Ree's rustling up a frontier fiesta feast for her family who are hard at work building new pens on the ranch. Right off the truck tailgate she's serving citrus grilled Pollo Asado, cheesy Refried Beans, spicy Chile Con Queso, cooling Pico De Gallo and a refreshing vat of Perfect Homemade Lemonade.
No time? No Problem! Ree's solving time saving quandaries on love, life and what to cook in a time crunch, with recipes for a Quick and Easy Apple Tart, a speedy Shrimp Stir Fry and for the meat lovers, a fast and fabulous Big Steak Salad with crispy onion strings.
There's a big secret on the ranch — a surprise 16th birthday party for Alex with family, friends and all her favorite food.
It's a big day of cleaning up the homestead with a massive bonfire to round it all off after an alfresco dinner of crispy Fried Chicken, Perfect Potato Salad, crunchy Colorful Coleslaw and Individual Key Lime Pies to eat around the fire.
Ree's making a rib-sticking breakfast delivery to hungry cattle workers. It's all the cowboy favorites; Best Breakfast Potatoes Ever, Spicy Scrambled Eggs, warm Black Pepper and Sage Biscuits and Sausage Gravy, all served tailgate-style off the back of Ree's pick up.

Ree challenges herself to cook meals in less and less time today. There's a 30 minute marvel — Mini Meatball Sandwiches, 20-Minute Penne Alla Betsy, and a Buffalo Chicken Salad with Fast Blue Cheese Dressing that's ready in just ten! She's even able to whip together a bonus five minute meal with Easy Green Chile Enchiladas.
Ree and her Mom friends are celebrating the end of the school year with a girls night at the ranch with a delicious summery menu. Ree's making Fresh Herb Pizza, a fabulous Summer Chicken Salad, adorable Cherry Cheesecake Shooters and Bellini Cocktails.
Ree's pulling together a boxed lunch for a site meeting at an old building that the family is renovating. Everyone's getting a Colossal Club Sandwich, and individual portion of Easy Greek Salad, Homemade Black Pepper Potato Chips and Chocolate Chocolate White Chocolate Chip Cookies to chew one while they look over plans for the building.
Calves, cowboys and kids are all getting fed today at the ranch. For breakfast, French Breakfast Puffs, which Ree prepares the night before. For lunch it's stick-to-your-ribs Drippy French Dip Sandwiches and for dessert, Baked Fudge.
Ree's spreading out a pickup picnic for the family and cowboys working on a bunch of spring calves. The hearty tailgate has Spicy Roasted Chicken Legs, the classic Cowboy Bacon Beans, Deviled Eggs and Mocha Brownies with a thick, delicious frosting for dessert.
Ree's throwing a welcome-home dinner for friends moving back to her town. There's Peppercorn Roasted Beef Tenderloin with fabulous Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes and the two ingredient wonder dubbed "The Bread." For dessert, a show-stopping four layer Chocolate Strawberry Cake.
