She asks about the baby and inquires if Cain has been helping out.

Rebecca believes there is something off about Kath. Chrissie also suspects Robert is up to something. Daz is on edge when a man enters the café. Robert worries when Rebecca mentions to Lawrence that not signing the deal with Kath is a possibility.

Daz is hopeful that he might have a new job. Frank calls in at Tenant House to find out how Eliza is. Megan explains the seizure could point to epilepsy, which is very common in children with cerebral palsy.

Paddy and Rhona are discussing Vanessa's sexuality when they witness Vanessa and Daz climbing out of the camper van still in yesterday's clothes.

Vanessa tries to sneak out of the pub but is caught by Charity. Vanessa insists it was a one off although Charity doesn't believe it. Ross is worried about Pete as he hasn't come home. Rebecca informs Chrissie that they are signing the contracts with 'Rug Tree Bonds' on Wednesday. Vanessa fears Charity will tell everyone about their night together so she begs Paddy to talk to Charity. After initially refusing, Paddy agrees.

Vanessa wakes up in the pub cellar next to Charity. She worries they'll be caught by Victoria and Marlon who are already at the pub. DS Benton calls round at Dale View to question Ross about his whereabouts the day Emma died.

Pete and Ross are angered that the police have interrupted Finn's funeral to search Dale View. At the church, mourners gossip about the situation as they wait for Ross and Pete to return. Zak and Sam tie Gerry up in a barn and attempt to get him to confess. Pete and Ross leave the police to search Dale View and return to the church so the funeral service can begin.

Finn's coffin is brought into Dale View ahead of his funeral. Ross and Pete struggle to hold it together. Belle doesn't think Zak and Lisa should tell Aaron about what went on yesterday until they find out all the facts. Leyla finds Pete having a quiet moment at the playground.

Zak and Lisa are concerned about Cain. Rishi finds Lydia working at the factory despite her sacking the previous day. Lydia explains she's having trouble paying the rent at Mulberry Cottage as well as the home she previously shared with her husband Steve which she can't let go of. Rishi agrees to reinstate Lydia and hands her £50. Kerry approaches Lydia and asks what all of that was about.

Harriet visits Moira and the baby in hospital. Moira believes Cain won't want to have anything to do with the baby if it's his. Harriet isn't so sure. Rishi has been at the factory since 6am hoping to meet Una. Lydia lies Una is sick but agrees to give Rishi Una's phone number, which is witnessed by Kerry.

Harriet can't stop thinking about Emma and questions why she didn't go over to Emma when she saw her in the car. Harriet is a little jealous when Cain decides to visit Moira in the hospital. Ross breaks the news to clueless Moses that Emma and Finn won't be coming back.

As Emma stands at the edge of the viaduct, she has visions of James and Finn. Emma apologises to Finn and decides to say a prayer before she jumps.
AD
Finn is pronounced dead as heartbroken Ross, Pete and Victoria watch on. Ross begs the doctors not to give up but Dr Cywinski states they did everything they could. A nurse realises Moira's baby is missing. Emma sits in the back of a rental car with the newborn.

Finn lays slumped against a tree covered in blood. At the hospital, Moira is unconscious and hooked up to numerous monitors. Dr Reed explains to Adam that Moira has suffered a postpartum hemorrhage which required a blood transfusion.

As the blaze burns around her, Moira begs Emma to help. Emma thinks this is God's will and doesn't believe Moira is having a baby despite Moira's protests that her waters have broken. Adam is over the moon to be reunited with Victoria.

Ross inquires if Finn came home last night - Emma lies he did. When Emma turns around, she sees a vision of James so hurries off, telling Ross and Pete she's going to work. Gabby explains to Bernice and Diane that Emma threatened her but Bernice is more concerned about Gabby breaking into Dale View.

It's the first anniversary of Holly's death. Moira is upset Hannah won't be returning for the memorial. Finn hopes the family meal will become a regular occurrence.

Gabby hides in the wardrobe as panicked Emma looks around her trashed bedroom. Emma is relived to find the memory card still there. Arthur rings the doorbell and knocks on the door before running off, so whilst Emma answers it, it gives Gabby the opportunity to retrieve the memory card and sneak out of Dale View.

Gabby notices her necklace is missing so Arthur suggests she may have left it in the church. Emma isn't pleased that Finn passed out on the sofa after watching films she views as blasphemous. She tells her son he shouldn't waste his days. Vanessa and Pearl find Paddy tied to the cages in the surgery.

Gabby borrows Sandy's walkie-talkies to get back at Emma. Due to things kicking off with Emma again, Laurel has decided to visit her sister Caroline. Kerry tries to get Bernice out of the salon so Chrissie can help her with the spray tans. She eventually manages to get Bernice to leave when she lies Rodney is booked in for a full frontal spray tan.

Nicola and Jimmy call round at Mulberry Cottage to apologise to Laurel for yesterday. Paddy invites Marlon for a drink but Marlon has a date later and rubs it in Paddy's face. Laurel questions why Jimmy and Nicola didn't say something instead of making her feel like a nuisance.

Gabby can't understand why Emma destroyed the memory card until Arthur reveals there was a video of Emma upsetting Ashley. Robert places a photo frame with an ultrasound picture of the baby in Home Farm office.

Lawrence is in a foul mood and orders Rebecca to cancel her meeting with the potential investor. Sun-kissed Gabby returns from Australia. She soon notices an atmosphere between Bernice and Emma and questions if something has happened although Bernice avoids the question. Lachlan encourages Chrissie to visit Lawrence as he fears Lawrence could be taken advantage of.

Robert has managed to get Lawrence into bed. He places a condom wrapper on the bedside table before removing his clothing and climbing into bed next to Lawrence. Lydia calls round at Victoria Cottage and is surprised to be greeted by Jimmy dressed in a 'Tarzan' costume.

Rebecca is disappointed to find drunken Lawrence slumped on the floor. Lawrence explains Ronnie's letter said he's found a new man in Brussels. Alex has spent the night on the sofa at Mill Cottage so Liv invites him to stay for breakfast. Arthur is dreading Gabby's homecoming as he fears his sister will hate him for losing the video footage of Ashley.

Robert asks Aaron if he's talked to the police. He's grateful when Aaron confirms he hasn't. Robert insists he would've never have said about Liv stealing the car but worries what she may say to the social worker later. Rebecca informs Lawrence that she's arranged to meet potential investor Kath in Newcastle but Lawrence doesn't want anyone else having a say in the business.

Aaron has spent the night at Liv's bedside. Dr Mason thinks Liv may have deliberately overdosed but Aaron insists it was an accident. Paddy and Zak appear at the hospital to support Aaron. At Home Farm, Robert replaces the bottle of Armagnac that Liv took but Lawrence tells him to keep it as he's off the drink. Rebecca assures Robert that he isn't to blame for Liv and suggests he calls in at the hospital to check up on her.

As Aaron walks Liv to the bus stop, he can't help but stare at Robert. Robert has had a brochure for designing nurseries delivered. Eric informs Debbie that the auction for Jacobs Fold is in five weeks time. Debbie offers him £10,000 on top of the sealed bid amount for the house but Eric rejects her improved offer. Debbie prepares for her lunch date with Tom to go over the terms of him investing in the car business.

Debbie stares at Tom's business card. Over breakfast Liv continues to pester Aaron about Robert so Aaron admits that Robert slept with Rebecca who is now pregnant. Kerry's face is a mess after the tanning machine malfunction.

Whilst Tom gets changed, Debbie looks around the penthouse to find where Ross is hiding. Kerry, Dan and Daz are cleaning up the salon when furious Nicola returns with Daz's knife. Liv is disgusted by the state of the flat but Aaron is more concerned about her fleeing Ireland. Whilst Debbie helps Ross escape the penthouse, she gets an eyeful of half naked Tom.

Ross can't believe Debbie is planning to steal the watches that were in Mr Waterhouse's penthouse suite. He can see all the holes in Debbie's plan so offers his services but Debbie refuses. Debbie receives a call from Graham. Nicola suggests to Jimmy that they should go to Rome to butter him up before asking him to put Laurel's flat pack furniture together.

Vanessa finds Leyla where David and Tracy's ceremony took place yesterday. She tries to get Leyla to talk to her about David but Leyla avoids the topic.

Tracy has spent the night on the sofa; David begs his wife for forgiveness. Tracy opens a package containing a dress she bought for Thailand so she walks out and bumps into Vanessa outside. Tracy confides in Vanessa how she feels second best even on her birthday. Jimmy hopes to spend some alone time with Nicola but Nicola has already arranged a girls night. Leyla feels awful to realise the trouble the loan has caused.

Drunk Leyla gives Tracy her birthday present - the glasses Tracy got Leyla and Pete as a wedding gift. Nicola is still in the dark about Jai and Nell so Moira informs her Jai was arrested for assaulting Nell after she had a miscarriage. Jai states Nell is a pathological liar.

Megan calls round to Holdgate Farm to check on Jai but he isn't there which worries Rishi and Priya. Tracy feels jealous when David comforts distraught Leyla. Pete appears in the shop hoping to make things work with Leyla, stating sleeping with Priya was a mistake. At Holdgate Farm, Priya fills Megan in on her fling with Pete.

Jai grabs a photo frame and takes it to a shop assistant demanding to know who the baby is. Priya follows Leyla back to Pear Tree Cottage insisting Emma's allegations aren't true.

Jai is thinking about his future with Nell and the baby, assuring Nell he's excited. Bob and Brenda are preparing the café for Nell's photo shoot. Cain has noticed his phone is missing. He asks Harriet about it which she take offence to. Rishi can see there's something up with Jai. Debbie sneaks into Dale View when Emma leaves and orders Ross not to do the job. Ross agrees.

Amelia has invited Daz inside. He notes the plaster on her finger. Jai attempts to set up some new camera equipment he has bought for Nell. Her response underwhelms him and he begins to worry when Nell snatches her bag. Cain calls round his old mates as he desperately tries to find out who took the Bentley. Debbie tells her parents that the insurance company have agreed to pay up. Daz asks Amelia about taking the knife.

Debbie tells Moira that she hopes to buy Jacobs Fold at auction. Charity isn't pleased to walk in on Moira and Debbie hugging but tells Debbie that she's found a solution to her financial problems. Debbie thinks it's too good to be true. Nell goes through the photos of Brenda and isn't pleased with how they've turned out. When Nell goes inside, Jai takes a look at the photos. Charity arranges to meet with the rich potential client this afternoon in a posh hotel. Frank comments that in all his time in prison, he never met someone so devious and ruthless as Charity. Brenda gives Moira a wad of cash explaining they've sold the last of Holly's pictures.

Dan has spent the night in the camper van. Amelia brings him a cup of coffee and lectures her father about his treatment of Daz. Jimmy is confused when Robert gives him a wad of cash to post a letter whilst he's in Brussels. Emma reminds Robert that he's missed his doctor's appointment.

Amelia tells Dan that he should be proud of Kerry for giving haircuts to the homeless. She decides to go through her father's wardrobe to find clothes he can donate. Eric is looking at Caribbean cruises and considers selling some of his assets.

With the fire alarm screaming, Emma questions if Robert set it off and threatens to call the police. Robert thinks on the spot, concocting a story that he's addicted to diazepam. Debbie is disgusted with Charity. Eric tries to talk to Debbie about hiring the Bentley but Debbie is in a foul mood.

Robert is worried to see Aaron running again fearing he may be over doing things. Moira has slept well for the first time in ages and wonders if it's worth going to the doctors later. Robert inquires how Lawrence is this morning.

Whilst on his morning run, Aaron finds Jason bloody and bruised in the Cemetery. Jason reveals Cain was responsible for his beating and insists someone is going to suffer for this. Aaron offers to take Jason back to Mill Cottage to get cleaned up.

Faith attempts to sneak out of Connelton View but Rodney catches her as she's leaving. Cain returns from working away and is immediately accosted by Robert who tells him about Aaron and Jason's proposed fight. David apologises to Eric for what he said about Faith but Eric concedes his son may be right.

Aaron is set on going to the gym despite Adam, Zak and Sam trying to stop him due to Jason. Vanessa, David and Tracy worry about Frank. Vanessa suggests this may be karma for all the people Frank has ripped off.

The fraud and Frank's arrest is the talk of the café. Marlon is worried about his and April's money. Zak inquires how Aaron and Adam got on at his old gym. Adam isn't keen to return due to Jason but Aaron is determined to go back. Megan is on edge but Charity orders her to calm down as if Frank had wanted to drop her in it, she'd have spent the night in a cell.

Frank tries to get hold of Megan. Meanwhile, Megan bangs on the cellar door desperately trying to get out but no one can hear her over the music. At the gym, Adam asks Aaron's advice about what to do about Victoria now but Aaron is distracted by coming face to face with Jason.

Frank packs the suitcases in the car. Megan leaves Eliza with Tracy, saying she's off to get some food for the journey. Adam is surprised to learn Victoria is joining him and Aaron at the gym. Marlon approaches Paddy in the café and queries how things went with Rhona.

Tracy asks Frank if he's managed to sort things with the time share. Megan assures him that everything is sorted - they just had the wrong company name. Frank worries there will be additional problems so wants to talk to "Mendora" himself but Megan manages to put him off. Rhona receives multiple texts from Paddy and is unsure what to do.

Rhona wakes up and panics when she sees Pierce lying in bed next to her. She jolts upright and is relieved that Pierce is not actually there. Megan and Charity go through the final plans to frame Frank. Marlon has dropped Leo back at Smithy Cottage.

Rhona has a hangover. Her mood doesn't improve when Vanessa reveals she accidentally told Pearl about Martha's visit. Kerry heads into Hotten to get Dan some new trainers for the race with Jimmy. Leyla asks Priya to go out as she doesn't want to be at Tug Ghyll when Pete collects his belongings.

Priya wakes up in Pete's arms in the honeymoon suite. Cain and Harriet try to sneak out of Wishing Well Cottage unnoticed but are caught by Zak, Sam and Belle. Kerry trains Dan. Rhona and Vanessa discuss Martha's visit. Vanessa believes Rhona should leave Pierce to rot in jail. Pete and Priya panic when there's a knock at the hotel room door.

As they are both hanging out toilet windows, Leyla asks Pete if he's seriously jilting her, questioning how he could. Pete reminds Leyla that she was jilting him too. Harriet confides in Laurel that there's something going on between Cain and Moira, revealing she witnessed them arguing yesterday.

Leyla, David and Tracy try to discuss what to do about Jacob but it descends into an argument between David and Leyla. Leyla calls Jacob downstairs but soon realises he is missing. Frank is excitedly planning for the charity and tries to persuade Megan to let him join her in her room but Megan isn't keen.

Leyla worries about Jacob. Eric fears he'll lose his shotgun license just as he's got it. David and Jacob return from the police station. Leyla insists Jacob needs to tell the police the truth but Jacob refuses to drop Josh in it. After David makes a stupid comment, Jacob decides to move in with Leyla. Robert assures Victoria that their dad's gravestone won't be broken for long.

PC Pierce calls round at Pollard's Barn to ask Eric about his call to the firearms department yesterday. Eric is surprised to learn there was an incident but assures the police his shotgun hasn't left the house. PC Pierce spots Jacob's hockey bag and takes a look at it. Frank can't get the shotgun incident out of his head.

Pete and Priya secretly meet to discuss what they're going to do about Sarah. Pete approaches Sarah and offers her £20 to keep quiet about seeing him and Priya together during the zombie run. Adam witness the exchange and is suspicious. Rebecca is concerned for Lawrence's health and questions how much her father has had to drink.

Kerry is all dressed up for the zombie run. Robert assures Rebecca that the zombie run will all come together but that's the last thing on Rebecca's mind as she's worried about Lawrence. Robert suggests Rebecca should maybe cancel the event and she considers it, but Lachlan refuses to allow her to call everything off.

Robert lounges about Home Farm wearing Lawrence's dressing gown but panics when he hears a car pulling up outside. Arthur asks Laurel why bad things keep happening to them, wondering if God hates them. Laurel tells her son that bad things happen to good people and that's part of life.

Lydia searches Mulberry Cottage for evidence Laurel is drinking again. Laurel tells her she's not drinking so there's no point in searching for a secret stash. Rebecca is on edge as Dean tells her someone has messed with the CCTV system at Home Farm.

Hugh puts out the fire but it has ruined any chance of him doing business with Home Farm. Chrissie arrives at Home Farm to collect some of Lachlan's belongs as he'll be moving into Jacobs Fold with her. Chrissie concludes Tim was behind the fire. At Dale View, the Police Officer asks Laurel to come with him but she refuses until she explains why she's here.

Diane and Sandy are worried about Laurel after her outburst yesterday. Diane can't understand why Laurel is so bothered about James. Laurel asks Arthur about how long the memory card was in the water but worries when Arthur mentions Emma probably still has the memory card. Rebecca sits at Lawrence's bedside.

Rebecca sits at sedated Lawrence's bedside. Dr Belgrave informs Rebecca and Lachlan that the CT scan confirmed Lawrence suffered a ruptured aneurysm so they'll need to operate.

Laurel updates Bob on her talk with Finn yesterday. Bob believes Laurel maybe overestimating what Emma is capable of but Faith overhears and advises them not to go rubbing up Emma the wrong way. Lawrence ropes Sam into helping him and Ronnie move to St Ives due to problems with the removal men.

Rhona returns to work. Paddy thinks it's too soon and orders her to put her feet up but Rhona refuses. Lawrence informs Lachlan that he's decided to tell Chrissie the truth. Lachlan thinks he's insane and insists Lawrence needs to stop Tim no matter what it takes.

Rhona is worked up as she waits for the jury's verdict. Tim visits Chrissie at Home Farm. Harriet informs Finn that Marco and Wayne have been charged as their alibi fell apart. Finn is relieved that his and Ross' names have been kept out of it. Moira notices an atmosphere between Cain and Harriet and questions what Cain has done, reminding him that Harriet is a good woman.

From the stand Pierce whispers "I'm sorry" in Rhona's direction. After a moment of conscience, Pierce continues with his lies and tells the court that he and Rhona engaged in consensual sex. In The Woolpack, DS Holmes bumps into Cain outside the gents and reminds him that Harriet's attackers have to be brought to justice by the book.

Paddy, Marlon and Vanessa worry when they can't find Rhona. Lachlan furiously confronts Gerry about spiking his drink with laxatives yesterday and orders him to get his stuff and leave. Paddy finds Rhona happily playing with Leo in the playground.

Marlon refuses to go along with Vanessa's plan to lie in court. Chrissie gifts Lachlan some concert tickets for his seventeenth birthday and Belle arrives at Home Farm with a present for him ahead of their curry date tonight. Victoria agrees to get some shopping and clean the Mill for injured Robert. Paddy can't believe Martha is covering for Pierce. Martha lies the bruises were a result of Pierce grabbing her to stop her falling after she tripped but Paddy doesn't believe a word.

Rhona debates if she should put on lipstick for the trial, fearing it may give off the wrong impression. At the same time, Pierce prepares the trial and Martha assures him no one will doubt his word. Martha wants to testify on Pierce's behalf, calling Rhona the worst thing that's ever happened to her son but Pierce hits back that she is as she ruined him. Pierce violently grabs Martha by the arm and questions what chance he had with a mother like her.

After her week away, Vanessa catches up with Leyla. Tracy can't get Lydia accusation that Frank is fiddling the books out of her head. Frank vows to get to the bottom of it but Megan isn't bothered, suggesting it will just be a tiny oversight. Jai finds Nell staring at the picture of Rosie and suggests she isn't in a fit state to work.

Priya debates what to do as she looks through photos of her and Leyla. Nell reminds Priya if she tell Leyla, she'll lose her as a friend. Hungover Nicola is in a bad mood and ends up sniping at Kerry. Bob asks Frank and Megan about their wedding. Leyla can't stand being around the happy couple and makes her excuses to leave.

Priya puts her actions to one side as she wants to know why Nell didn't meet with social services. Nell insists she doesn't need to answer to Priya and states she isn't ready to tell Jai yet. Frank follows Megan outside and insists he meant it, he wants to marry her.

It's Kerry's fortieth birthday, Dan presents her with some earrings and tells her that her party is at the shop. Bob and Faith gossip about Pete turning down Leyla's proposal. Frank hasn't given up hope of a reunion with Megan. Nell is nervous ahead of a meeting with social services so Jai has shuffled round his meetings to be there to support her.

One of Megan and Leyla's clients have cancelled their wedding with a day's notice. Tracy suggests Pete and Leyla take the not so happy couple's place as the wedding is already planned and paid for. Leyla likes the idea but Pete isn't keen.

Debbie and Ross prepare for the party tonight. Paddy is avoiding the surgery as he could bump into Rhona. Vanessa, Jimmy and Marlon have all received summons to testify at Pierce's trial but Paddy wonders why he didn't. Chrissie packs unenthusiastic Rebecca off to the accountant to learn about VAT ahead of them taking over the business when Lawrence retires.

Rhona feels guilty for lashing out at Vanessa yesterday and thanks Paddy for supporting her. Before Paddy heads to work, he hugs Rhona, which is witnessed by Marlon. Debbie goes to the garage and finds Ross working topless. She asks him to cover up, but he replies that he is sweating and, besides, thinks that she'd like to see his body.

Rhona wakes up on the sofa cuddled up to Paddy to the sounds of someone knocking at the door. Robert has spent the night at Brook Cottage and is pining after Aaron. Diane states the most important thing is Aaron stops hurting himself but Robert refuses to allow Aaron to leave him. DC Osborne calls round to Smithy Cottage to talk to Rhona about the trial.

Adam chases after Aaron as he walks up the Main Street with the wrench in hand. Adam tries to grab the tool but Aaron pushes him to the ground and throws the wrench in Robert's direction. It narrowly misses Robert but smashes his car windscreen. Robert shouts at Aaron, questioning what's going on. Aaron wrestles Robert to the ground and is only stopped when Adam and Pete intervene.

Robert has bought one-way for him and Aaron to go to Dublin, insisting he just wants things to go back to the way they were and assures Aaron that there will be no looking back. Ross looks though a dating app full of posh girls. Kerry flicks through a magazine and spots an expensive bag she'd like for her upcoming fortieth birthday. When Dan pops into the salon, Bernice and Kerry drop obvious hints about the bag.

Aaron's winces in pain as Robert jokingly touches his stomach as they are walking to the café for breakfast. Aaron makes excuses not to go and instead heads to work. Rhona is down ahead of Pierce's pre-trial hearing tomorrow.

Aaron is still in a bad mood with Robert. Victoria isn't impressed to hear that Robert had the money for Sarah's treatment but didn't cough up. Bernice is awkward around Cain in the café. He asks her about some reviews on the church blog left under the username "Smiley Bernice".

Bob calls round at Mulberry Cottage to check up on Laurel and Arthur. Bob and Laurel still can't work out why Emma told Arthur that Laurel was ill. Emma receives a text from Laurel asking her to come round. In the café, Diane talks to Robert about her cruise but he's preoccupied looking at his investments.

Lawrence asks Lachlan if he's decided what to do. Lachlan worries what Tim will do next and considers going to the police, but that's the last thing Lawrence wants as everything will come out then. Lachlan agrees to keep quiet when Lawrence says he'll call someone to sort Tim out.

Unconscious Lawrence sits in the car surrounded by fumes. Harriet receives a text from DS Holmes about going through her statement. Cain assures her it'll be okay but Harriet isn't comfortable lying to the police. Lachlan finds the gun propped up against the side of the garage.

Arthur puts his sheets in the washing machine just as Diane and Doug call round after returning from their cruise. At Home Farm, Chrissie orders Sam and Lachlan about in preparation for a shoot today. She notices there's £20,000 missing from the business account and questions Lawrence.

Tracy is disappointed and confused about what she and David overheard last night. She thinks Megan should know, but David advises her not to go rushing in and break Megan's heart. Lawrence calls Dean who confirms Tim Richards lives alone. Ronnie tries to talk to Lawrence but he rushes out.

Emma sits in the church and prays for God's help, begging not to be taken away from her boys. Charity and Debbie are both in bad moods. Charity asks if she can take Sarah to Megan and Leyla's prom event but Debbie refuses. Lawrence and Ronnie prepare to go to a networking event and are glad when Chrissie offers to step in.

Arthur isn't acting himself. Emma calls round at Mulberry Cottage and offers to accompany Arthur on the bus to school. Despite Arthur's protests, Laurel agrees. Rhona tells Vanessa that Martha was behind the break ins. Vanessa insists she needs to go to the police but Rhona doesn't think it's a good idea as it will make her sound mad.

Laurel talks to Arthur about his behaviour towards Emma yesterday. Arthur insists Emma is scary and tries to tell Laurel about Ashley's videos but they are interrupted by Emma. Laurel wants Arthur to apologise but he refuses, and when Emma mentions choir practice, Arthur runs out the café. David and Eric can't believe Tracy, Frank and Jacob are making excuses for Josh's behaviour.

Rebecca introduces a friend of Chrissie's - Jools Taylor-Rudd - to Debbie, explaining Jools wants to hire the Bentley for shopping and lunch in town as her daughter Tabitha is about to turn seventeen. Jools offers to up the hourly rate if Ross chauffeurs them about. Debbie wonders if she can trust Ross with the car and the clients.

Charity asks Rhona about Pierce, hoping he could spread the word about the car hire business amongst his wealthy lawyer friends. She comments it's a shame Rhona and Pierce's marriage ended so quickly and questions what happened. Rhona replies by telling Charity to get lost, calling her a nasty, nosy cow. Jacob returns from school and reports that Josh appears to have moved away. David is relieved and Eric wants to celebrate.

Pete tells hungover Leyla that he's booked them couples spa treatments. She's delighted although slightly put out to learn it's at Beauty & Bernice. Pete tells Leyla he loves her. Rodney shows off his magic tricks to the café customers but they don't go to plan.

Cain continues to hold Ross out the window despite Moira's pleas for him to stop. Cain threatens to let Ross drop and only stops when Moira states Laurel has text saying Harriet will be okay. Tipsy Leyla moans about her and Pete's sex life so Priya advises her to spice things up and Tracy suggests Leyla seduces Pete.

At Wylies Farm, Cain throws a cup of water over Ross to wake him up. Ross can't understand why Cain is so wound up about Harriet. In the café, Pete asks Priya if she's heard from Rakesh; she hasn't and doesn't expect to.

Cain is alarmed to hear Harriet was stabbed yesterday and races to the hospital. Ross reveals to Robert and Aaron that thanks to them, Harriet got stabbed by drug dealers last night. Robert suggests Ross should blame himself. Chrissie has barely slept and asks Lawrence if Dean has managed to track down Tim Richards yet as she needs answers.

Ross is relaxed about selling the cannabis but Finn is worried about the risk they are taking. Ross gives Emma money to find alternative travel arrangements and he and Finn need to use her car. Faith flirts with Eric in the shop. David isn't pleased to see Belle and Lachlan together and Eric reminds her what Lachlan is capable of. Bernice dictates to the café customers what they can have.

Finn is nervous ahead of Ross selling the cannabis. Ross bumps into to Robert and Aaron in the café jokes about Robert becoming a father. Robert decides today is the day to get his payback. Lawrence ups security at Home Farm.

Rhona explains to Vanessa that she slept well for the first time in ages as she felt safe. Marlon and Paddy apologies to Rhona with Marlon questioning how he got Pierce so wrong. Rhona is glad they believe her. Meanwhile, Pierce wakes up in a cell.

Petrified Rhona orders Pierce away. He disobeys her wishes and reveals he knows about the drugs suggesting they can fix it together. Pete spills curry sauce over Leyla. Whilst Leyla cleans herself up, it gives Pete an opportunity to begs Priya not to tell Leyla about them. Priya states she hasn't said a word - yet.

Rhona has spent the night at Tug Ghyll instead of going back to Smithy Cottage. Before heading out to work, Leyla tells Rhona she was brave for ditching Pierce. Vanessa insists Rhona will need to be even braver now and tell the police that Pierce was the one who raped her. Lydia fills Lisa and Kerry in on Rakesh's escape and Priya's arrest. Kerry relays the information to shocked Nicola.

Lachlan worries about the prostitute Gerry has arranged for him. Rakesh has spent the night in his car. He bumps into Vanessa and spends a few moments with Johnny. Vanessa is surprised to see Rhona arriving back in a taxi.

Jai is glad Priya has ended her marriage and insists Rakesh doesn't deserve her. Victoria bumps into Robert in the shop and tries to talk to her brother about Rebecca, but he's not bothered.

Jai calls Priya to the factory where he informs her he wants Rakesh out of Holdgate Farm right away. He tries to persuade his sister to call an end to her marriage just as Rakesh appears at the factory and announces to them that he's moving out.

Despite Rakesh keeping everyone else out of his confession, Jai is still nervy. Finn has spent the night researching growing cannabis. Leyla suspects Ross and Finn are up to something and vows to find out what. Arthur worries when Laurel mentions she has a doctor's appointment.

Ross and Finn can't believe their eyes. Finn wants to go to the police but Ross stops him, fearing they may be blamed as it's their farm. Priya transfers money from the factory account to her personal account. Jai and Nicola quickly realise what she's up to. Debbie tries to get hold of Faith.

Ronnie calls round at Holdgate Farm to talk to Rakesh. He's glad Rakesh is finally telling the truth and refuses to lie anymore. Priya Jai refuses to pay for a solicitor for Rakesh and washes his hands of the situation. Sandy and Arthur aren't impressed that Lydia has served them porridge for breakfast instead of bacon.

Nicola plans to go into work despite yesterday's events, but after remembering what happened last night in pub, Jimmy manages to talk her out of it for the time being. At the factory, Kerry tells the other workers that Rakesh started the fire at Mill Cottage for the insurance money. Priya worries that Nicola could still go to the police but Jai doubts it.

Carly has spent the night on the sofa. April questions why Carly was sleeping downstairs and reveals Marlon was also late home. Nell heads off to meet with social services but doesn't want Jai to accompany her.

Carly continues to lie to Marlon that she's meeting Tracy. Nell is having second thoughts about her meeting with social services and declares Rosie is better off without her. Chrissie asks Lachlan to help with the business whilst Rebecca is away and suggests he join her at a meeting.

Hungover Carly realises Marlon has a problem with Matt and storms off to the café for breakfast. Lawrence prepares Chrissie and Rebecca's old rocking horse to show Rebecca that he's sorry.

Adam heads up to the farm and finds Moira lying face down in the barn. Robert asks Victoria to check on Aaron for him. At Home Farm, Rebecca tells Chrissie how she slept with Robert after he had a big fight with Aaron, but the morning after, Robert didn't want to know.

Victoria brings Robert and Aaron a housewarming gift and inquires why the party is cancelled. As Lydia cleans Home Farm, Rebecca sneaks out of the house with a suitcase, leaving behind two envelopes on the dining table.

Ross puts pressure on Robert to pay up. Debbie is unimpressed with Charity's efforts to come up with a believable story of why a man was in the boot of Lawrence's car. Robert calls round at Dale View where he tells Ross he can't pay up.

Tracy enquires how Dan is and can't believe it when Kerry explains Josh has identified Dan as his attacker. Kerry believes Eric enlisted the help of David or Jacob to attack Josh. Tracy refuses to allow Dan to go down for something she did. Zak, Lisa and Belle bump into Lachlan after collecting Alfie from the vets. Lisa isn't pleased to learn Zak allowed Belle to see Lachlan in return for Lachlan having a word with Chrissie on Zak's behalf. Zak tries, unsuccessfully, to flog the left-over burgers to Moira but she is called away after hearing about a broken gate.

DC Croker interrogates Dan about Josh's attack. Dan maintains his innocence but DC Croker claims Josh has identified him as his attacker. Eric inquires about the latest on Dan. He doubts Dan's guilt. Jacob questions if Dan will be sent to prison although states Josh had it coming.

Kerry tries to take Dan's mind off things. It's Sarah's first day back at school and Debbie believes they can now start looking forward again. Rebecca advises Ross that if he wants to make some proper money he should look into high-end car leasing. Chrissie uses the opportunity to make a dig at Ross about stealing cars. Priya confronts Jai about Nell still being at Holdgate Farm so Jai reveals he caught Nell cutting herself.

Rhona is adamant she should be in her own home so Vanessa begs Rhona to give Pierce's name to the police.

Ross can't see a problem with Emma meddling in Adam and Victoria's relationship but Finn and Pete think otherwise. Adam has slept at the scrapyard. Moira apologises to him for believing Emma's act and asks to make things right but Adam orders her not to interfere, adamant that Victoria will take him back.

Diane moans to Bob about Eric not pulling his weight at the B&B. Tracy can't get over how frightened Eric looked yesterday. The man himself appears in the shop and apologises to Tracy for last night. David warns Eric not to take the law into his own hands and proposes his father stays with them for a while but Eric refuses.

Sam leaves Lydia another voicemail, apologising and asking her to call him back. Dan has spent another night in the campervan to keep an eye on the house. He informs Kerry he retracted his statement as Josh threatened him with a knife. Laurel announces to Arthur and Sandy that the church is going to pay for Ashley's stained-glass window.

Dan has spent the night in the campervan. He returns to Dale Head and Kerry agrees to things behind them. Dan shows Kerry the graffiti spelling "Grass" across the front of the door. Frustrated David informs Dan and Kerry that someone gave Josh and Jamie an alibi. Laurel tells Sandy that the videos of Ashley have upset Arthur, but Arthur insists he's okay. Whilst Laurel makes breakfast, Sandy asks Arthur about the nightmare, questioning if it was about Ashley, although Arthur avoids the question. Samson makes Sam breakfast to try to make things up for lying and stealing. He feels awful that Sam didn't go on another date with Lydia so he could get new trainers.

Dan is uncomfortable as Kerry and Amelia hail him a hero. The robbery is the talk of the café. Noah encourages Samson to scam some money out of Sam. Emma tries to talk to Pete, who suggests she make peace with Moira. Dan discovers the tyres on the camper van have been slashed although lies to Kerry that he must have ran over glass.

Eric believes he's broken some bones and Dan apologises to him. Eric agrees to keep Dan freezing between themselves but suddenly Eric begins to get a pain in his chest. Dan gives Eric some tablets just as the paramedic arrives. Meanwhile, Jacob bangs on the bin begging to be let out.

Tracy is worked up as she prepares for the book launch. David assures her everything is in hand. Jacob suggests he should be at the launch too but David packs him off to school. Ross arrives home in a taxi with a wad of cash. At Butlers Farm, Charity tries to get hold of him as she picks up some things for Sarah ahead of her operation. Hungover Faith insists once Cain hears about what Ross has been up to he'll put him straight but that's the last thing Moira wants. Charity inquires what Moira is going to do about Ross so Moira explains she's going to talk to him and if he can't give a good explanation, she'll go the police.

At the farm, Ross demands to know why Charity has been ignoring his calls. When Sarah appears, Ross hands her his lucky cap in preparation for her operation tomorrow. Moira thanks Ross for working on the farm but Debbie realises something is being kept from her and questions what's happened. Sam drops £10 in the café and Nell picks it up and hands him back. Nell introduces herself and requests Sam have a word with Megan on Jai's behalf. Sam explains Megan won't listen to him, disclosing social services are involved and Megan has kicked him and Samson out to move Frank in.

Exhausted Moira returns to the farmhouse having spent the night patrolling the farm. Debbie is surprised to learn Cain has fixed the church roof despite Harriet shopping him to the police. Emma asks Harriet about bible passages to study. Jai informs Rishi, Priya and Rakesh that Megan is threatening to take him to court after he proposed they set some times for him to look after Eliza. Rakesh suggests that might not be a bad thing as it could back fire on Megan but Jai doesn't want the legal hassle. Pete finds Sarah and Jack playing with Moira's shot gun.

It's the middle of the night and Pierce can't sleep on the sofa. Rhona appears in her dressing gown and tells him she hasn't slept as she hates them rowing.

Nicola encourages Jimmy to see if he can go to Pierce's stag-do as she insists they needs to start mingling with more professional couples. Tracy tells David and Leyla that she's invited her fans to the shop today. Leyla spots some comments that David didn't post and conclude there's actually fans coming today so they try to talk Tracy into cancelling the event.

Debbie mentions to Harriet that Sarah wants to see her grandfather but Cain is still at the police station making Harriet feel guilty.

Laurel stands at Ashley's grave and talks to him. Harriet appears and Laurel explains she dreamt she was with Ashley and felt safe. She spots Ashley's cassock in Harriet's bag and sees the burn mark. Harriet apologises and tells her she's going to try to get it mended. Emma suggests all her boys go to church together as a family.

At the graveside, Harriet struggles to hold back the tears as Ashley's coffin is committed to the ground. Gabby stops Harriet and throws a white rose onto the coffin and says goodbye. Faith explains to Sarah that she could have an operation to give her fake breasts. Sarah inquires if Faith has scars and explains when she has her operation she'll also have scars but Debbie insists she has to be proud of them. Sarah states not having boobs doesn't matter as she got better.

It's the day of Ashley's funeral. Laurel sits on the stairs and stares at family photos. Diane, Doug and Bernice call round at Mulberry Cottage. At the church, Harriet begins to say the Lord's Prayer but stops and admits to God that she isn't sure she's up to this. Aaron's probation officer has given him the okay to travel to Mauritius.

Aaron and Robert go running together but Robert fails to make it past the park due to cramp. As Aaron runs on ahead, Robert spots Rebecca and asks if she has booked her abortion yet. Faith sits down with Rishi in the café and tempts him into putting a nip of alcohol in his tea. Rebecca calls round at Dale View and apologises to Ross.

It's the day Aaron is to be released from prison and he's ecstatic. Vanessa calls round at Smithy Cottage to check up on Rhona and apologises again, but Rhona is having none of it. Pierce appears to collect some clothes and Vanessa warns Rhona not to let Pierce talk his way out of this.

At the vets surgery, Paddy ask Vanessa not to make things worse but she is adamant Rhona has a right to know about the video. Ashley has still not been found. Laurel insists they need to get inside Ashley's head to figure out where he's gone. Sandy suggests their old house, and Diane the training parish but Laurel explains the police have already checked them.

Zak tells Lisa that he's booked her and Belle into the salon as he's going to wine and dine her tonight.

At Smithy Cottage, Rhona bakes a cake for Leo's school bake sale. Vanessa appears in the kitchen and Rhona flaunts her engagement ring and forces reluctant Vanessa into helping Pierce complete the cake.

Priya calls round at the factory and informs Jai, Rishi and Nicola that she has a job interview for a senior role at a rival firm.

Ronnie is lead out of The Woolpack by PC Swirling. Lawrence questions why Chrissie called the police. She insists Lawrence can't trust Ronnie as he stole the digger, just as Adam drives the digger down Main Street. Chrissie is speechless.

Jimmy hasn't slept with worry fearing he has killed Rakesh and is nervous about what Rakesh will say if he comes round. Nicola tells him to say it was self-defence but Jimmy worries he'll go to prison and his children will grow up fatherless. Chrissie attempts to build bridges with Lawrence but he's not interested. Ronnie offers to accompany Chrissie to lunch instead and they settle on coffee and cake.

David hasn't called the police yet but isn't ruling it out. He's adamant he doesn't want Rakesh near his daughter and is pleased when Priya reveals they aren't going anywhere. Priya realises Rakesh is missing. At Mill Cottage Rakesh is tied to a chair. Jimmy appears with a bag of peas to use as a compress where he punched Rakesh the previous night.

Marlon tells Carly about Laurel kissing him. He insists he didn't encourage it and assures Carly he'd never do anything to jeopardize their relationship but shocked Carly walks out. Laurel tells Sandy that she was confused; the kiss was a stupid mistake. She asks if they can forget about it but Sandy can't. Rishi worries about Priya moving to the Philippines.

Adam offers to help Ronnie with the Mill. Doug moans about his honesty box in the café but the villagers can't help but make fun of him. Harriet becomes suspicious when she overhears Gabby and Liv talking. Jai is adamant Priya can't just forgive Rakesh, calling him a loser.

Laurel prepares a picnic to take to see Ashley at the care home. Debbie worries about not being able to get hold of Faith or Sarah. Cain suggests she sort things out at the police station but Debbie refuses to go until she's heard from Sarah. Brenda compares the villagers to who she thinks is their famous look alike. Priya hears Jai and Rakesh talking about a reference for a job in the Philippines.

Gabby announces she and Jacob are back on which doesn't go down well with Bernice and Liv isn't pleased either. Debbie tells Sarah they are going to a theme park. Whilst Moira tells Debbie about the police visit, Faith spots the boarding passes in Debbie's bag and removes them.

Aaron packs for court. He hugs Robert but tells him he doesn't want him to come to court. Faith apologises to Sarah. Sarah wishes Debbie would come to Prague and worries she'll die without Debbie being there. Debbie reassures her daughter that her treatment can't hurt her like that.

Eileen states that Faith robbed and killed her father before legging it. Chas demands to know who the woman is and asks Faith to talk to the police. PC Swirling goes to wheel Faith out of the pub but she leaps from the wheelchair and runs out, quickly followed by the police. Laurel decides not to visit Ashley today.

The Woolpack is a hive of activity as everyone prepares for Robert and Aaron's ceremony. Adam gets unsuspecting Aaron out of the way but Robert orders him to be back by 2.30pm. Charity and Liv disagree over the decorations and Cain and Charity aren't pleased by Faith's presence. Paddy is informed Aaron and Robert are getting married. He thinks it's insane. Robert explains to Paddy that he's no longer after his blessing, although Aaron will need him there but Paddy refuses to sit back and watch Aaron throw away his life on Robert.

Nicola reads a copy of Tracy's book and Tracy reminds her it's just fiction. Faith has a run in with Kerry and Dan in the street and Cain questions how Kerry could let social services take Kyle. Belle assures Lisa they will get Kyle back. Lisa is annoyed Zak is sloping off to work like nothing has happened, but he reiterates he thinks Kerry is Kyle's best option. Lisa fears he may be adopted out and they'll never see him again.

Zak explains to Linda the social worker he isn't sure he and Lisa could cope looking after Kyle especially with their health issues. Lisa insists they could, but Zak questions how they could bring Kyle into an unstable home and reminds her that they'll soon be in their seventies.

Robert tries to persuade Aaron to take the day off but Aaron doesn't want to leave Adam, especially as he'll need to carry the business whilst he's in prison. At Tall Trees Carly looks over her finances. Marlon suggests they go to the cinema but Carly can't afford it and doesn't want Marlon paying for everything. Aaron apologises for Liv for not being much fun.

Pierce explains he was is Whitby as it was the anniversary of Tess' death and they used to go there all the time. Rhona feels awful. Emma gifts Finn a valentines card but it does nothing to improve his mood. Lisa and Zak return from their trip and collect Kyle from disappointed Kerry. Rhona tells Pierce she would've understood, but states she doesn't like being lied.

On the anniversary of Tess' death, Paddy visits the stretch of road where she was hit and lays flowers next to the bunch Pierce has placed there. Rhona receives her decree absolute. After talking to Vanessa Rhona decides to stop attempting to get hold of Pierce. Moira and Faith have a cup of tea and Moira reveals her daughter Holly died of an overdose.

It's the day Ashley goes into the care home and Gabby ask if she can go. Faith asks Diane to talk to Chas on her behalf. Diane jokes that she'll need to wait a couple of years until Chas calms down. Rhona suggest to Pierce that they make another date to have Carly and Marlon round for dinner, but Pierce is still put off after yesterday.

Ashley returns to Mulberry Cottage and is distressed to see bags by the door. Confused, he concludes Doug wants him gone so he can have Laurel to himself. He also fails to recognise Sandy and struggles to find his car keys. Laurel shows him the keys and manages to calm him down.

Debbie confronts Sarah about the coins in her bag. Sarah makes up a story about Diane giving her money, but Debbie knows she's lying. Lisa books the day off to look after Kyle so Zak can go through Joanie's things. Kerry apologises to Zak and blames yesterday on emotions running high. Doug worries about Laurel having too much on her plate and agrees to drop Ashley off for his last day at the day centre.

Sarah brings the woman some breakfast and they talk about family, including Cain's recent split from Moira. Sarah asks the woman how she knows her name, so the woman explains she heard Zak calling her. It's the day of Joanie's funeral and Zak is feeling down. He stares at a photo of Joanie singing and give Kyle some chocolate for breakfast. Kerry has been up most of the night attempting to write Joanie's eulogy without getting very far.

Lisa asks Zak when he was going to tell her about the estimate from the funeral directors. They worry how they will cover the costs. Sarah appears at Wishing Well Cottage, and hears the woman in the barn coughing, but Zak puts it down to being the pigs although Sarah's not convinced.

A mysterious woman gets off the bus with some bags. Lawrence and Rebecca purchase some flowers before heading to the hospital. As they get in the car, Frank calls Charity to say they are on. Zak informs Cain that social services will visit in a few weeks. Cain wonders about Joanie's family, fearing someone else might think they could do a better job raising Kyle but Zak states there's no one; they are Kyle's family now. Charity makes excuses to get out of working.

Debbie can't believe Charity planted cockroaches in another pub. Zak donates the £40 from selling the television to Sarah's fund. Debbie is touched and insists he didn't need to do that, especially with the expenses of Joanie's funeral. Cain explains there is someone coming to look at his car tomorrow. Debbie announces she's moving in with Moira to the surprise of Cain.

Rebecca rushes down the stairs to an unconscious Chrissie who is lying in a pile of glass that was formerly a table. Robert walks in and manages to find a pulse but stops Rebecca from ringing an ambulance as Chrissie could twist this to make it look like she did it on purpose. Rebecca calls an ambulance anyway.

Doug has set up a vegetable stall with an honesty box. Gabby and Noah decide to skip school. Moira and Victoria have spent the night at the police station, although the police have nothing on them. It's the day of Lachlan's sentencing and Chrissie is hopeful that with time served, her son will be home today. Doug is annoyed at Tracy's bad pronunciation and puts it down to her not reading enough.

Moira is suspicious when client Patrick phones and asks to go for lunch. She agrees to go although Ross worries Moira is walking into a trap. Rebecca manages to stop Chrissie from going into the safe to get their mother's wedding ring. Megan arranges for Frank to look after Eliza for her whilst she looks for a hen party venue.

Whilst washing her car, Moira sees Ross at the farm. At Wishing Well Cottage, Zak is struggling with Joanie's death. Zak suggests he and Lisa help Dan and Kerry break the news to Kyle, and Debbie believes Cain should be there too but Cain thinks it's better without him. Moira disturbs Ross' phone call and orders him to get a stolen car out of her barn. Ross reminds her that it's his barn too and insists he's going nowhere. Chrissie sees Rebecca and Robert talking business in the café.

At Dale Head, Kerry and Dan put up some decorations in preparation for Joanie's return. Kerry opens a solicitors letter addressed to Joanie and can't believe Zak wants a divorce. Donations to Sarah's fundraising page keep coming in, but Debbie worries about the £20,000. Victoria realises Moira is struggling with the farm alone, so Victoria offers word with Pete but Moira asks her to leave it.

Pete, Emma, Finn and Leyla are stunned to see Debbie in the Main Street and Emma questions if Ross has been with her. Cain worries about the cost of Sarah's treatment so he heads to the garage to see how much he can sell it for. Diane struggles with the new of Sarah's cancer but decides to set up a fundraising page to help with the money side of things.

Sam and Debbie head for the door, but it's locked. They hear Chrissie approaching and Sam accidentally knocks over a file. Debbie runs up the stairs just before Chrissie, Lawrence and police officers appear in the office. Chrissie asks Sam to make them a coffee before he leaves. Marlon and Carly's dinner party gets underway and Rhona and Pierce turn up a little late.

Sarah tells Cain she missed him. Zak and Lisa take Sarah and Jack to see the pigs whilst Debbie tells Cain and Charity about Sarah's prognosis. She explains there's a new type of radiotherapy, proton bean therapy, but Sarah won't be eligible due to her prognosis. Debbie states that with the money was in the car, and what's left from selling Mulberry Cottage she almost had enough to go private, but now she's back to square one.

Cain desperately tries to get hold of Debbie again, and Ross asks to know what's going on. Meanwhile, Debbie gets some food for Sarah and Jack and avoids a petrol station when she sees a police car. Doug calls round to Mulberry Cottage with some breakfast. In the café, Cain tells Ross about the trouble Debbie is in.

Laurel informs Sandy that she needs to go on a training course for selling the underwear so Sandy insists he'll be fine until Will arrives. Gabby isn't feeling well so offers to look after Dotty.

Chas and Paddy return to the pub where Charity informs them of Aaron's arrest. Meanwhile, Aaron sit in a cell. When Chas and Paddy arrive at the police station, Robert leaves. Pete questions why Finn is defending Kasim and asks what he was thinking by visiting Kasim in hospital. Chas blames herself for everything bad that's ever happened in Aaron's life.

Finn chases after Kasim and stands in front of the car to stop him going anywhere. Aaron questions if Robert is really calling their engagement off and questions if ever loved him. Kasim's dad Paul asks Finn to get out the way and gets out of the car to move him. Finn grabs the car keys and throws them away.

Aaron heads to the dry cleaners to collect his and Robert's suits whilst Robert works. Doug offers to help Laurel with some bills, but Laurel explains it's not just bills, a care home for Ashley will cost more than she thought. Doug suggests she go back to working full-time at the factory but Laurel isn't sure.

Nicola packs sweets at the factory as the Sharmas watch on. Jai can't believe what they've agreed to. Kasim explains to Finn that his dad hasn't got his head around him being gay, never mind that he's in a relationship. Kerry tells Nicola that in this job you can eat as much chocolate as you want and even take some home, though it's technically stealing. Kerry reveals all the perks of the job.

Pierce is still jealous about Rhona talking to the stripper despite Rhona reassuring Pierce she wants to be with him. At Dale View Emma suggests Finn invite Nathan to dinner, even offering to cook. Kasim calls Finn and asks to go out for a drink with him and Nathan but Emma encourages her son to tell Kasim they can only be friends. Aaron prepares for the trip to Vegas but is annoyed that Robert is too busy with Rebecca's business plan to give him the time of day.

Bob wakes up on The Woolpack sofa minus his trousers. Meanwhile, Charity sneaks one of the strippers out the back door and disgusted Chas wrongly concludes Charity and Bob have slept together. Nicola prepares for a business lunch with Jai. Pierce watches with jealousy as Rhona checks her phone. Bob slips into the café in his boxers and Brenda demands to know where he has been.

Rhona asks Pierce if he's avoiding her. She feels bad when Pierce assures her he only slept in the spare room as he was working late. Pierce suggests he cooks tonight, but Rhona reminds him she's going to the hunks evening. Rebecca feels guilty for Lachlan being behind bars. Lawrence suggests she takes Chrissie's mind off things so Rebecca persuades reluctant Chrissie to go out for dinner. Robert isn't happy when he finds Nicola tidying the office, and refuses to implement changes in the business.

Ronnie attempts to open the door as he listens to Lawrence's shallow breaths. On the stand, Lachlan takes the blame for the shooting, but insists he didn't mean to hurt Lawrence. He begs everyone to believe that it was an accident. Ronnie managed to get into the office, but Lawrence is fine and runs out.

Lachlan's cellmate Gerry agrees to cut Lachlan with the razor for £10,000, but as he is about to do it, they are interrupted by a guard. Lawrence apologies to Ronnie, who agrees not to let the lies ruin their relationship. Chrissie is terrified of what Lachlan will stay on the stand and Lawrence tries to reassure his daughter that her son will be home soon.

Chrissie fears Lachlan has been attacked again. Lawrence begs her not to give into Cain's blackmail and sign the garage away for nothing. Eric hopes Lachlan will have the book thrown at him when his trial starts tomorrow.

Worried Chrissie informs Lawrence and Ronnie that Lachlan has been beaten up twice, and she fears Cain is behind it. Frank charms Bob and Jai apologises to Frank, insisting he was too quick to judge him. Charity has a hangover so Chas decides to take her to the B&B to try to make up for the birthday party.

Kyle isn't feeling himself so Lisa takes him upstairs for a nap. Kerry places pineapple rings round Dan's eyes in an attempt to reduce the bruising. Dan admits to Kerry that Cain probably won't let her have Kyle again so she'll have to wait until Joanie returns. Chas, Ross and Rebecca prepare The Woolpack for Charity's surprise birthday party. At Wishing Well Cottage, Lisa informs Zak and Cain that Kyle has had an accident.

Kerry has spent the night with Dan and Dan assures her he doesn't regret it. Cain refuses to allow Kerry to see Kyle, despite Zak reminding him that she's Kyle's family. Zak asks Cain to give Kerry a second chance like they want.

Gabby glues a 50p on the ground outside Woodbine Cottage. Zak chases after Kyle and follows him into the café. Dan inquires about the fire and informs Zak he'll be seeing Joanie at the weekend. Kerry turns up to late to pick up Kyle and Zak tells her Kyle has to be back by one o'clock. Liv, Chas and Robert sing happy birthday to Aaron.

Cain and Zak wake up having slept top to toe. Cain is convinced the fire wasn't an accident, but Zak orders him to go to work and forget about things. He suggests Kerry look after Kyle, which reminds Cain that she wasn't pleased with him yesterday.

Lisa goes out to feed the pigs and sees caravan is on fire. She panics when she realises Zak could be inside. Charity is shocked to hear that Kerry set fire to the caravan, stating it's a bit extreme. Kasim departs the B&B. Finn questions if Kasim is positive about going back to his ex, but Kasim is making him up.

Lachlan is nervous as Belle persuades him to try one of the pills, and when it kicks in, he struggles with the effects. As she prepares to tell him her secret, he takes an alarming turn for the worse. A downhearted Finn perks up when Harriet reveals she has news about his mother, but will he choose to keep his family in the dark? Aaron tries to hide his pain as Robert insists their affair will end once he's married, while Paddy asks Pearl to pick him a winning horse ahead of the races.
