This trip, Guy Fieri's checking in with flavors packing a punch! First, a funky Atlanta joint is now a franchise, serving up Korean-Mexican fusion like a pork and kimchi quesadilla and a killer crispy shrimp taco. Then, a Thai spot in Dallas has expanded their menu but is still dishing out authentic flavors with their chicken platter and ground pork bowl. Then in Phoenix, real-deal Italian is going strong with elevated plates like homemade squid ink pasta with shellfish.
Skirted Heifer (Colorado Springs, Colo.) • Fat Tummy (San Antonio, Tex.) • Sal’s Gilbert Pizza (Gilbert, Ariz.) This trip, Guy’s goin’ all in on homemade baked goods. In Colorado, a family-run joint platin’ cheese-skirted burgers on focaccia. In San Antonio, an Argentine empanada spot servin’ up decadent dulce de leche cookies. And in Arizona, a Sicilian place still goin’ strong with their crispy-crust Grandpa pizza pie.
Seed to Sprout (Avon-by-the-Sea, N.J.) • Sweet Cheeks Q (Boston, Mass.) • Taste! Craft Eatery (San Luis Obispo, Calif.) This trip, Guy's roundin' the bases for some serious sammies. First, a vegan Jersey joint platin' plant-based perfection. In Boston, a TOC Champ bringin' real-deal barbecue and Southern fare to Beantown. And in Cali, a family spot lettin' folks mix up their own culinary adventure from seventy-six (76!) menu items.
Tlaolli (Indianapolis, Ind.) • Skratch Kitchen (Bradley Beach, N.J.) • King Gyros (Whitehall, Ohio) This trip Guy's checkin' out unique spins on familiar plates. In the Englewood neighborhood of Indianapolis, a one-time steel worker crankin' out his twist on tamales and birria tacos. In New Jersey, a former marine biologist goin' funky with clams and into overdrive with chicken Savoy. And in Ohio, an old taco joint doin' a fast-casual take on Greek cuisine but not skimpin' on the menu with lemon dill-sauced lamb chops and 26 different desserts.
Buttermilk Kitchen (Atlanta, Ga.) • The Thumb (Scottsdale, Ariz.) • Fred's Texas Cafe (Fort Worth, Tex.) This trip, Guy's grabbin' seconds of the best bacon, burgers, and smoked meats in between. In Atlanta, they're servin' up a smoked bacon meatloaf sandwich and mini banana bread loaves drenched in chocolate. In Arizona, a former doctor smokin' competition-quality sliced brisket, ribs, and pork & grits in a gas station. And in Fort Worth, a cowboy chef dishin' out chuckwagon-style food like a lamb chili, chicken-fried steak, and a burger with a BBQ bologna twist.
Aloy Modern Thai (Boulder, Colo.) • Curry Corner (Tempe, Ariz.) - Moroccan Bites (San Antonio, Tex.) This trip Guy's rollin' out for the best African and Asian food. First up, a Colorado spot still servin' up delicious tastes of Thailand. In Arizona, a Pakistani joint spicin' up their spin on home cookin'. And in San Antonio, a Moroccan place that keeps on dishin' out family faves.
Petra Mediterranean Pizza & Grill (San Luis Obispo, Calif.) • Cavé Bistro (Avon-by-the-Sea, N.J.) • Che Chori (Indianapolis, Ind.) This trip, Guy's headin' out cross-country, grabbin' fistfuls of flavor. In sunny Cali, a local fave cookin' up killer chicken shawarma pizza and tri-tip pita pockets. On the Jersey Shore, a beach-side bistro slingin' herbaceous octopus and bone marrow burgers for Guy and his impractical joker pal. And in Indy, an Argentine joint firin' up house-made chimichurri chorizo and a out-of-bounds porchetta sando.

In Atlanta, a joint servin' up Southern comfort with country ham 'n red-eye gravy and a mighty mac and cheese. In San Antonio, a staple dishin' out brisket hash. And in Arizona, a joint platin' up a supreme breakfast burrito.
Velencia Luncheria (Norwalk, Conn.) • Aloha Kitchen (Mesa, Ariz.) • Nora Restaurant & Bar (Dallas, Tex.) This trip Guy's headin' back to some of his faves for great recipes. In Connecticut. a Venezuelan spot crankin' out over-the-top arepas. In Arizona, a Hawaiian outpost servin' up island-inspired pork buns and sweet-n-hot chicken wings. And in Dallas, an Afghan joint grillin' up killer kebabs with a kick.
Audrey Jane's Pizza Garage (Boulder, Colo.) • Republica Empanada (Mesa, Ariz.) • Cozy Corner Restaurant (Memphis, Tenn.) This trip Guy's headin' back to familiar joints still firin' up classic tastes. First up, a Boulder pizza spot crankin' out a Spicy Pig pie with homemade sausage and roasted jalapeños. Then in Mesa, a family-run shop servin' new empanadas including a spin on picadillo tico. And in Memphis, a classic dive carrying on a family tradition: their secret sweet and spicy 'cue including Cornish hens and thick-cut bologna sandos.
