First up: in Stockton, Calif., a multi-generational Italian deli makin' ravioli on an amazing century-old machine. Then in San Fran, a place firin' up lights-out lamb and huge pork biscuits in some of the city's last indoor smokers. And on Maui, a mobile pizza oven puttin' out island twists on meaty pies.

First, a spot that payin' homage to Cuba's most famous chef - Gilberto Smith Duquesne - by cookin' up his trademark lobster in coffee sauce and pork Camagüeyano. First up: a Key Largo market and restaurant smokin' up fantastic fish dip and puttin' out their own savory seafood specialties. In Baltimore, a food truck dishin' out killer barbecued pulled pork and righteous ribs. Then back to Florida where an Islamorada seaside shack is servin' standout shrimp fritters and doctorin' up Guy's own fresh catch.

In D.C., The '68 Camaro stops by a family-run sandwich shop servin' up a killer corned beef hoagie and lights-out porchetta. In Colorado Springs, it's a funky joint going scratch-made and local with a Pueblo chili burger and a hangover specialty. And in Atlantic City, there's a neighborhood pub pullin' off knockout grub like a pork and brisket sandwich and savory tequila shrimp.
