Ree's investment club is gathering for the first time in 10 years: She's bringing the food and her friend is hosting the party. The Mexican-inspired menu has fabulous Blackberry Margaritas to get the party started, followed by Chicken Tortilla Soup, Cheesy Jalapeno Cornbread and a seriously good Tres Leches Cake.
It's a Drummond cousin sleepover at the lodge and Ree's making a finger food feast of Crispy Chicken Strips, Sweet Potato Fries, Honey Mustard and Kickin' Mayo dips, and fun Individual Fruit Pizzas. Then there's mayhem, Messy Sleepover Snacks and a prank on an unsuspecting Cowboy Josh.
Ladd's grandmother Edna Mae is turning 89 so Ree and the kids are surprising her with a beautiful birthday care pack with all her favorite foods; Roast Chicken, Cauliflower Soup with Toasted Crackers and a stunning Blueberry Italian Cream Cake.
It's a home schooling day on the ranch and Ree is running both the classroom and the cafeteria! For breakfast, there are Muffins With Vanilla Butter, then Ree turns lunch lady to serve up Chicken and Noodles. Plus there are delicious Chocolate Dipped Peanut Butter S'mores for spelling bee prizes.
Three generations of Drummonds are gathering at the lodge for Sunday brunch after church. Ree's got a spectacular make-ahead menu featuring a glorious Baked Glazed Ham, Drop Biscuits and Ham Gravy, Baked Eggs in Hash Brown Cups and zesty Fruit Salad With Orange Vanilla Syrup. Plus sister-in-law Missy's bringing her famous Lemon and Blueberry Cupcakes.
It's a big calf working day on the Drummond Ranch and that means hungry kids and cowboys at lunch time so Ree's whipping up a hearty feast of cowboy comfort food with Pan Fried Pork Chops with Cheesy Hash Brown Casserole and The Best Green Beans Ever followed by her fabulous Peach Cobbler.
In the Drummond household, football reigns supreme. The day starts with Everything Cookies for the sporty family. While Coach Ladd and his quarterback, Bryce, play ball, Ree makes a dinner of Beef and Bean Burritos and Jumpo Pico Salad, for her hungry athletes. The next morning, Ree packs the family off with hearty Breakfast of Champions Sandwiches before the girls and boys set off for their separate matches.
It's all systems go when Ladd calls the ranch to say their friends Butch and Julie are coming over for dinner right now. Ree's got to fix a super fast meal from what she's got on hand. She makes Patty Melts, complete with Crash Hot Potatoes, Quick-Marinated Cherry Tomato Salad and Bananas Foster With Ice Cream for dessert, in the time it takes for them to drive out from town.
It's all about frontier style food to go and Ree has got two special deliveries to make. First she's taking ravenous kids and cowboys a well deserved breakfast in the pens — delicious Sweet Orange Rolls and Peppered Bacon. Then she's making a big hearty dinner of Root Vegetable Beef Stew and Creamy Cheddar Grits, and sharing it with her best friend Hyacinth as a delicious thank you gift.
The cowboys and kids have a long day hauling cattle so a hearty tailgate lunch is the way to go.
Today Ree is celebrating all the things she loves on the ranch.
Sometimes you just can't spend an hour making dinner! Ree has a super fast sampler of meals direct from the prairie that are on the table in sixteen minutes flat, including Chicken Quesadillas, Beef With Snow Peas and Chicken Florentine Pasta.
The family that plays together stays together. Ree, Ladd and the extended family get together for some good ol' friendly ranch style sporting competition.
Everyone's invited to the ranch for three fabulous seasonal snapshots as the Drummonds count down to Christmas. Ree's whipping up cozy and casual Rigatoni and Meatballs to eat while they trim the tree, then delicious munchies $#151; her mom's Holiday Bacon Appetizers — so she's stocked up for whoever drops by the ranch over the festive season. Then it's a magical Christmas Eve and time to bake Santa's treats. He's asked for chocolate this year when he comes down the chimney, so he's getting incredible Chocolate Mint Brownie Bites. Christmas is coming on the ranch and everyone's in the festive spirit.

On the menu, Ree's Roasted Thanksgiving Turkey brined overnight in My Favorite Turkey Brine, complete with all the sides and trimmings to die for; homemade Cornbread Dressing With Sausage and Apples, Sweet Roasted Rosemary Acorn Squash Wedges, Cranberry Sauce, and Green Beans and Tomatoes.
