Wilma & Frieda (Palm Desert, Calif.) • Maui Brick Oven (Kihei, Maui, Hawaii) • Carib Shack (Virginia Beach, Va.) Guy Fieri hunts down desert treasure and island flavor, starting with a breakfast-lunch cafe in Palm Desert, CA. Then he heads to a funky gluten-free spot in Maui, HI, and a crazy Caribbean joint in Virginia Beach, VA.
The Dirty Buffalo (Norfolk, Va.) • Down the Hatch (Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii) • Zobö & Meester's (Cathedral City, Calif.) Guy heats up with spice and cools off with ice. In Norfolk, an Upstate New York transplant is dishin' out food he grew up with, like their namesake wings. Then on to paradise at a Maui spot chillin' out with tropical faves and fruity shave ice. And outside Palm Springs, a Cathedral City joint servin' smoke and fire with sandwiches and other specialties.

This trip, Guy hits the road lookin' for the best chicken dinners. In Lahaina, Maui, rocker Mick Fleetwood's joint servin' up his mom's favorite chicken. Near the Maui airport, a Hawaiian-Thai food truck stuffin' their wings and fryin' their ribs. And in Palm Springs, a hot dog spot goin' meatless with their chili dog and puttin' a twist on chicken and waffles.
HoBo's BBQ (Temecula, Calif.) • Saigon Noodle and Grill (Orlando, Fla.) • Grill-a-Burger (Palm Desert, Calif.) This trip, Guy Fieri's diving into the bomb beef and barbecue. In Orlando, Fla., an authentic Vietnamese spot serving phenomenal pho and a beefy specialty, where Guy is joined by Justin Warner. In Palm Springs, Calif., a not-your-typical burger joint dishing out their "Buddha Burger" and "Devil's Revenge." And in Temecula, Calif., a smokin' barbecue stop where they're even putting their 'cue into lasagna.

Guy digs into a righteous mashup of flavors across the country. First up, a dynamite deli showcasin' real-deal latkes and turkey pastrami. In midtown Houston, a long-time Mexican spot cookin' roast pork tamales to feed hungry Astros fans. In Orlando's Milk District, a bakery lookin' to fill your pie hole with scratch-made sweet and savory dishes. And staying in Orlando, an Italian joint servin' up Nonna's recipes for all kinds of meatballs.

In the Queen City, a NoDa neighborhood brewery servin' up some bomb bacon jam burger sliders. And in Houston's West Chase section, a mom-and-pop shop crimpin' more than 80 different varieties of Argentinian empanada.
Fu̅d at Salud Deli (Charlotte, N.C.) • Q-Shi (Spring, Tex.) • El Fish Fritanga (Zona Hoteliara, Cancún, Q.R., Mexico) This trip, Guy's goin' off the beaten path to check out funky finds. In Charlotte, an eatery inside a beer store spinnin' up crazy waffle creations. North of Houston, a not-your-everyday fusion joint mashin' up barbecue with sushi. El Pacífico (Barceloneta, Barcelona, Spain) • Can Vilaró (Sant Antoni, Barcelona, Spain) • Bar Morryssom (Eixample, Barcelona, Spain) Guy Fieri travels to Barcelona, Spain, and digs into everything from top-notch tapas to traditional Catalan specialties. In Little Barcelona, a beach-side joint servin' killer paellas with a twist. Then, across from the famous Sant Antoni Market, a family-run spot dishin' up authentic Catalan dishes including Cap i Pota — veal-head stew.
